The only issues were you could not get on the internet and the TV’s in the bedroom did work as well. The one time I talked to the host we could not understand each other. Everything else was on point.

I found this house to be just right for our families needs. At first glance the neighborhood is not all that great, but it was quiet and peaceful. Quick drive to the LV strip and lots of grocery and restaurant options near by. There are 2 Starbucks super close. The Philly spot that is open 24/7 was highly recommended by some people in our group. The house was very clean, spacious, and cute. Isaac is very responsive. We had a great stay, no complaints.

We had an amazing time in Vegas. The location is close to shopping, the freeway, and felt safe. The house itself is great, very roomy, and had everything we needed.

The location was pretty close to the strip. The property manager was very attentive to our concerns, however there is only 2 stations of TV, not direct TV as stated. The ac was frozen when we arrived and we had to turn it off for awhile for it to defrost while it was 115 outside. The wifi internet was spotty. Each time the property management sis respond in a timely fashion however the TV was never fixed and the internet was only fixed by our own doing. The ac can't keep up with it being cold during the day. However if you just need a place to sleep at night and make breakfast in the morning, it is great. Last comment the hot water is set up wrong so make sure to turn it to cold of you want hot water.

Easy, easy, easy

Let's start with a dirty pair of women's underwear the kids found in the master bedroom drawer. We had to use clorox wipes to pick them up and dispose of them, then clorox the drawer. Moving on to the stained pillows. A pillowcase slipped down on the pillow and it looked like something that was found in a dumpster! Of course that prompted covers down on the bed. Stains on the comforters that were also worn to shreds, literally torn trash. Not even good enough to donate to good will. Ridiculous! The shower, a double door shower, had one door. When you showered you had to guess where water was splashing out and adjust the 1 door to that location. Mold all along the top of the shower wall. The walls through the entire house were filthy, the streaks of grime were nauseating. The neighborhood was not the worst, but closer to the worst than not! This was a family weekend, my grandson was flown out of state to a children's hospital. We were too late to cancel, so one family stayed home and we substituted them with a friend. How embarrassing! We would have been better off in a motel 6 in the part of town you bar windows! Don't do it! The money we spent and what we slept in... it's nauseating!

Looks small from the outside but has a lot of room inside. Very nice place. The owner had some fruits and beverages ready for renters. The owner is very responsive.

Very nice location and property. Close to all the eateries and Walmart. I love the location, as far as shopping and eating. The house was nice and spacious. Bring you some face towels though. But over all, I love the property and location.

We had such a great trip house was very clean losts of open space ..nice backyard area. Beds are nice slept great ..

This is a small older home a couple of blocks from Arizona Charlie's casino on Decatur. We were sent the wrong door code and had to call owner to get in. Thank goodness he answered the phone as it was 109 degrees! There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have doors to the backyard. The non-master bedroom has a very loud fan that turns on when the light goes on. Stop at the store before checking in as there is no coffee and few spices provided. There was some detergent and dishwasher soap but the soap door on the dishwasher doesn't stay shut. The controls on the dishwasher are mostly rubbed off so you can't tell if you are running a wash cycle or not. There is no binder with info. Trash and recycle pickup is Wednesday, an unknown person brought the cans back into the gated front yard, street cleaner comes Thursday (don't know if this is weekly), pool maintenance people come Wednesday (at 6:20AM!). There isn't much overhead lighting, the light over the cooktop doesn't work. The wifi was great. The AC struggled. The above ground pool was a great way to cool off. We were there over 4th of July and a number of neighborhood fireworks landed in both the front and back yard. There is a very small parking spot inside the front gate. We didn't fit but there was ample street parking. There is some foot traffic from the casino at night into the morning if you have a barker. one bedroom has 2 bedside lamps but there is no outlet for one of them. Washer and dryer work. Showers work.

Very comfy place to stay at, nice and clean. Places are very accessible.

The property was exactly as listed. The neighborhood was a bit farther away from the strip then we expected, but overall great experience.

This house was perfect for our group! It has 4 bedrooms, 1 of which does not have a window or tv. But we didn't come to Vegas to watch TV so it wasn't a problem for our group. We had 8 people and had to double up on the beds. Great outdoor area, great off strip location!

The location to the convention Center‘s for work was perfect. We had issues with the DIRECTV service for all TVs but other than that we had a nice stay. Isaac and Ori were very accommodating and easy to reach and went the extra mile to help us. House was nice.

We came to town with our dogs for the Pro Bowl (terrible game, don't go btw) and this was the perfect place to stay. Quiet with everything we needed and a big yard. Everything was as advertised and we had no problems. We would definitely recommend and stay again.
