Awesome responsive owner, lots of unexpected helpful things you don’t get at other rentals, great location, great elevator, super clean, honestly couldn’t think of anything that could have been better!!!!!

The house was very comfortable with plenty of room for board games, places to read quietly and enjoy family time. Porches were fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the items needed for our cooking and serving needs. Amazingly we did not have issues with mosquitoes in the outside shower or ground level areas!

This was a great property for our family of 14. We chose this property because of its proximity to the Citadel Beach Club and the beach. The owner Brian was very communicative, explaining the elevator and other information that was helpful for our stay.
We were happy that linens and towels were included and all rooms and kitchen was very well equipped. We would definitely consider this house again should we return for a family reunion. Thank you Brian for our lovely stay at your home.

This house is beautiful! It was perfect for 6 high school friends that wanted their own rooms and catch up! It is in a great neighborhood and great location. Close to everything and a trip to Charleston is very easy! Brian couldn't have been any nicer! He always responds! I would highly recommend this property!

This home was the perfect location for our friend group to get away, enjoy all the beauty that the IOP and Charleston has to offer, and experience all the fun of the Cooper River Bridge Run 10K!

This property was perfect for our group! It looks even better than it does in the pictures. It's clean, well-kept, and the furniture is sturdy and high-quality. We loved the decks where we could eat outside and enjoy the warm breeze. It's so close to the beach, which is one of the best we've visited. The host was easy to reach and was proactive in reaching out before the trip to get everything squared away. Everyone was talking about what a great find it was. We loved this property!

We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional home. The location is within easy walking distance to the beach. The house is very comfortable and well stocked for cooking. Brian was great at communication. The elevator was very convenient for arriving and departing.
We plan on returning next year!

This home was great! It was very clean, comfortable and had everything(and more) in it we needed for a great time. The communication and accessibility with the owner was excellent.
We loved this house and would definitely recommend it to all large families.

3605 Cameron Blvd was everything and more than we expected. Great kitchen for the large group, excellent gathering area. Very nicely decorated with the beach decor. Bedrooms were large and roomy. Wonderful porches for relaxing in the ocean breeze. It was a very easy walk to the beach. Brian was very responsive. Highly recommended!!!!!

This is a beautiful property. Our family was very impressed with all the room and closeness to the beach. This will definitely not be our last stay at this wonderful property. This house has plenty of rooms and bathrooms so your family will be able to spread out or come together in the large great room or large porches.

Great location a block off the beach. The bedrooms were downstairs and quiet. The property could be updated , but then it would cost more. So for the money, it was great. Brian was great too.

From the moment we walked in this property was super comfortable. Loved all the outdoor porches. We were in Charleston for our sons engagement and Easter. Although it wasn’t super warm we enjoyed walking to the beach and exploring Charleston.

The property was very clean and was the perfect size for our group of 10. We were here for a long weekend and the location was great as it was only a short walk from the beach and short drives to downtown Charleston and Shem Creek. We would definitely stay here again!
