Our hosts were extremely helpful. They would reply to any of our questions within 3 minutes.

Everything was perfect with our trip to Spanish wells!!! April was amazing!!!! She was always there when we had questions and helped us get there, helped with our excursions, and when it came time to leave, she set up our transportation. It was a great time, we had nothing to worry about, we will recommend her and her property to friends and family. We will be back April!!! Until then, thank you for the wonderful time and memories!!!

The property is exactly as advertised and the hosts were responsive to our questions and needs. Arrival was super easy as our taxi and water taxi were pre-arranged. Beds, showers, and Internet were excellent during our stay. We were happy to be within walking distance of this beach, as we saw many people stopping with their golf carts just to come visit the swings. That said, there were always only a handful of other people with us. The beach view is stunning and the shallow water means you can wade out quite a ways looking for sea stars and other wildlife. Got awesome photos of the moon over the water from the pavillion. Used the kayak to paddle around and got to see a manatee by the bridge to Russell Island, which is also a short walk. It was very windy at the start of our stay and we felt fortunate to be in a protected area. Once you walked around the bend towards the long stretch of beach on the north, the sand was whipping in our face. I figure we got an extra beach day or two because of our protected location. It’s hard to tell from this listing but you *can* see the water from this house from the dining/kitchen table. It’s just a sliver, but it is there down the road and also between the houses across the street. Some more notes: the bedrooms and baths are practically identical. The full-size washer and dryer were a bonus. The pull-out couch is in the living room, but we did not use it as a bed so I can’t say how comfy it would be.

Amazing, these people go above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back to our second home away from home. Good people right here.

Spanish Wells did not disappoint! Our family made so many lifelong memories on this island. The owners of the property took excellent care of us and made us feel like family. Meeting the locals was part of the magic of this place. They loved sharing their knowledge about sea creatures, the island and it’s history and their heritage. It is a very special place and absolutely beautiful.

Our stay was delightful thanks to April making arrangements for us, answering all our questions promptly and having a charming home with all that we needed. The extra touch of having “johnny-cakes”was a wonderful surprise. The home was a perfect location for us. The only addition I would have liked was a nightstand table on both sides of the bed. We will be back!

This property is awesome! Had two bedroom two baths kitchen and living room and front and side porch. The place was stocked. I do recommend bringing your own bar soap and shampoos. Glad they had beach towels so we didn’t have to bring them. The place was very clean. Air condition worked great. The faucet water was not salty as we heard some other people on the island complained about the other places they were renting. The golf cart was a must on this island. So glad it was included! Communication with owners was excellent. They really took care of all our needs and even arranged transportation for us too! We booked some of their tours as well, so be sure to ask about those. I highly recommend those as well. We had a great experience at this property. Perfect for one or two couples.

From the second I began planning this trip to the second I finally had to leave this was just absolutely the best experience I have had with VRBO! April was just fantastic! Her communication was outstanding. It was Easter weekend my family was trying to get to SW and cancelled flights put us arriving on Easter Sunday. April made sure everything was lined up from taxi, ferry and golf cart pickup. Paradise Found was a lovely house with everything you need and more. Extremely clean and lots of room. Golf cart was very nice and speedy, kayaks were a great addition and the location was perfect! Steps from the beach and quick ride over to Russell Island. Our flight home was delayed a million times and April yet again dealt with all of my texts and said stay as long as you need. Best host EVER! Thank you April and SW for a wonderful Spring Break!

Absolutely loved this home for a 5-night mother/daughter trip with my daughter, her friend, and her mom. The bedrooms were equal and the living area was perfect for the 4 of us. The house is a 2-minute walk to the beach with the most beautiful sunset view on the island. April was very hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Perfect!!

The house is in such a safe feeling area, with just a Short stroll down to beach, & nightly sunset view! We will be back!

This was probably the most seamless stay we've had in a short term rental property. The owners provided great communication from the time the reservation was confirmed through our departure at the end of the week. The owners arranged for all transportation between the airport and the home, which was a huge deal, given that there was a taxi, a ferry, and another ride from the dock to the home. This was arranged for both our arrival and departure. We were very happy with this property and would recommend it to others.

Located near the beach with chairs and paddle board available made the stay very nice. Can’t beat this island and this house on the island is really special.

From start to finish, April made our stay perfect despite some inclement weather. The taxi and ferry connections that April arranged for us were seamless. The house was a perfect fit for our family (four adults and two children). We loved the central location between Sandbar and Shipyard restaurants and being across the street from a great beach that we could walk on for a long distance without seeing any other people. Even when cool weather and strong winds interfered with our planned boat excursion, April helped us rearrange our plans to get out on the water early in the morning of our departure. Highly recommend a stay at Paradise Found.

Tyson and April were amazing hosts from the time that we booked our stay until we got on the water taxi to head back to the airport. There was never a detail that they didn't share or a text that they didn't immediately reply to. The house is literally minutes from everything - including one of the most beautiful beaches that you will experience. The water is gorgeous and the wildlife that you get to experience will take your breath away. My husband and I also took advantage of the charter service that Tyson and April offer. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU DO THIS! Captain Ruben was the best guide and we got to experience so many fun things while spending the day out with him. Overall, you will not be disappointed with your visit to Spanish Wells. The people are incredibly kind, the beaches are private and beautiful, and if you don't leave feeling relaxed you did something wrong.

My mom and I had such a great experience with April on this trip! The house is in a great location within walking distance to the beach. 2 nice sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The house was spotless and had a gorgeous kitchen. Having the golf cart was a really nice feature as well. If you are looking for a great house, in a great location, look no further, we will be back for sure!

Overall, we had an amazing experience staying at April and Tyson’s rental during our stay at Spanish Wells! We hopped a few islands within the Bahamas and my group all can agreed that staying at Spanish Wells was the best part of our trip! April was amazing as a host, she got us set up and her response rate for any requests or questions was impeccable! April is a stop shop to everything, from excursions to taxi arrangements she does it all! She and her team definitely made our stay super easy and we all agreed we cannot wait to come back in the near future!

This was my 6th time visiting Spanish Wells and renting from Tyson and April Newbold. It just gets better each time. The house was a perfect lay out and well stocked with everything and more than we needed. You can see the beach from the front porch! Excellent communication with owners whenever we had questions about anything,. The only thing I could possibly recommend for this property is a clothes dresser in the bedroom. We really enjoyed our stay on Spanish Wells! The house is the perfect size and right around the corner from a very quiet beach! The beds were very comfortable and homeowners were very responsive to our questions and helping us navigate to and from house plus getting required Covid test to return home.

Everything about this property was great for our family. The beds were super comfy and April was great to work with. Spanish Wells is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The morning and evening walks along the beach were so relaxing. Our charter with Tyman Charters was so much fun. Captain Ruben is the best and made our day. Thanks for everything April and Tyson.

Absolutely beautiful house, nicely decorated in a small neighborhood setting. The host was friendly, accommodating and responsive. 2 minute walk to endless secluded beach. Best place I've ever stayed in the Bahamas. Come here and you wont regret it!
