The location of this vacation home is perfect- literally a few minutes from the Disney attractions however there were multiple sighting of cockroaches in the kitchen, laundry and family room area. Outdoor patio furniture needs to be upgraded and the numbers for the pool were not painted inside or on pool. Overall spacious home, the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms are very well divided, so one of us staying up late wasn’t disruptive to the other at all, and the wifi signal is strong.

There were 11 of us and this was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, the kids loved the pool and the water park. It was very convenient to all the parks and to Walmart and other stores. We loved it!

We loved staying at this property. Well maintained and close to Disney. All in our party have already said we want to stay here the next time we come back to Disney! The property managers were great in the checkin process and answered all our questions. We definitely recommend.

Everything was great with the minor exception of the dishwasher which only sanitized dishes and couldn't clean off even small stains or bits of food.

House was very clean, large enough for whole family. Lots of kitchen utensils, Keurig, ice maker in fridge, slow cooker and dishwasher and washer and dryer. Bedrooms a good size. Pool was amazing... we paid for pool heat no hesitation getting in at all. Maintenance quick to respond to inquiry. Would highly recommend this property in Windsor Hills.

The house was great, with a ton of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. The pool and hot tub were great, definitely splurge for the pool heat it made a world of difference!
The only initial downfall was that the pool toys that were shown in the pictures were not there, so we bought a few at Walmart and left them for more families to enjoy. ☺️

The house was very nice. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. The pool was a hit and was the perfect temperature. There is a Walmart 5 minutes away. Very close to Disney. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property!! Exactly as stated! The pool was amazing, and our little people had a blast in it! The strollers were extremely beneficial as were the toys- thank you!! It was nice to walk around the complex and go to the playground, and Disney is so convenient to this property! Would absolutely stay again- thanks so much!!!

We had a wonderful time. The house was in the perfect location. We went to Universal and Disney and just enjoyed time at the house. Some of the taps were a little loose but still worked. For us it was perfect but some might think it needs a few updates.

This house is perfectly located with plenty of space in all rooms and very clean . The owner answered all my questions prior to our stay and we had no issues with the home our entire stay . My granddaughters enjoyed the pool and was very nice to sit outside to relax in the evenings. We are so happy that we found this home as my entire family loved it ! Having two king bedrooms upstairs and a queen bedroom and two other twin bedrooms and one queen bedroom downstairs was perfect ! When looking for a home for your entire family I believe you would be just as happy as we were as the layout of the home does give you space to relax and enjoy yourself .

The house view, description, and amenities on VRBO were precise in actuality. Lora was quick with a response to any questions or concerns.
Everything was in working order and very good condition.

I just got home from staying at this house, it was an amazing week. The house and pool was great. The water was nice and warm, i didn't want to leave. The owner is amazing and always answered every question right away. I would recommend staying at this house. It was only a few mins away from Walmart and Disney.

We always take at least one vacation a year with all the grandkids and the whole family this place was perfect for that large house with toys for the kids and the pool was great the on-site water park was great for the kids who enjoyed the slides I would definitely consider going back

What a great experience with home, location (if going to Disney)and communication with host. House was spacious, clean and had everything. Will be sure to rent this one again. We have rented always several years of going to Disney but this was the closest ever. Even my adult children are trying to put together trips with friends with this house. It was great to find a home with big beds not all twins. Thank you Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property in Windsor Hills. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The owner was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to my questions. My two young kids absolutely loved the community pool area and amenities. I would highly recommend !

We were very happy with the house and the location. Lora was quick to respond and once they knew what we wanted to do, provided helpful hints.
One tip for others, the pool and the hot tub are tied together. I had not realized and declined the pool being heated as I'm used to them being separate systems, but that was my misconception.

Fam of 6 with adult children.Very clean house Each had their own room. ceiling fans not in every room; had to buy fans due to rule of 72 degrees on thermostat(outside temps were in mid 80's during stay made rooms warm at night) Very firm mattresses. 4 washrooms helpful (toilet paper single ply). Plenty of (thin)towels. Plenty of kitchen utensils.TVs in most rooms. Garage with pool table, darts and foosball. Spa heat important for relaxing at end of long park days(circuit breakers had to be reset in spa and kitchen; not sure breakers have enough amp to support).Daily garbage pickup a plus. Great location to Disney(10 to 20 minutes depending on park). Universal about 30 minutes away. Restaurants, gas and Walmart nearby (5 minutes). Workout room good with machines and treadmills. Management co and owner very responsive and great to work with. Secure gated dev. Neighborhood quiet and clean.Management has a relationship with outside massage company that we used, Get quote in writing as verbal prices were different than brochure. Overall great place to stay; would come back.

If you are looking to stay off Disney property for your next vacation, this is a terrific option. The neighborhood and location are great - you never have to get on I-4 in order to travel to Springs or the Disney Parks - it's awesome.
We stayed with 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and 1 child. The home has plenty of space and we enjoyed the garage turned game room.
The community areas were clean and there was plenty to do. Our family utilized the basketball court, pool, arcade, and general store. We had lovely experiences with all of it. I will say there are a lot of speed bumps throughout the community, some placed in unexpected places. So, pro tip: Drive with caution. :)
All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation and already miss Florida!

The location of the property is ideal for proximity to the WDW parks. The house itself has plenty of room and all the amenities expected, including a well-equipped kitchen with plenty of dishes for everyone in the home. The game room is a nice feature for the older kids, and the pool & hot tub were fun for the whole family! We stayed here with a multi-generational group including elderly grandparents, middle-aged parents and small children (ages infant to 12 years). Only caution I would give is to be careful booking if you have very small children - every table top on the main floor of the home is glass. While pretty, I was a nervous wreck the entire time with the preschool age/toddlers, trying to keep them away from potentially damaging them. We didn't do a single meal at the dining room table because I was too nervous; lots of eating on the pool patio tables for us. :) The owner was wonderful! So responsive when we had any issues or questions. There was a small issue with the pool heater not working at first, and she had someone there first thing the next morning to resolve it (was a simple power issue, so nothing major) and the water was comfy and warm the rest of the trip! The pool and water park area at the development was really fun for the kids. Awesome splash pad and water slides! Thanks to the host for making this a wonderful trip for our family to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary.

We booked the villa for our 3 week stay. The location was fantastic, so close to restaurants and shops and 10 minutes to Disney. The villa was really spacious, plenty of areas for the 8 in our party ranging in age from 5 - 77! The beds were the most comfortable we have even had and actually better than ours at home. The addition of a few extra mugs would have be really helpful as being Brits we drink a lot of tea. The communication with Lora was excellent, we had a minor issue a few days into our stay and Lora was very quick to remedy the situation. The only issue we found was the pool was quite tricky to get in and out of for my elderly mum. A grab rail in the pool would have made it a lot easier for her to access independently. That is the only thing that could have improved our wonderful stay. We would definitely use this villa again.

We stayed here for a week and had no issues. Lora was great in getting back to me when I had a question. When hurricane Nicole blew three she even messaged to check in to make sure we were ok. The pool was nice and warm we enjoyed it before and after our long days at the parks. We had 5 adults and two teenagers in the house and we all had plenty of room when we needed to spread out. The house is located in a very nice gated community. Highly recommend!

The front door lock is unsafe for toddlers. Our 2 yo granddaughter was able to easily open the door from the inside and could easily have wandered into the street. A deadbolt should be installed.
There were not enough trash bags for the stay.

This was our 7th stay in Windsor Hills and again a very great one in this wonderful gated community.
Lovely and spacious house with a great extended pool area.

Property martched pictures accurately. Home was well kept, clean linens, plenty of towels, and very spacious. Had a guest come by unexpectedly and very easy to get them a pass to visit. The community pool was great and my niece enjoyed swimming there as well as the private pool. Previously rented a townhouse here and this community is one of our favorites. Something to fit everyone's budget.
