Second story studio 1 1/2 blocks to beach
West Beach ist der beste Teil von Santa Barbara! Dieses große, gut ausgestattete Studio verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Queensize-Schlafsofa. Das Badezimmer hat eine Dusche. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem kleinen Bistrotisch und einem großen Esstisch und Stühlen im Hauptraum. Es gibt Holzböden und eine hohe, offene Decke. Die große, umlaufende Fliesenterrasse bietet komfortable Gartenmöbel und eine herrliche Aussicht. Liegestühle und Boogie-Boards zum Spielen in der Sonne sind inbegriffen. Es gibt Parkplätze vor Ort. Unter der Woche wird noch gebaut. Sollte diesen Sommer 2018 fertig sein. Die Verbreiterung des Mission Creek um unser Grundstück ist endlich abgeschlossen. In der Nähe von Amtrak- und Greyhound-Stationen. Im nahe gelegenen Mission Creek gibt es eine Vielzahl an Vogelarten. Versorgen Sie sich auf dem 3 Häuserblocks entfernten Santa Cruz-Markt und den örtlichen Bauernmärkten mit Lebensmitteln. Zahlreiche Restaurants, Weinproben und die Innenstadt erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß oder mit dem Shuttle, der 1 Block entfernt ist.

We loved our stay here, what a sweet base to experience SB! The apartment has a wonderful boho esthetic that blends comfort and simplicity so well. We felt like we were in our own little Wes Anderson movie, the ritual of opening all the windows for air, and the simple pleasures of bringing back breakfast to enjoy on the front porch. It's so close to Funk Zone, downtown, and the beach we just left the car.

What a wonderful and large comfortable studio. So many nice extra touches....coffee for our use, cold water, comfy bed, the box fan was perfect to keep cooler at night, so many lamps/lighting! Absolutely great location....we walked to everything. Also so quiet! Our only issue was trouble getting in the lock box to get key for front door...took many tries and then I could not get it closed either. We would love to come back!

We have two children living in California and were able to spend time with them at this location, cook some of their Midwest family favorites, send hours relaxing and playing games in the outdoor area. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay with attentive hosts, and we would go back in a heart beat! Walking distance to so many things. Bakeries, the pier, restaurants and even museums. The porch was a great place for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. So glad we chose to stay here!

My husband, our daughter, and I just had our third stay in this unit, and we continue to be delighted with it. The studio is very roomy and well-supplied, and the covered balcony offers lots of enjoyable outside seating options.

Cute little boho apartment in a prime location very near the beach, we were able to walk to most places. So much to do and see in Santa Barbara! We highly recommend a trip to the Channel Islands and a wine tour with @Captain Jacks tours.

The location of this property is perfect. You're near the beach, pier, wharf, State Street, the Funk Zone, etc. There's also a huge wraparound balcony that's perfect for relaxing in Santa Barbara's lovely Mediterranean climate. And the apartment is furnished with some thoughtful items, like a guitar and backup iPhone cables in case you forgot yours.
Our main concern was cleanliness and upkeep. The bed comforter had a stain. The lids on the trash bins were dirty and gross. Some of the drinking glasses on the upper shelf in the kitchen were coated in a thick, dusty residue as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. There was a bag in the freezer with half-eaten popsicles and used popsicle sticks. The refrigerator contained a handful of random items that had expired months ago. There was a pill organizer with some previous residents vitamins/pills in the bathroom windowsill. There were no instructions for how to use the entertainment system. Honestly, the apartment seems like an afterthought.

The property was exactly as described. Just right for our family. Great location and off street parking was a plus. Atmosphere in the outdoor covered patio, and proximity to amenities was a big plus. We will definitely stay here again in the near future.

I honestly can't rate this Vrbo experience highly enough! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, especially being able to walk to those perfect Santa Barbara beaches, not to mention all the walkable choices for dining and entertainment. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax and drink after a full day of more relaxation, and thanks for providing all the beach gear! Additional coolness points will be awarded to the host for having my favorite Pierce Brosnan Bond movie available on VHS. If you're lucky enough to book this place for your stay, don't hesitate to do it!

This studio is the perfect spot for a young couple looking for a relaxing beach vacation. So close to the beach and so many restaurants, bars, and shops. The place is clean and organized and fit all of our needs.

Exceeded our expectations ! Lovely porches , great location . Were able to walk to everything . The Amtrak train is close and does come by a couple of times a night that took some getting used to . However , we would book this property again if in the area .

This is a wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara. Close to State Street, the Train Station and Beach. The balcony is superb with so many spots to sit and enjoy the sun. Perfect for a couple or small family. 5 stars all the way around!

Loved this property! The location could not be any better…5 minute walk to many restaurants, bars and the beach. 10 minute walk to state street. The place is self had everything you could need. Both beds were very comfortable, there were lots of bathroom and kitchen necessities. The balcony is huge and nice to hang out on. The hosts were very responsive and were flexible with my Check out time when I lost my car keys right before leaving SB, which I so appreciated. The train station being so close was not an issue at all. This will hopefully be my go to place for my many future SB stays.

This is the second Christmas we've stayed at this property, couldn't have been happier:) The location is amazing, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen, love the eclectic decor, the wrap around deck is awesome! Amazing affordable location super close to the beach, funk zone and restaurants/bars on State St. Nothing fancy here but has just what you need. Plenty of space for 2 people. Great wrap around deck.

My husband, daughter, and I spent a weekend here and found it to be a convenient base for exploring Santa Barbara.
There was plenty of room for the three of us, and the rental was comfortable and clean. The porch, which wraps around two sides of the building, has lots of seating and was a perfect place for coffee, reading, and conversation.
While there isn’t air conditioning, the windows provide plenty of fresh air and help keep the space cool.
We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back on a future trip!
