We booked last minute while driving down to Texas to visit family. This was a great place to hang out for a few days and let the kids enjoy the pool! Fast communication with owners. Would definitely come here again.

We had a great week in this home. We tried to leave winter behind and enjoy some sun and pool time. Unfortunately the endless Utah winter continued, but this house did not disappoint. They had the pool heated to 85 and we were able to play every day even though it was only between 42 and 60 degrees the whole week. And the hot tub was lovely for warming up and watching the tougher family members still playing in the pool : ). The home is in a very nice quiet neighborhood with walking trails close by. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Maybe bring some extra pool towels if you are coming with more than a few people (they said this in the instructions and I missed it, but we were fine with what they had available). Check in and out was super easy and they were very fast to respond the one time I had a question. We definitely want to come back again in the future.

Overall good, beds comfy, everything else functional. If allergies are a concern, then a carpeted place (like this one) isn't a good option while in the desert. Photos in the listing are pretty accurate.

The house, pool, slide, lights, hot tub, misters and splash pad all worked well and were very fun! A couple quick calls to very responsive hosts corrected any clarifications on their written instructions and small fixes. Simple as resetting a GFI outlet by pushing a button. All TV-Streaming entertainment worked very well if you follow the detailed instructions. Golf at the nearby Green Spring course was also a great. Beautiful course. Walking and running trails for daily exercise. Close to any type of fast food, movies and shopping. We will be back!

Pay more if necessary to avoid this property. Do not engage in business with Paul and Shaunna. VRBO customers of over 15 years, we feared the unusually negative reviews of this property. But if we squinted our eyes just right (no pun intended, Paul), we could believe that the hosts were doing their best in the face of unusually bad guests. We took a risk because we wanted a pool to escape the height of the pandemic with our children. Our stay was mostly fine. The pool cover was broken but the hosts had let us know beforehand and had crews trying to fix it during our stay. There were other problems but the hosts were reassuring and attentive and communicated with us well. We departed energized by the beautiful Southern Utah weather and left the property cleaner than we found it which is an important value to us. After our stay we learned that the hosts assessed the maximum claimable damages (see VRBO terms if you’re curious) to their property for: 1. Damage to their pool cover. 2. Hiring professional movers. 3. Repairing their washer/dryer and smoke detectors. We complained to the hosts and VRBO but neither responded. We supposed we would be protected by an intermediary in the case of apparent fraud but have been disappointed. Our response: 1. The hosts’ pool cover was broken before our arrival. They knew this because they notified us. We inspected its repair carefully and obtained clearance from the host before ever trying to operate it with the remote touchpad control. We never abused or even touched the pool cover. 2. Multiple tall guests bumped their heads on a low hanging chandelier in the dining room. To mitigate this undisclosed hazard the dining table was moved (by a 70 year old man!!) about 2 feet to be centered directly beneath the chandelier. This in no way constituted a legitimate necessity to hire professional movers. 3.(?!) The washer and dryer were nice and worked well during our stay. Maybe cleaners ran an unbalanced load of towels after we left and the dryer walked out of its connection to the exhaust vent? We have no idea. The hosts may have relied on bad information from management or staff on items 2 and 3, but we are convinced that they could not possibly have made claim 1 in good faith. They had personal knowledge of the damaged pool cover before our arrival. We have retained the voicemail message. Small claims would be our next line of recourse but seems too burdensome. Run, don’t walk, away from these hosts.

The kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING needed to prepare meals (two ovens, coffee maker, crockpots, pots, pans, utensils, etc.). The bedrooms are divided with two masters with ensuites on one end of the house, a TV room with sleeper sofa just off the living room (1/2 bath in the hall) and two other bedrooms and a bathroom at the other end. Beds are comfortable with nice sheets and plenty of pillows. We love this upscale neighborhood as it is quiet (no neighbors behind) and it is within a few minutes of shopping, restaurants and other fun activities. Only wish: An outdoor grill for guests to use. Paul and Shauna are conscientious and responsive....would highly recommend this beautiful home to families with children looking for an outdoor oasis and comfortable indoor accommodations.

We've now stayed at this property twice, it is a great little home in a great location. Everything is exactly as listed and Paul is wonderful for help and communication.

Temp was spot on 85 degrees pool temperature and hot tub was quite hot 100 degrees. Tv worked great and everything was just great. This home had a fantastic pool, with a slide that was working. Unfortunately, the pool lights and splash pad needed further repairs. No BBQing is allowed. You need to bring your own ROKU device to use; the DVD player in the main living room was not working. You need to make sure that you take pictures of any damaged items in/on the property and send them to the owners. Otherwise, you do not get your cleaning/security deposit back. These are just a few topics to mention, if you rent this location. Overall, it was a very clean and decent place to stay. We did hear quite a bit of traffic behind the house, due to a main street that is directly in the back. You can drown out that traffic noise, by turning on the slide or jets. Bottom line: it was worth the stay for the price.

Planned this trip for us and our daughters family. The house and backyard pool was wonderful.; where we spent most of our time. This is the first time renting for me where the home owners actually took pride in their property and are great to correspond with their guests to answer questions. I would definitely rent from them again.

Overall satisfactory,. clean other than needs a a lot of dusting, hot tub gave a rash to the legs, so something is wrong in the water........needs attention. Also unable to use pool as they share water. Host offered to send pool company two days after the incident.

Chose this property for the location in Southern Utah and we wanted a house with a pool. The property was just as described and close to shopping and other outdoor activities. We mostly just stayed at the house and swam. Would recommend for anyone looking for a great location in Souhern Utah

Rental warning.... REQUEST rental agreement BEFORE booking. There are several rules that you MUST abide by. The rental was not sparkling clean, just small stuff (owner was made aware and was willing to send someone but we declined). AC did not work well on one portion of the house (owner also made aware and sent someone out next day). I am still not sure it was working correctly as we had to keep setting it at 74 on the north side of the house. The pool was AMAZING, we had a blast with the slide and our kids swam as much as they could. The location is far enough out of town to not be busy but close enough if you want to shop or dine out.
