The Homestead Verleih liegt nur 400 Meter Höhe einer Seitenstraße vom Hafen im historischen Zentrum des Dorfes von Ephraim entfernt. Die drei Schlafzimmer im Ranch-Stil Haus bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen einschließlich Säuglingen und Kindern und hat einen Blick auf Eagle Harbor und das Dorf Marina von vorne Panoramafenster. Der familienfreundliche Ephraim Public Beach ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett. Ein umgebautes Vollbad mit begehbarer Dusche und eine halbe Badewanne. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Die Küche wurde neu renoviert und beinhaltet einen Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle, 10-12 Tassen Kaffeemaschine, Topftopf, Teller, Tassen, Gläser und Kochgeschirr. Das Gehöft beinhaltet WLAN, Kabel-TV und Parkplätze für 2 Fahrzeuge. Die Außenterrasse umfasst Stühle, Tisch und Gasgrill. Excellent house in the heart of Ephraim. Walking distance to all Ephraim restaurants and the waterfront. The house has an awesome view of the water in the distance from the living room.

The location was perfect. Great access point, centrally located. Beautiful view. Home was extremely clean, great space, host Diane did a wonderful job communicating and left some really nice gifts and touches for us as guests! I would book again.

We had a great 2 night stay just in time to see the peak fall colors! The house was exactly as expected and very well kept. We were welcomed with a basket of goodies and a personal note from Diane and Larry. House had lake views and was in a nice spot. Highly recommend!!

The Homestead Rental in Ephraim was a great central location for exploring all Door County has to offer. It was the perfect size for my wife and I and the two other couples (friends) we were traveling with. When we arrived, it was great that the lights were left on for us, so we didn't need to hunt for light switches right away. We were surprised and really appreciated the welcome gift of snacks and Door County cookbooks. Having access to the dock and gazebo for watching sunsets was great. Sitting and relaxing on the patio was wonderful each evening. While the building seem a bit older, it was well kept and clean. The WiFi worked great and we all appreciated the abundance of hot water. Will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Door County.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided for our needs. So thoughtful of Diane and Larry to leave a gift basket. We would definitely recommend this house as an inviting place to stay in a quiet area within walking distance to the water and to restaurants.

The three bedrooms each with a queen bed did it for us, as did the location. Everything we needed in the house. Peaceful patio and so centrally located in Ephraim. Will be back.

FANTASTIC SPACE, FANTASTIC PLACE!!
Our family has come to Door Co a number of times over the years; however, we knew we didn’t want to have a hotel/condo with our adult children staying with us. We found this home available thru VRBO & the hostess stayed in touch throughout. We got to Ephraim later than we had planned but Diane had left snacks & a welcome letter which was so appreciated at that time in the evening. Every room was spacious, the kitchen had plenty of room for any cooking we did & there was plenty of seating in the living room when we wound down at night. It was unusually warm during our stay so the individual A/C units were great! Our family truly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this property to anyone considering it!!

Perfect location
The Homestead home was perfect for our family week in Door County. The rooms were all a good size to fit 6 adults and one baby. Although there is no dining room, we managed to eat 2 dinners in the kitchen area. We really enjoyed eating on the patio and cooking a few meals on the grill. The highlight each evening was walking down to the dock to watch the sunset or walking to Wilson’s for an ice cream! The location is centrally located to visit the small towns and the State Park.

Great Experience
We wanted a vrbo since we have a 3.5 year old and an 11 month old so they each had their own room and we had a kitchen to prepare meals and snacks for them. The house was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our experience! This location does not have infant sleep accommodations so we brought the pack n’ play tor our littlest one to sleep in, not something I thought about until after booking so just an fyi!

Beautiful house in Ephraim close to the beach and shops
We were very pleased with our stay at this very well kept and cozy home. The hosts obviously have taken very good care of the home and have made nice updates. We were 2 blocks from the beach and from really nice stores. We will definitely return next year! Thanks Diane and Larry!

This house is owned and managed by people who were born into the hospitality of Door County. They know how to treat guests and how to keep accommodations operating smoothly. This was a treat to have a comfortable home and a lovely water view of Eagle Harbor.

Perfect Central Location
This cottage in Ephraim has the perfect, central location for visiting both sides of the peninsula. It's a short walking distance to watch the beautiful sunsets each night as well as to visit the shops and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful setting along with the thoughtful amenities and comfortable accommodations.

The experience was fantastic! The property was clean and as listed. The property owner was very responsive to any inquiries that we had. The history of the this particular property any those surrounding it made the novelty of the stay even the more exciting. Central location made it easy for multiple excursions up and down the county. Just teriffic!

Perfect place
This is our second time staying at this comfortable home. It is perfectly located for getting to our favorite places in Door County. This year was special because of the virus, yet we felt totally safe because of the extra measures taken to make sure everything was clean and sanitized. We did mostly takeout meals, which was convenient to go pick up and take back to our kitchen to eat. Everything you could want in a Door County home. We definitely want to come back again!

Great Experience
This is a beautiful home with a great view of the beach. Its tucked in to a spot away from all the hustle and bustle but is still in walking distance to Wilson's Ice Cream and the Old Post Office. It's centrally located and a short drive to many of the attractions in Door County. It was a clean place. I would definitely recomend this place.
