Love the place, Sat out on the dock every morning for coffee, it’s wonderful.

This home was great for our vacation. It had a long dock for tying up our flats boat with plenty of depth; at least 5’. The ramp made it great to put the boat in and out with no need to deal with the chaos of a public boat ramp. Wife loved the sunsets from the end of the dock. Security was great as there exists an electric gate to enter exit the property. We only had one issue with an appliance and it was repaired immediately. Fishing wasnt great but thats on me. Planning a return trip.

What a great place to stay with the most beautiful view of the water! We enjoyed the outside kitchen and relaxing underneath of the house. Wonderful to keep your boat right at the dock, which was cool with the lights turned on at night! We had a few nice days to fish and took him some nice filets. The house and the grounds are very secure with the electronic gate. Pam is a wonderful host and always respond to any questions. I have also stayed at the little house next-door, which is just as awesome. Since our dog was welcomed, he enjoyed swimming right off the shore.

Perfect location. Great deck. House has all you need and kayaks! We look forward to next year!

Enjoyed our stay.

Rented a boat and did a lot of fishing. Also enjoyed watching the marine life from the dock. Many restaurants nearby and the neighbors are friendly.

Pam and Chris are great hosts and very responsive to any needs you have during your stay. The property is in a beautiful location in Key Largo and convenient to many nice restaurants and various outdoor activities.

Another great stay at Coconuts. Perfect location for beautiful sunsets and endless fishing and swimming from the dock. This property has become a family favorite.

We will definitely rent this property again. My husband and I and our two older teen sons stayed for a week. We snorkeled right off the beach, kayaked and fished off the new dock. Pam had kayaks and snorkeling gear onsite. The sunsets were gorgeous and we drank our coffee on the porch rockers each morning. We had a manatee swim under the dock and saw a few of them eating every morning a few yards out from the dock. We also had dolphins swim by. The house isn't huge but is cozy and was plenty big for us. It was very clean. We had temps in the high 70s so were able to keep the large glass doors open wide and enjoy the breeze. We'll be renting again! Thank you, Pam, for sharing your little slice of heaven.

We came at one of the coldest times in FL in decades - but were so content to be away from the 1*F temps at home. We enjoyed playing board games inside, with an incredible view. We got a couple of days out and about at the end of our week. We recommend the property!

We love the location of this house! The view is spectacular. It is conveniently located to walk to restaurants and shopping. It is a perfect place to just relax.

Vacationed from Oregon to visit the Florida Keys. Had a good time at the house, good location, and would rent it again for our next trip.

We loved our stay! Pam was easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were so easy. The views from the pier were awesome. We will definitely be booking this again!

Location was absolutely perfect! The set up was perfect! The dock was perfect! It was wonderful! The only thing I will say is it needed to be cleaned inside. I don’t think the shower had been cleaned from the guests prior to us. However we cleaned and stayed because everything else was so wonderful!

This is my second time staying there with friends and my dogs. Everyone always has the best time. So nice to hang out on the beach/dock or go for a paddle. We always bring our own paddleboards, but they have several for guest use. My favorite part is always the breathtaking sunsets!

We loved this property. The location is right on Overseas Hwy and close to shopping, dining, beaches. The outdoor kitchen was fantastic. We loved cooking and eating outside with the gorgeous view. Being on the water with a dock was the highlight. My kids got up every morning to fish, snorkel, or look for starfish. There is a boat ramp next to the dock so we could put our boat in. And there’s a lot of privacy with trees/hedges on both sides. I’ve looked at many dog friendly rentals and this by far was the best.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this place. When we first arrived everything was clean and organized. The checkin process in getting inside was easy and any questions I had throughout the entire stay, the owners responded back within minutes. The view of this place is absolutely amazing and you can see the sunset perfectly. The little beach was perfect because our kids were able to play with the water and sand. We took our boat and had it on the dock. It is very close to restaurants and different sand bars. We had a wonderful time!!!

We really enjoyed our time here. Property grounds are beautiful. Pam is wonderful! Available to answer questions and solve any issues. Can't wait to return!

Great spot for kids.

I cant recommend this place enough. Its comfortable, reasonably priced and has a wonderful outdoor space for cooking and hanging out. Its easy to get to compared to the lower keys and has the fun / free atmosphere that you want when visiting the keys. Its clean, well equipped and the AC works great. The beds are comfortable but you may want to bring your own pillows. Notes for future boaters. We had a 17 foot whaler and had no serious issues launching or recovering. There was plenty of water on all tide conditions. One of the neighbors was able to launch a 25 foot bay boat without issues on the same ramp. If you don't have 4x4 keep you back tires dry; its slippery below the tide line. If you plan to keep the boat in the water overnight, bring lots of fenders. During our stay a thunderstorm over Florida Bay produced strong northerly winds and it got really rough for an hour. Or, just pull your boat daily.

This was an amazing property. We are a family of 4, two young adult children. We used this as a home base for scuba diving. We were able to come back for a quick lunch between morning and afternoon dives with Sea Dwellers which is just minutes away. The house is simple but has everything you could need. We were comfortable eating at the tables, the bedrooms gave us enough room the spread out, and the living room furniture was nice. But the reason this property is exceptional is the view. the porch had comfortable chairs and a great view. The best was the dock. Sitting out there for the sunset was incredible. There were mentions in reviews about the sturdiness of the dock. It has been recently redone with a composite material. Saw dolphins twice. We also took the Kayaks out. It was very enjoyable to paddle around the sailboats. The area under the house and the outside shower made rinsing and drying our dive gear a breeze. Also made use of the washer and dryer in the shed. There were two campers on the property but we only saw people from each of them once but they seemed very nice. I will definitely use this property again if we return.

Our family of 6 absolutely loved our stay here! We will absolutely keep Pam's house in mind next time we venture down to the Keys!

We spent our entire trip parked on the balcony enjoying a truly special ocean view and fancy cocktails. I especially enjoyed watching other vacationers fishing off the nearby docks from sunup to sundown. This is a great place to go for a low impact low maintenance getaway. If you enjoy fishing, this is your place. I especially enjoyed eating the incredible breakfasts and lunches at an historic diner next to the property, but also took advantage of a nearby grocery store that made it extra convenient. The hosts went out of their way to correct a minor problem that occurred and we appreciated that very much.

First visit to the Keys & I have to say this location was absolutely blissful!!! There were no issues at all during our stay, except the leaving part, we all were sad to leave. The home was perfect for our needs and the outside area was just as perfect! The water was so clear! Kayaking in the bay…I could have paddle around all day. Sunsets from the dock will simply take your breath away. We would certainly stay here again!

We have been visiting key largo for 17 years. Our first visit to this property and we have already booked it for next year. Great location - walkable restaurants, pet friendly, comfortable, kayaks and awesome views and sunsets. Definitely recommend!

Even better than the pictures. Clean and roomy. We have stayed at many VRBO's and this was by far our favorite. We especially enjoyed the area down below . We didn't want to leave. Just can't say enough about this property!!!

We had a wonderful time. Sunsets on the dock were gorgeous. We enjoyed The house, the balcony, the beach, the view, local restaurants. The neighbors were kind and helpful. It was great being able to have our dog stay with us on vacation. We would definitely love to come back and rent this home again.

My husband and I love Keys. This was an awesome place to stay, right in the center of Key Largo. We were snorkeling, kayaking, chit chatting with very friendly, respectful neighbors, reading books, watching sunset right from the new deck. House was clean, comfortable. When called to do minor repair, the owner Chris came in immediately. We absolutely loved our stay and be back soon. Thank you Chris and Pam!

House was accurate, backyard was different story. It seemed like nobody has stayed there for years, wasnt well kept up and the dock was falling apart, sandy beach area was covered with sea weed and it stunk so bad. I was on the understanding the weeds didn't start till further out, rather than start at shore line. Called manager and she actually seemed confused about the dock.. Assured me the dock would be fixed by 9pm that night. There was absolutely no way they would be able to fix even if they had the lumber.. A neighbor came to to assure us that this issue has been ongoing and that they felt bad for us. After an hour of arriving we decided it was literally a liability issue in case of what if's because we had children so we left. Thinking we had a place for 7 people then not was horrifying. Not a memorable trip I'd have to say. We were better off staying in Minnesota.
