Mieten Sie direkt vom Eigentümer. Ein schönes Urlaubsgebiet. Unsere Wohnung ist ein Komplex am Meer. Dieses Gerät verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Strand, ohne Verkehrs Sorgen. Wir sind auf der obersten Etage und von unserer Hausdeck gibt es einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die 12 Eigentümer sind stolz darauf, eine saubere gepflegte uint für ihre Familien und Gäste. Sobald Sie diesen Ort besucht haben, werden Sie uns auf die Rückkehr von Jahr zu Jahr zu suchen.
Wir bemühen uns, eine saubere und einladende Wohnung und ein guter Ort zum Entspannen halten und haben einen angenehmen Aufenthalt am Strand. Wir verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Wir haben auch ein Queen-Size ausklappbaren Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Wir sind mit Flachbild-Fernseher in jedem bedroon mit Kabel. Im Wohnzimmer haben wir auch einen Flachbild-TV mit DVD-Player. Wir haben High-Speed-WiFi-Service zur Verfügung.
Unsere Anlage verfügt über einen schönen Pool am Meer mit einem Gehweg zum Strand, die Sie und Ihre Familie einen einfachen Zugang zu den großen Strand.
Wenn Sie vom Strand für einen Tag oder Nacht Spaß erhalten möchten, gibt es viele Attraktionen in der Nähe von Myrtle Beach. Es gibt auch viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Wenn Sie Golf spielen, gibt es viele schöne Plätze in der Umgebung.

This was our first time staying ocean front and it was fabulous. My family has been coming to Ocean Isle Beach my entire life (26 years). It was great to now have our own place to start making memories with our two babies!

The owner was great to communicate with. View and location amazing. We did not have the best experience with our stay. So much updating needs done. WiFi on bulletin board ( which is very out dated) do not use! Virus will lock your lap top. I only tried it when the one provided with the confirmation and policy rules were given and it did not work. No WiFi definitely needs worked on. We rented for 7 nights only to feel like nothing was wiped down? Air condition was great only master bedroom stayed to warm to sleep all week. Other bedroom in condo was cold.( No vent was not closed) I understand remodeling stuff laying around. you could wipe dust with your finger on furniture. Cover on sofa couch was an indication do not uncover. Don't use! Good thing we didn't need the bed. Throws were put over furniture to update the looks not cleanliness. The bed covers on the bed, I wouldn't lay on them. None these are changed only made up. I seen them go in and out an hour. two vacuums went in and a bag on one shoulder few cleaning supplies. I wished i hadn't arrived early. The ole saying what you don't see will not hurt you is true. Made for a week of looking around and wiping things down before using. Not restful. I'm glad I brought our bed covers and sheets to put on top. Policy stated bring linens. I have a dog, I cleaned dog hairs throughout the week than were not my dog. Crew could do more thorough cleaning. Price to rent was good, fees not!

We had a great vacation. We have stayed here a few times and it is a great place to stay. Its close to the beach and the pool is usually not crowded. Its very clean and quiet.

Location: Awesome. It's quiet, right on the beach with a great view, not far from town if you want to walk. bike lane adjacent to unit.
Unit: We were two people staying, it was perfect. It is under new ownership and we were warned it was in the process of improvement/renovation.
The place was clean, there were new appliances, good TV's and wifi, nice chairs and table on the deck and porch. The beds were comfortable.
Although the cabinets and decor were a little dated, it did not affect our stay. Like I noted, the owners are in process of making improvements, so I suspect it will be even better very soon.
We would rent this unit again next year.

This is a comfortable condo, with everything there you need for a great stay. The view from the deck is great, can just sit there for hours watching the ocean. Conveniently located to food and activities if you want to go and do. Owner and property manager both very responsive and helpful.

Loved this place, I want to live here year round! Clean, thank you Faye! Pet friendly, wonderful ocean view. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was pretty chilly Thanksgiving, heat worked great. Enjoyed the decor, well stocked kitchen. Way comfortable K bed. Felt like home. The stairs were a little challenging, but got used to them. Already making plans to come back in April!!😍🌊🌞

Housekeeper cleaned the best she could! Food still in fridge, dining room smelled like a cat litter box, ceiling fans and other areas covered in dust, rugs covered with pet hair, dirty bed spread, chip crumbs in bed, rugs covered in pet hair( vacuum supplied could not clean up hair) and infested with fruit flies. Again the housekeeper is not at fault....dirty when we arrived and she cleaned for several hours!

This unit is just charming. All the amenities of home. The building and surroundings are clean and quiet. Respectful neighbors all around. Property manager Faye is great to work with. We love to return year after year.

This was our first time staying at this apartment, but not our first time at Ocean Isle. We have been coming here for many years and have stayed at several places. This was by far the best place we have ever stayed! In fact, we have already booked it for next summer.

Location and view are great. I also enjoyed the tile throughout the condo and the king bed was comfortable thanks to the mattress topper that they had put on. Another big plus was being able to bring our dogs.
There were some negatives though. The condo is just too crowded with stuff and things that need thrown away like old magazines, tons of old knick knacks, and way too many things in the kitchen cabinets that need tossed. One of the rockers on the deck was broken during our stay which was a bummer. The primary bedroom door came off the hinge somehow and rather deal with a handyman and getting stuck inside all day waiting on one, my husband went to the hardware store and bought some screws and a screw driver and fixed it, but the door is still hard to close. Also, while the condo was generally clean, some rugs need replaced or just tossed and the broken items like the rocker, towel hanger in primary bathroom, and dining chair with the hole in it needs fixed.
I would stay here again thanks to location and ability to bring dogs.

We love this place! It's the perfect size and laid out just right. The location is just wonderful, and a quick walk to the pier and mini golf. We love the pool and the short walk to the beach. My husband grew up going to this exact same unit so its full of memories! Can't wait to come back!

This condo is located on a nice area of the island. It is comfortably furnished with a great view from the balcony and a wonderful pool.
Elijah and his team were very responsive, making our stay easy and worry free.

We felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. Quiet, respectful people. Management was very responsive and kind. We felt at home. Gorgeous views, wonderful beach, lots of wildlife, pool and grounds were immaculate. We will definitely return.

One small issue...water pressure. If someone flushes the toilet while you're showering, water pressure drops drastically.

The location is wonderful, right on the beach. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. There was a pile of dead bugs in the master closet. The lamps on the end tables were greasy to the touch. We never did get the family room TV to work, and were not about to stay around and babysit the place waiting on the cable company. The directions for the TV in the book on the coffee table are out of date, referencing a remote that does not work. We were informed of a chair that needed fixing on the deck, and were able to swap it with a different chair. The recliners are old and dirty, covered with afghans to hide the stains. Finally, the shower mats need to be cleaned as they have mold. All that said, we enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent. We enjoyed watching foxes in the yard. We did not use the pool but it appeared clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and while the ammenities are old, they worked just fine.

My wife , 2 pets, and I stayed at the 2 bedroom ocean front condo at Ocean Isle Beach for 7 days, 7 nights . We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. No issues with the place or the living arrangements. Everything worked to our satisfaction but the best thing was short walk to beach , pool, and ocean.

Really enjoyed our time here. This is a nice, cozy oceanfront condo with a great view. Unlike other places, the beds were actually comfortable!

Second floor with a great view of ocean. Not too bad of walk up the steps- I am 68 with a trach and husband is 78. If we can do it anybody can! Short walk to beach and close to the local restaurants. Two other property owners were there at the same time and were most helpful and friendly.

As always this was a great experience. I have rented this place several times. It is always comfortable and clean. My dog is right at home in this condo and the unit complex. This is the perfect spot for a family with a pet.
