Great place for a large group. Nearly every bedroom had its own bathroom, can’t express how nice that is. Well furnished with items to prep meals with, discovered games to play in evening, chill on deck and relax in hot tub . House well loved and shows here and there, one mattress needs replaced. But would stay again and recommend to others.

The house was clean and in good condition. It was nice to be so close to the SHARC and the village. Each bedroom had its own bathroom (the bunkroom accessed from the hallway) which was really nice. There is only one living space and it's a bit small but it worked for our family, especially since we spent so much time outside.

Sequoia 1 in Sunriver is a great place to stay! We had 11 family members so the set-up was almost perfect with the 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom! The only drawback was that the bunk room was crowded with 4 kids occupying it. Would have been a bit more comfortable having the bunks in one of the larger bedrooms. Location was amazing! So close to the Shark and Village. We only rent from pet friendly homes that provide Shark passes for everyone so that sealed the deal. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the appliances worked good. The home had a comfortable lived in appearance with super comfy soft beds, extra blankets and pillows. Check in and out was flawless.Check out Blondies pizza (yum) and rent an e-bike from Four Seasons Recreational Outfitters. They are so friendly and really helpful!An all around great experience! Highly recommend!!

Great family time in a house with lots of room

This home is a great option if you have extended family or friends staying with. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom which we loved. The location is close to the village and shark pool so is very convenient. It is right off Beaver Drive so is a little noisy but not bad. The deck and hot tub are in the front of the house instead of out back. It is private with a surround wall but not as easy to access as it would be if out back. The bikes were very comfortable to ride and we used the 2 innertubes to float the river! Overall a very comfortable house with open kitchen to living room and the TV was large enough to watch comfortably.

This home worked well for my family, which included three married couples, two with small children. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. Only suggestion would be a baby gate available at the top of the stairs. Hot tub was wonderful. Overall would definitely recommend this home for the price point.

Came to Sunriver to celebrate daughter's birthday. Couldn't have had a better time. The home was perfect for our needs. Very roomy, clean and comfortable. The village was a mere minute drive down the road to visit the spa, dine out and shop. Everything was as advertised and more. Check in/ Check out process was ideal. We are looking forward to making this trip a yearly tradition with our family and hoping that this location will be available when we do, because it was exemplary.

We enjoyed our stay here our annual New Year's Eve family getaway. Although, we didn't have any snow this year, we still enjoyed hiking, going to the pool and exploring outdoors. The house was well equipped with many pots and pans, dishes for baking and plenty of plates, bowls and silverware (which have been lacking in many places we have stayed before). Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We recently stayed here for our early family Christmas get together. It was perfect with the three master suites and extra bathrooms. A great setup for multiple families that kept everyone comfortable and gave them privacy. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with nice dinnerware, decent cookware and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal- including spices and condiments. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was the perfect set up for our family reunion. The house had everything, I mean everything we needed. The stairs were a little rough on the elderly. I can't wait to use this house again next year! The house was far enough away we could enjoy the wild life, but close enough to town we could get food and the essentials. The bikes and board games were the perfect touch for the kids. Having enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone was essential for us.I wish a king bed could fit in the room with the queen bed. The jacuzzi was perfect on cold nights. We love all the windows.

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was so nice that everyone had their own bathrooms and tvs in their rooms. The beds were large and comfy. We liked the location because it was close to the SHARC and The Village. The bikes were all in good condition and ready to ride.

Downfall was the house was not super clean would like them to spend a little more time between people cleaning there were splatters on the wall and cabinets, a old hard breadstick under one of the beads and just not up to my cleanliness level. Great location to the village, park and sharc center.

We had 11 family members from gramma and grandpa, two adult sons and their families to include 5 young grandkids. The house arrangement worked perfectly for all of us. There was never a dull moment with so much to do in the resort and sightseeing adventures!

We loved having 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a hot tub and A/C. We would rent this house again. The house could use a better cleaning. There were cobwebs on the light fixture above the dining table. The dirt and debris on the floor around the couches and behind the couch that is opened to below is visible. I pulled out a mixing bowl to use for dinner and it had popcorn debris in it.

We were a large group in town for a relay race. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms allowed for plenty of places to sleep and plenty of privacy to get ready for our race. The hot tub was great after our run.

Really enjoyed our time here. It was comfortable for 7 adults and 2 small children. We got a lot of use out of the well-stocked kitchen, hot tub, bunk bed room and fireplace. East walk to the sledding hill and to town. I would caution folks with toddlers that the stair case js pretty central to the house so you’d have to block it and/or keep a close watch on little ones. Besides that it’s absolutely great, would stay again.

Great location close to village. Nice that everyone got their own bathroom. Some beds and furniture were not as clean as we would have liked but easy for us to wash and clean up ourselves. Overall would rent again for Christmas.

We had a great time at the Sequoia house. We had 2 families stay in the house and had more than enough bedrooms/bathrooms. The house had everything we needed and we used the hot tub multiple times over the weekend. It was great to be so close to the SHARC and the Village. We visited multiple times on our bikes.

This property was so nice for a big group! We loved that 3 bedrooms had king beds (great for couples) and the other room had a queen (by itself) and the last room had bunk beds. We loved the hot tub and were in it nightly. The kitchen table was big enough for us to all work remote. Plenty of linens and towels. Would definitely stay again! Only thing to note for an easier check-in: when you plug in the address, the address takes you to a court of houses (with single digits vs the entire address sent by VRBO). This house in particular is house #1.

For our first trip to Sunriver, this worked perfectly for our family. There are 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom and on bunk room right next to a bathroom which worked out well for the kids and the adults to all have their own bathrooms. The hot tub worked great! The bikes all worked well, however there weren't enough helmets to go with all the bikes but we were okay with that. The location is great as we were in walking distance to the SHARC and even the village.
Only a couple of things we wish were different. 1. We would have like a little more open gathering space for everyone inside. there is a big table for eating and the living room, but with a full house it can get crowded quickly. 2. The A/C works much better downstairs than upstairs. the one room on the main level was a bit warmer along with the kitchen, dining and living room.
We will most definitely be back and would recommend this house to anyone!

The Sequoia 1 home offered our family a place to gather for conversation, games, and outdoor recreation. The individual rooms with bathrooms allowed each family privacy. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows! The house had everything we needed. Thank you for your thoughtful set up and clear directions on wi-fi and other amenities.

Great setup for multiple families
The entire weekend we all couldn’t get over how perfectly set up the house was for our group. To have each bedroom have its own bathroom was such a plus! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for our meals. This house has made its way onto our repeat list.

We loved staying at this property! It was close to the village and SHARC. We had six little kids with us and everyone had their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals at home. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great for family get togethers!!!
Having a bathroom for every room was perfect! Even though we were under the same roof each family had their own get away. The family room/dining was perfect seating for the 10 of us. The reclining sectional was fabulous!! So comfortable it doubles as a bed. Great use of space! We loved it!! We will be back!
