Thank you for sharing your home. The house is beautiful and the views are amazing. We had a grandparent, 3 teens, an 11-year-old, our 24-year-old & us and everyone loved it. The kitchen had almost everything you needed and plenty of towels. :) The town of Big Sky is super cute and fun. Great restaurants and brewery. We can't wait to go back.

I booked this beautiful home to celebrate my 40th bday with 7 other friends. What an incredible location. Comfortable, clean, spacious, and convenient.
We loved the access to the lodge right next door. The ski’ing “out” is a lot easier than the ski’ing” in but no complaints. Thanks for a great time and I’ll definitely look to book this beautiful property again!

This house is amazing , great layout , beautiful views , nice amenities. The clubhouse which is 1 house away is a huge bonus for adults or children. You can walk in the snow with flip flops it’s so close and go in the outdoor pool and hot tub . The house also has its own private hottub . Fireplace is gorgeous and we cooked all our meals here. The house is a true ski out and very easy, it’s a little tricky getting back but that was part of the fun as well . Would highly recommend this house

Great home. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, well maintained and comfortable furniture. The Lodge was a frequently used feature - great to have that so close for games, drinks, pool/hottub/gym, ski lockers, and a “third space”. Property manager was helpful to introduce me to someone for baby rentals, and lodge staff was super helpful and friendly.
Ski out was very easy - green circles, suitable for my six year old. Skiing back was easy navigation wise, but takes a little momentum on some of the cat tracks. Also green circle skiing on the way back. The lifts to ski back are dated - wouldn’t put small children on them without an adult (no bars on lifts).
The road up to the development is steep. We didn’t have four wheel drive (my mistake) and didn’t always make it. Get four wheel drive for winter.

Overall it was a great stay.
The house is absolutely beautiful.
We enjoyed the ski lodge next door. It is a great place to get ready in the morning.
And a fun place to have a drink after a day of skiing.
We made use of the outdoor hot tub and pool.
We lucked out with very good conditions.
My only gripe and it is a small one is the ski in part.
No problem getting out in the morning, but the ski in is tricky.
I wouls stay again without any hesitation.

Great home packed with amenities. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to the Lodge which was also great. Kids enjoyed the pool and smores. Staff could not have been nicer. House had everything we needed. Just bring your skis. Owner was very helpful and responsive. Hope to come back and stay this summer.

The house was very nice with 4 nice bedrooms with large beds and one bunk room. The clubhouse is very close (maybe 50 feet) and had a huge fireplace, free wine/beer/snacks and was nice to hang out in. It also had a hot tub, heated pool and small workout room. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Beautiful scenery, short drive to Big Sky Resort, easy access to hiking trails and activities. Great home, very clean, with everything we needed. Lots of space for a large family. We had a wonderful stay.

We booked this house for a group of 12 adults for my husband's 50th birthday celebration. All he wanted was to ski with his friends for his birthday and this did not disappoint!
We enjoyed the big living room and fireplace and the kitchen was set up nicely for a large group. The hot tub at the house was perfect for an after ski soak. The bedrooms were all well apointed and comfortable.
Our group especially enjoyed the private lodge in the afternoons. It was great to stop in after skiing for a beer and a game of pool or to use the bigger hot tub and meet new people.
We would not hesitate booking this poroperty again! All communication with the owners was fast and any problems or questions were solved quickly.

We visited this property on a business retreat and couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Andrea was constantly available in person or by text for anything we needed, and she was thoughtful enough to proactively think of things we might need before we realized we needed them. The house is immaculately clean, very spacious, and in a gorgeous area of Big Sky. Would definitely return.

Our group of 4 families including 4 children were very comfortable at 16 Cascade Ridge! Proximity to the clubhouse was great. We enjoyed hanging out there - playing billiards, shuffle board and using the pool & hot tub. We would love to visit again during ski season!

We really enjoyed this house. Plenty of space and everything we needed for our two families to enjoy Big Sky. The lodge was great and staff was super nice. Everything was top notch and we would highly recommend.

We had such a great time visiting big sky. We had 7 adults and 5 kids and still plenty of room left in the house. The house is just as advertised but unfortunately the lodge was closed due to being off-season so if you want to take advantage of the lodge, check your dates of visit. Overall we loved this place and will 100% rent here again!

The property was exactly as described! And the location almost adjacent to the Cascade Ridge Lodge was perfect — our teenagers spent hours there playing pool and shuffleboard. Communication with the owner/manager was prompt, helpful and flexible. We would definitely return!

Regarding the ski in/out location, the house is actually ski out but take 2 lifts to get back. Not necessarily a drawback when the lifts are running (operated and staffed by Big Sky) and you are not planning on going back to the house multiple times a day. Be sure to rent a 4-wheel drive vehicle as the road approaching the house is quite steep and not sanded at all.

The house was perfect for our family while in town for our son's wedding. Twelve family members came and went throughout the week. The beds were comfortable, the house is nicely decorated and very comfortable and the views are awesome. Would recommend the property to anyone with a large group staying in Big Sky.

First Trip to Montana
This was our first trip to the Montana/Yellowstone area and a nice escape from the SoCal hustle and bustle. We could not be happier with the accommodations at Cascade Ridge - there were 4 adults and 5 children ranging from 4 - 16 years old. We loved Big Sky and the activities surrounding the property, but it was also close enough to get in a Yellowstone day trip, albeit long but so rewarding to come back to the nice amenities at the property - quiet, secluded balcony. The kids loved spending time at the lodge with the pool and spa an afternoon favorite. Thank you to Brian and everyone we met at the property for making our Big Sky vacation such a pleasure.

Big Sky Family Vacation 2020
We had an amazing time at 16 Upper Cascade Ridge. We had 8 adults and 5 kids and the house was perfect. With each bedroom having it's own bath (including the bunkroom!) made it so easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with everything you could think of. The fireplace had wood stacked up as well as starters for a fire every night.
We saw tons of animals from our balcony and on the many hikes around the house and area.
Probably the biggest perk to staying at this home (besides the amazing view) was the close proximity (20 steps) of the lodge! We enjoyed the heated pool, had fun shuffleboard tournaments and the kids loved the board games. Our entire family spent a lot of time upstairs of the lodge making memories! The employees working could not have been more accommodating so a big thank you to Sam and Barette, you made our stay so much fun. We will defiantly be back and this is where we will stay, we highly recommend it!

Wonderful House, Location, Community
We had a great, enjoyable stay in this amazing house. It was ideal for our group of 8 skiers. The club house with a chairlift is located one house away. Hot tub is great. Kitchen and appliances are great. The whole house is beautiful and amazing. Plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Great stay! We will be back. Thank you.
