excellent hosts, very nice and spacious room. Breakfast is good choice quality local food.
My preference of bed is a bit harder but was overall not bad.

The facility was great, big, spacious room, very clean (judging with high standards), and the service was very good, kind, responsive, warm and welcoming. The location was ideal, very close to the lift.

Massimiliano and his team treat you like own family members , hospitality in high level , he can help you with everything in his home town - Cervinia : rent a ski or book best restaurant for a dinner. Rooms exactly the same like on the pictures, had a own entrance and comfy bad, great shower. There is a ski room direct gates from the Main Street and pre booked garage parking is available. the apartment has breakfast included which much better then in 4star local hotels- home cheese and ham , fresh yogurt and cakes, hot variety of eggs. Definitely would recommend and come back again.

Massimiliano and Solange were such kind and attentive hosts, grazie mille for a wonderful week! Our room, ‘Wood’, was perfect for our needs with a very comfortable bed and powerful shower - ideal for our aching muscles after a day on the pistes! Check in process was very easy and all facilities were excellent. The location of the guesthouse is hard to beat - just off the main street and a stones throw from the ski lifts. We would return in a heartbeat!

Maximiano was a great host and receive us like friends. He gave a lot of tips of Cervinia and about the ski. Solange is also a fantastic person that helps us with the cleaning and check in.
The breakfast is delicious, the room is huge, very confortable with a great heat system that makes you hot during your stay. The location is amazing just 2 minutes walking from the main street and the ski elevator.
Amazing place to stay. I will definitely be back and stay with them again.
