Property facility was new and excellent, really comfortable, and excellent breakfast.

It was quite costly for two nights, and extra cost needed for a bed, but I have no real complaints.

Location is good. Close to metro station and the hot spring museum. Overall, it is a acceptable stay for the price.

The layout of the bed in the room, it was directly in the middle. You have to cross the bed to get to the table and cross the bed again to go to the toilet. The bathtubs is not very very clean. But it is acceptable. While showering, the toilet will flood.

good location, within walking distance to XinBeitou MRT station. superb view of Yangmingshan and Beitou Creek.

Excellent services. Nice onsen, the bed is comfy too. They provide nice coffee and tea in the room. Breakfast portion is big.

Only have 1 soft and flat pillow.

We love the comfort of the hotel and the hot spring is another level of experience for my family. Breakfast is great. At night time we walked around the neighborhood was so peaceful and had beautiful gardening sculptures too. Overall perfect!

It will more perfect if have the refrigerator but end up we using cold water to cool our beverage.

The reception area is nice. The staff is very pleasant. The baths are a good size and can be made very hot. I found the bed comfortable.

The photos of the rooms might be a bit out of date. This place was probably nice several years ago but it needs attention. The wall had a cracked and broken area around the thermostat. The room feels very sparse. The wall behind the bed creaks if leaned on. The bath and floors had mineral buildup which is difficult to distinguish from mold or grime. The wooden bath scoop had mold on it. The breakfast was not very good.

the room’s not as spacious as I expected

The suite is spacious. We loved the outdoor area and you have a good view from the hot spring bath. The staff was polite and helpful.

The suite is missing some equipment: fridge and bath robes. However, the staff can help conserve food/drinks in their fridge and bring it to the room when requested.

The room and the pool was awesome, and all the circumstances were amazing too! Staffs were nice and kind.

The sound-proofing was not good enough, you could hear people was talking or yelling when they pass away your room.

the people whom was working at waterhouse is very polite and helpful, also greeted every time they see me. breakfast and dinner both was good and like with chinese, western or japanese meal varieties for you to choose from (you got to inform the reception on what breakfast and dinner you choose before hand,they also have samples of meal picture on a tablet to show you) also come with coffee or tea (i ordered cold milk tea though). I also did several online shopping and the reception signed for my purchases when delivered. I had a broken luggage from harsh treatment from the airlines, the receptionist at waterhouse helped me to get rid of it and signed for my new luggage when it arrived. due to some issues i requested to change room and they handled it prompt and professionally.
