Words just don't give it justice! Book this condo! Great host who checks on you from start to finish! Beautifully updated condo with plenty of space and all the amenities anyone could ever want. Great showers with water pressure and a spacious bathtub! I could go on and on about this condo, but you just need to book it! You will not be disappointed!!

We enjoyed everything about the apartment! Spacious, clean, modern, fun! It’s close enough to the casinos and action without all of the hassles and extra fees of staying in a casino. People were super nice.

We loved our family spring break week in this excellent rental. The check in process was easy and the hotel personnel very friendly. The suite is very clean and spacious, just as pictured. The bathrooms are large with extras provided and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked two meals (I couldn't find measuring spoons but not a big deal.) I had groceries delivered to the hotel from Vons grocery delivery which worked out well since we didn't have a rental car. We enjoyed the pool table, game table and hotel pool. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance which made this the perfect rental for our vacation. We would absolutely recommend staying here to friends/family traveling to LV.

This was the nicest, best appointed stay I've ever had in Las Vegas! The penthouse has two bedrooms with GIANT bathrooms, plus the full kitchen and arcade and pool table. Just amazing! It was clean and quiet and a fast walk to the strip. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed at this property in September 2023. The host , Don, answered all my questions prior to us arriving and called us once we arrived. The suite is just like the pictures. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything we needed was already in the suite. The view was great. We would stay there again.

Our party was five adult college buddies who wanted to meet up after not seeing eachother for a few years. We grabbed this suite for the NFL Divisional Playoff weekend and it was amazing. Plenty of space for all of us to sleep, and we spent more time than expected in the room watching the games because it was so comfortable and we could easily do stuff like play pool while we watched the games. Great spot and less than 10 minutes walk to the strip! Well worth it and will likely stay again.

We stayed at this property for my son’s 21st birthday and it far exceeded our expectations! It was actually nice to stay off the strip but still close enough for everything to be convenient to get to. We had everything we needed and the suite is extremely spacious. The owner was always accessible before and during our stay. We were very sad to leave. Will definitely stay there again!

Great property well maintained, very clean good location. Don contacted us several times during our stay. We had one small issue at check in and he and the stuff at that facility were very responsive and got the issue handled very quick. Would definitely book this property again.

We loved our stay in Paradise at the Platinum Hotel. Dan was awesome and stayed in touch throughout the trip. We loved visiting the Ellis Island casino next door for cheap craps ($5 min bets) and delicious food at reasonable prices (breakfast was about $10-15 a person). I wished the hotel restaurant was open for breakfast but it was great to get out and get our steps in by exploring the area. The views from the room are lovely and we enjoyed playing Galaga on the arcade. We had 5 in our group and this was a perfect space for a group that is willing to hang out together in a large and spacious shared location!

We went for a work conference and were looking for a place for 4 people. This was perfect. We were not in the room much and that was sad as it was nice enough to have kicked back and enjoyed it for the week. We really enjoyed everything about the home. Very spacious, exactly like it's pictured, and comfy. If you like water pressure, this is the place for you! We would return over and over again. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Vegas Getaway !
The property was true to the pictures you see. It was beautiful. The owner had everything you could possibly need and was kind enough to have sugar, spices, olive oil , shampoo etc. Even provided hairdryers and straighteners. Which was fabulous as I thought I would be sharing with 4 other ladies. That was nice and unexpected. The pool was great. Clean and not crowded at all, in fact most days we had it to ourselves. If I should go back out to Vegas I would definitely stay at this property again.

A Gem
This room was gorgeous! It was exactly like the photos. My kids loved the pool tables, arcade machine, and TV’s. We loved all the space, master suite, and full kitchen. We were walking distance from the strip and fine dining. Owner was very responsive and catered to our needs. We would definitely recommend this location to others.

Christmas Vacation
Our family had an amazing Christmas here in this Las Vegas Condo. Amazing view of Las Vegas city. Convenient location to everything. The condo was huge, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The huge kitchen made an enjoyable evening of baking Christmas cookies and ending it with an evening of splashing into the heated indoor and heated outdoor pool. This unit made my children's Christmas wish come true. Thank you Don for keeping in touch and letting our family make memories here. Thank you again for allowing us to have a late checkout as well. We will be back to stay here again!

Don was in touch starting a few days before we flew out and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. The entire process ran surprisingly smoothly from the time we arrived until after we left. The property itself was stunning, the pictures really don't do it justice!

Amazing property close to the strip!
Extremely nice place well equipped with quality toiletries, amazing coffee options for Keurig or a pot with grinder. Super clean, full-size washer/dryer which made it easy. Good options for drinks and food in lobby in a pinch and priced very fair. Quick walk to strip and very close to casinos, gas stations etc. Pool table and arcade kept kids entertained, balcony with view was amazing, couldn’t ask for more! Cool colorful LED lighting throughout the suite made nighttime really nice. Cabs were $7 bucks almost anywhere down the strip, walking distance to Top Golf, Bally’s, Paris and many more. Will definitely stay here again and again!

AMAZING
Wow what can I say very spacious! Absolutely amazing property for the price and the pool was beyond refreshing especially with the temperature it was all week. The place was super clean and overall a comfy place to rent. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud! It was very close to everything and the strip you could just walk too! I would recommend just about any age group of people to stay here! If I ever come back to Vegas I’ll definetly be staying here again!

Comfortable and beautiful.
A lovely property which I would love to rate very highly. Unfortunately, the sinks in the second master bathroom drained very slowly if at all. Attempts to correct the problem were unsuccessful during our stay. I'm sure this will be remedied before the next client. The only other suggestion would be to add a few more food preparation and cooking aids. Preparation knives and cutting board to start. The screw style wine cork extractor had a plastic handle that was stripped and dysfunctional. Fortunately there was a metal one available for the second bottle.
The owner was responsive and helpful. I would stay there again. It is a great location, clean, secure and beautiful.

Best Birthday Weekend
I could not say enough great things about the smoothness of our VRBO booking with Don Gerig. Don responded to my questions and was available during our stay to check in.
The staff of the hotel is so accommodating and hands down their gal at the Concierge Desk nailed a birthday dinner reservation with the amazing Capital Grille with a window view, special table decorations and staff that made my birthday dinner amazingly delish.
The 2 bedroom suite with balcony is an incredible space and we are definitely looking forward to booking again.

The property manager was very accommodating and was excellent with checking in with us. Although the unit was clean it is in need of some upkeep. The kitchen has the basic tools to be functional.

Family fun
We had family from East and West coast come together for a fun long Birthday weekend. This condo was a perfect size for all of us and the location was amazing. Beautiful property. Owner very responsive to questions. My kids already would like to return!

There was a glitch in communications between the property and the condo owner. After that was ironed out everything was as expected

Better Than A Hotel
This unit is in an upscale building. Complementary valet parking, bar with complementary afternoon wines and a great location close to the strip and the major venues.
The unit is spacious with two master bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Full kitchen for do it yourself cooking if need be. Patio overlooks the strip and night view is quite nice.
Owner is easy to contact and he will provide excellent information on places to go and eat--very attentive to any issues that may arise.
Overall a really nice unit and undoubtably a better bang for the buck than staying in a hotel.
Will definitely stay here again.

Easy access to Vegas Strip
Very spacious suite just a few minutes from the Strip. Quiet and way less crowded than strip hotels. Kitchen was great for cooking breakfast. The kitchen does need a frying pan and spatula and few other amenities to make a basic breakfast. We had to buy our own frying pan, hand soap and dishwasher soap. If you are staying for a week or more you'll have to buy paper towels and toilet paper as well.

Perfect location and great accommodation!
Five elementary school friends stayed here for our 50th Birthday trip. It was perfect! Beautiful condo with lots of room--clean, close to the strip, and wonderful staff. We would recommend this to anyone (families included--nice pool, no smoking, and quiet location).
