The property was perfect for our family of four, with two young boys. Easy walk down the hill to town and the beach. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed. Great views of the ocean and a beautiful back garden to look out onto. Highly recommend this rental!

This home on the hill is absolutely divine! So much thought and care put into every detail. It is charming, well designed, clean, bright, airy and comfortable. Even the back yard landscaping is incredible. There's also a view of the ocean from every window. The location is ideal. A wonderful place to enjoy the magic of Stinson Beach.

Really enjoyed the house and location other than to water ne er getting hot , it was perfect. Living on Maui, this gave us a different vibe of California's, Oceanside Town. Was really fun. The drive was extremely "interesting experience ".

Book this place before it fills up! This was my first time staying here and I plan to come back again. The house was in an excellent location with great views. So many great windows and a beautiful backyard. The property is just a short walk to the beach, some great restaurants, and hiking trails. I highly recommend this house!

This house is as bright, clean and lovely as it looks, and Jennifer is a responsive snd gracious host. With open rooms, large windows, and lots of seating areas indoors and out, it feels both spacious and cozy. The kitchen is simple but well-equipped. Town and the beach are a very short walk down the hill. Be prepared to walk up and down plenty of steps from the street to the house.

The place is very beautiful and comfortable. It is in a great location with fantastic views. We were able to explore nearby Muir Woods, Mt. Tamalpais, Point Reyes, and San Francisco. It was also great being able to walk into town. We especially enjoyed the Parkside Cafe bake shop for morning pastries and coffee. The hiking was a highlight and we loved hiking the Matt Davis trail, which it right outside the door!

You will not be disappointed with this wonderful VRBO rental. It is well appointment, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped for a relaxing stay at Stinson Beach. Ocean view is great, and the beautifully landscaped back yard is very soothing and relaxing. Only note is that there are many uphill stairs to the front door, so If stairs are a problem, you might make a note of this.

The property is clean and about .3 miles from the beach. The property had everything we required and is a 25-30 minute drive from San Francisco and 15 minutes to Muir Woods.

We came out to run the Dipsea and got so much more than we bargained for. The house was fantastic - great location, decks, gardens and views. Nice quiet neighborhood but close to the town and beach and trailheads. Clean and comfortable interior. We look forward to coming back!

We stayed in this home for a week-long vacation. It was well appointed with the most amazing views from the living area and decks. Even the backyard is beautiful - tranquil and a lovely space for morning coffee and dinner!

This was our second time staying in this wonderful house. We loved it both times. The house itself is perfect, comfortable and nicely appointed. The location is great, walking distance to the beach as well as several trailheads. Easy drive to SF if you don’t mind winding mountain roads. Love it, every bit!

Everything is super clean, comfortable and beautifully designed, with two decks from which to enjoy the view, the sunset and the ocean breezes, and a protected back yard as well. Two things potential renters should note: 1.There are a lot of stairs up to the property, so if mobility is an issue for anyone this is not a good spot. 2) While the house sleeps four, two twin beds are in an open upstairs area through which one must walk to get to the one real bedroom. This twin-bed area is also open to the living room below. Neither of these issues were problems for us, as there were only two of us and we're used to a lot of stairs, but I can imagine that they might pose problems for others. Otherwise, a totally fabulous place.

My partner and I rented this house for a month during Covid as a way to stay safe through the pandemic. What an amazing experience!! The house is in a prime location with beautiful views of the beach from every room. There are huge windows, making the lighting bright, happy, and energizing throughout the day. The house and kitchen are fully stocked with every possible item you could need; during our month long stay, not even once did we wish we had brought additional supplies from home – blender, garlic press, toiletries, you name it! Wifi connection was amazing; it was faster than the internet that we pay for in our home! (We are both working full time jobs during the pandemic so that factor was very important to us). There is also a great sound system and roku TV with Netflix, hbo, Hulu, and all the usual platforms installed. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes long and there’s also multiple hiking trail heads within a block of the house. The host was very accommodating and communicative with us. All in all, there is absolutely nothing we could choose to change about this stay! Highest recommendations to anyone considering staying here.

We had a wonderful stay here. The weather was cold and rainy (a relief in California these days!) but the home was cozy and dry. We walked to town each day to shop and stroll on the beach. It was a quiet neighborhood and people were friendly. The home had all the comforts we had hoped for, from jigsaw puzzles & a great stereo to a well equipped kitchen. The gas fireplace was a treat as well. We savored a fabulous Thanksgiving family holiday! Thank you!

We had a fantastic time! This home is beautiful with very nice finishes and lots of natural light. You are close enough to the shore that you can hear the waves crashing and see the beach. Nice quiet neighborhood with a market just down the street. Beds and linens were very comfy! The layout was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). Owner was very responsive before, during and after our trip. She left us a hiking book to use after I asked about trails. We would recommend this home for sure!

My boyfriend and I, and two other friends stayed here for 2 nights. We were impressed with the property. The weather was perfect. Its on top of a hill with amazing views of the ocean and two decks that you can hang out on and catch some rays. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, coffee maker, plates, utensils, etc... if you want to cook your meals. The interior is immaculate, well maintained, and clean. The same can be said about the bedding, furniture, and everything else. The decor is cute too and the garden in the back is pretty. You can walk to the food market, restaurants, and the beach if you are into walking and are able. It took us about 10-15 minutes to walk down to the beach and all the action. The walk back might be challenging for some since it is uphill and going to the front door you have to go up steep stairs. Overall, I would come back here and highly recommend.

The place is dreamy--exactly as pictured and very well-appointed. We've rented several homes in Stinson and this house was a huge hit with our 4-person crew. Jennifer couldn't have been easier to communicate with, ensuring we had a fantastic experience all around. The open floor plan kept everyone connected, while the upstairs allows a little extra space and even better views. We enjoyed every moment of our long weekend away. Can’t wait to return!
