Perfect getaway for the family. The place was amazing. From the breathtaking views, to the comfortable beds, to the fully equipped kitchen and Barbecue. They thought of everything. We are coming again next year, only we will stay longer to enjoy the hospitality. Thank you for everything.

View better than pictures. Owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Bedrooms are downstairs but all have sliding glass doors to pool and view. Well supplied. Small kitchen but has everything you need. Private secure parking.

The villa is in a great location with amazing views towards the sea. The villa is very well equipped with a great kitchen, outdoor seating area with bbq and very comfortable bedrooms. The villa owners were at the villa to meet us and couldn't have been more helpful and it was easy to contact them if we needed to. The views from the villa are even better than in the photographs and I would highly recommend a stay here. The overall spec of the villa is very high and there is nothing negative at all to add. We really enjoyed our stay in Vivari at Katerina's place. The house is beautiful, easy to use, the view is EXCEPTIONAL and the location ideal for visiting sites such as Epidavros, Nafplio, etc ... Très belle villa, neuve, bien équipée, vue extraordinaire sur la mer, bien située, calme. Katerina parle très bien le français et est très disponible ! La région est très belle, site archéologique, ballades en nature, plages nombreuses, etc... ou simplement ne rien faire et profiter de la maison et de sa piscine !

We (family of 5) stayed in the house for a week. The house is in great condition and everything worked well with the rental. The view from the kitchen window is suberb! Although the house is well outside Nafplio, it was easy to find following the owner's instructions. The roads are in really good condition hence the drive is comfortable. The owner, Katerina, is extremely nice and welcoming. We will most certainly recommend the house to our friends.

We are a Canadian family of 5 (2 adults and three young children) and we spent a full week in this brand new villa during our 4 -week holiday in Greece this past July. We really loved it and enjoyed our stay immensely. The villa is amazing: very clean, very spacious and luxurious, beautiful pool with lots of room for the children and an unforgettable view! We chose this villa because it was a great central spot from which we could visit some of the important sites of Ancient Greece (Mikines, Épidavros) and also Nafplio (a beautiful city!). We also drove to the byzantine city of Mistras and to the small port of Ermioni. The villa is also very close to a few beaches (Tolo, Karathona). When we arrived after a long day of driving through the mountains of the Peloponnese, Katarina and her husband and their two children came to great us in a taverna in Drepano (a small village close to the villa) and we followed them to the villa, a few minutes away by car. They showed us around and had already filled-up our fridge with the essentials for the next morning, which we truly appreciated. They were also so helpful throughout our entire stay (by bringing us a yoga mat when they noticed that we were practicing a bit of yoga, for example). We cannot thank them enough. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone wishing to spend a week in this beautiful region, to discover some of the wonders of Greece. The entire family was sad to leave such a fantastic villa.

Brand new house with every accommodation you need, breathtaking view to the sea, perfect for staying in the winter period with the fireplace in the leaving room.
