Das gut ausgestattete zweistöckige Haus bietet Platz für 6 Personen. Beide Schlafzimmer sind auf der zweiten Etage, mit einem Cal Kingsize-Bett im Master und zwei Einzelbetten im zweiten Schlafzimmer und ein Queen Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss im Wohnzimmer. Sie werden auch eine geräumige Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln auf der zweiten Etage zu genießen einige Zeit im Freien finden. Dieses Haus hat ein Vollbad im Obergeschoss und ein WC auf der ersten Etage. Die erste Etage bietet ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, einen Essbereich, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und eine Theke Bar-Ecke mit vier Barhockern die Küche vom Essbereich trennt. This was probably the nicest place I've stayed at on Catalina island. It really shows that the owners take pride in their home. It had a great layout and was well equipped. I appreciate the fact we were able to get a discount on the third night because of a canceled ferry. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at this property. It had a great balcony that we enjoyed every day. The two bedrooms were spacious and the entire place was nicely & tastefully decorated. We were there for the jazz festival at the casino ballroom and it would have been nice to have a golf cart included. Many rentals on Catalina include a cart.

We came for a nice two night trip and wanted something close to town, enough space for everyone to sleep and hangout at night, and a large deck for watching the sunset and coffee in the morning. The house was spot on fantastic! Super clean and had everything we needed. Just two short blocks to the grocery and walkable to Descano beach for snorkeling and beach time, everything you need was close by. Check in was easy and I really can’t say enough - I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Stayed at this property for weekend to celebrate a couple family birthdays, college graduation and Mothers Day.
We had a great stay. The check-in was seamless. I was initially concerned about potential noise in the neighborhood because some construction/remodeling going on a couple houses away, but luckily no work was being done on weekend, so it was not an issue.
The house was VERY clean and had a quaint Catalina/beach decorating theme. The location is very centrally located and no need for a golf cart to get around (which was initially a concern). After activities on island during day, it was nice to chill at the house and unwind in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. Huge family room TV which was great for us to watch the Lakers eliminate the Warriors from playoffs!
We would definitely stay at property again. Thanks to the host for a wonderful weekend.

Catalina island has it all! Great food, gorgeous hiking, adventure, relaxation, easy to get around on foot, and beautifully untouched majority of the island. The locals are sincerely friendly. We enjoyed every bit of our time here.

Great location. Cute little house. Had everything we needed except a plunger which we bought at the hardware store. Would be nice to have separate beach towels. Kitchen is well equipped. Good selection of games. The description made it sound like the carpet was new, but it was visibly dirty and could use a good cleaning. There was hair in the shower, And it would be great to include a golf cart for transporting groceries and dropping off at Descanto Beach, the ropes course, or botanical gardens since they are a bit more of a walk especially for little kids. The stained glass windows are beautiful and access to the washer and dryer would be appreciated.

Comfortable, Bright & Great Location
This cottage is located perfectly in town to walk to everything. It is bright and cheery. The upstairs deck and bedrooms are very comfortable, particularly the expansive master bed and room. I would not recommend the sofa bed for anyone but a small child as it is a very thin mattress. The open floor plan downstairs is great for socializing while preparing meals, playing games at the table or relaxing on the sofas. The deck upstairs is great, with views of the mountains.

The cottage is well located. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Everything worked. We enjoyed our stay.

The carpet needs cleaning.
The tub bottom is a bit grody.
Picture of house with golf cart is misleading.
Wireless transmitter is behind the TV just in case you need to reboot.

Love this property!
The people at the check in office were so nice and they let us check in an hour early so our 3 year old was able to nap! The place was really clean and very spacious. The set up of the house worked perfectly for the five of us. There is actually a peek of the ocean from our deck the .top. It was so nice having that outdoor space. Just a couple block walk to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay for our family of 6. The property is very well talked care of and there is plenty of space for any of your needs. The grocery store is a block away, and the beach is an easy 5 minute walk. We had some special memories and much needed relaxation. Thank you!

Comfy and Cozy
This house has everything! The beds are comfortable -- even the pillows -- the house was squeaky clean, and the deck is a perfect place for coffee in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. It's lovingly decorated and cared for, and very well appointed. There are more games than you can play and dishes than you can dirty. I would 100% stay here again.
