Great place. Short walk to the beach.

I couldn’t give enough compliments for our stay. The condo smelled CLEAN as soon as walked in and it truly was clean. The location was perfect. Easy beach access and being on the bay with a dock was perfect for our oldest son that loves to fish. There were chairs, umbrellas, kids toys and a float available to use. We will be returning!

We had a wonderful week at Anna Maria. We greatly enjoyed the location of the property and the view of the bay from the balcony. The property was very clean and the owners were very responsive with questions etc. The only thing I might suggest would be a cooler and wagon for beach items. Otherwise it was well equipped with everything we needed! The condo was a good size for our family.

Location location location Loved the bay view and short walk to the ocean. A wagon would have made it perfect Condo is beautiful with plenty of space for 4 adults. It could use a few more towels for beach and bath. We will be staying again next year. Restaurants and shopping are close by❤️

Our stay at Bay Watch was perfect. This was our second stay in this unit and I can't think of a thing that I would change. It is clean and comfortable and has everything you might need for a stay near the beach. We especially love being on the bay and spent many hours on the porch and also in the pool. The bed is comfy and we slept with the air off and the sliding doors open. Heaven! Thank you for another great stay in your condo!

Clean accommodations, friendly owners, and a wonderful location. Hope to do it again in the future!

First time in this area very enjoyable. Only problem was getting luggage up the flights of stairs

The condo was nice and roomy. There was plenty of tp, paper towels, bath towels, etc. very close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The only negative would be accessing the parking. There is construction at the condominiums next door and you have to weave around it to get to the parking space.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Great location. Watched sunrise from the balcony and walked one block to the beach for sunset. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay to enjoy the island lifestyle.

We had a great week in the AMI area. We loved the location of the property. The home had everything we needed for our week and we appreciated the beach chairs to use! The home was nice and recently updated inside. It is a smaller condo property, which we appreciated. We enjoyed the views the most and communication with the home owners was prompt and always helpful.

This is a lovely unit on the bay...our favorite location when on the island. The views are the main draw, but the entire property is quiet and smaller so we enjoy that. The pool was enjoyable and the condo itself had everything you might need. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and 1 hairdryer. The main living area is beautiful, as pictured. The king bed was comfy, as was inside furniture. Patio furniture was nice too. Didn't turn tv on so don't know how that works. Appliances were newer and all working quite well. We could walk to some restaurants that we enjoy and the beach is right across the street. This time we visited a couple of galleries on the island and we bought a beautiful piece of artwork from a local artist. It was such a pleasant experience and will always be a reminder of a great trip. Just a couple of notes.......They no longer supply any extra garbage bags or dishwasher pods so we just made do without. You could bring your own. Not a big deal. The only thing that could use some TLC would be the tub/shower in each bath. They need some refreshing. We would still stay here again and really had a great time. Love Bay Watch.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again! We love the location and the view is amazing! The house was well stocked and spacious. The owners were responsive to my questions. I didn't let them know this only because it wasn't a huge deal or something I wanted to deal with once we got settled but there was no extra toilet paper, we had to go buy our own and the cleaning crew was cleaning past our check-in time, this is why I rated check-in a 4. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The location is unbeatable. The neighbors were delightful. The bed was comfy and every amenity we needed was available. The quiet and the views were refreshing! Really, the only failures (and not unlivable ones) were that the floors left our feet and our socks black (just wear flip flops), there was enough mold in the master shower that we used the spare room shower, I cut my foot (not badly) on glass that was not from us, and the TV remote in the master was corroded (the one for the front room worked in the master bedroom, though). In short, it really needs a good attentive cleaning. Even in the face of these shortcomings, I would come back in a minute and am so grateful that Tristan and Donna are willing to share their space with strangers. Thanks for the great time!

We enjoyed our family vacation at this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and spotless upon our arrival, very well equiped and the communication with Donna was great. The view from the master bedroom (and living room) is stunning and the walk to the magnificent beach is very short. We will definitely come back soon!

Fabulous condo clean modern nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen. Beach chairs and umbrella. The outdoor balcony and bay views are amazing. Could spend hours sat here we saw many dolphins and manatee. Short few steps to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants and Bridge Street. Smart TV. We highly recommend and will definitely book to stay here again if available. Thank you

We enjoyed the sunrises every morning from the deck(or from the primary bedroom) and just a 3 minute walk to see the sunset! Condo was fully furnished with everything you might need for a beach stay! Communication was great when we had an issue and they were quick to respond! Would stay here again!!

Location, neighborhood and furnishings of property were as listed. View of the bay off balcony is beautiful. Very walkable distance to many restaurants and shops. We had a great stay. We did feel that some of the linens were definitely getting a bit tired and in need of replacing. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Overall great value!

We normally go for oceanfront condos but decided we’d try something different for this occasion. Lots of great reviews, pictures were perfect and it still had a view. The condo was perfect! Nice size kitchen with everything we needed, bedrooms had plenty of room, living room and master bedroom had access to the deck which overlooked the bay and the beautiful sunrise. My boys enjoyed fishing off the dock and I enjoyed watching the dolphins in the evening. The walk to the beach wasn’t far. We were fortunate that there wasn’t many people at all. During our time we rented a jet ski, fished off the pier, rented a boat and took it out to the sandbar where we met some of the friendliest people. We saw a sting ray, crabs, lots of fish, huge jellyfish and dolphins. Everything about this trip was perfect. Thank you for the amazing memories!

We loved our stay here. Property was very clean and had everything you could want. Location is great, a short walk to beach. Deck views are amazing. The one thing we would have wanted was access to streaming apps on the tv so we could relax at night and watch Netflix or family movies on Disney+. We always stay in hotels on vacation. This was our first VRBO rental. I was nervous but everything went smoothly and was exactly as depicted online. You can’t go wrong with this property!

This property was very nice. We had a blast. Anna Maria is beautiful and this condo is right in the bay with a wonderful balcony overlooking the bay. We see dolphins almost everyday from it. Donna was amazing and very helpful!!!! Close to the beach and right in bay ❤❤❤

My fam of 3 boys (14, 12 and 10) picked this place for our first trip to AMI based upon the reviews/price point. Highly recommend this condo, which DID NOT disappoint. The photos do not do the condo justice. The owner is very responsive. Made sure we knew how to access the condo prior to arrival.Location? Perfect. Would not have selected another area after having visited AMI. Walk out on on the balcony (telescope included, boys dug!) that is off the master and the there is the Bay. What I didn't realize, is that the Gulf was literally across the street. I assumed the price was more reasonable given the fact that this condo was "Bay-side" and far from the Gulf. Nope. Gulf was maybe a couple hundred yards from the side door. Perfect location. We spent 1/2 our days not driving to the beach - just walking down. It is quieter...more chill on Bradenton than up N on AMI, but that suited us. The whole island is only 7 miles long so it is not like you are off the beaten path! We are runners; it was 5 miles to the northern end of the island that we did in the AM out/back, and on the days we were lazier, about a 2 mile run south to the bottom of the island. You can walk to Wicked Cantina for dinner. The condo itself? Incredibly clean. Very well organized (labels in the linen closet, etc.). Overall furnishings are up-to-date/as depicted. The condo feels bigger IRL than photos depict. Updated kitchen (granite countertops, nice cabs) is well stocked (dishwasher, micro, fridge with ice maker, pots/pans, etc.). Beds were comfy.There is a closet with beach gear (chairs, coolers, etc.). There is a stacked washer/dryer that worked well. We did 1-2 loads/day. Dining table has 6 chairs and plenty of room.Max people I would prob say would be comfy staying here would be two couples and two kids or one couple with 4 kids. Heated pool was a plus for sure. Barely saw anyone in pool/outside. Quietish vibe. Could not hear anyone in adjacent units. Plenty of room to park in the back. No issue there where it seems to be much further N.I was totally unfamiliar with AMI when I booked and feel like I stumbled on a gem in terms of location/my family's needs. I thought parking/getting around was crazy further N on the island. This condo was perfect for our needs/wants. Downsides? If you cannot manage stairs, the condo is on the second floor (exterior entrance). Hot water in shower doesn't last long, but we just showered quickly/in shifts. NBD. Highly recommend!

I have stayed in this complex five times in different units . While they all were great this one by far was the best. From communicating with Terry, to the well stocked cabinets, comfortable bed and of course the view, you can't go wrong! I also must comment on the condition of the unit, which is exactly as shown plus I have never been in a cleaner rental. It truly is absolutely wonderful!

Very lovely property, clean, comfortable, and great location. Easy walk across the street to the beach and within walking distance to Bridge Street. Fantastic communication from the property owner. A well stocked kitchen including basic spices, plenty of cleaning supplies, paper towels and coffee filters. Fantastic view of yhe bay from the balcony. The brds were comfortable, even the twins! Highly recommended for small group(2-4) get away.
