"Blessings by the Sea" ist ein kürzlich komplett renoviertes Ferienhaus in Seaside, das zentral in der Nähe des Familienpools, der Seaside Avenue und des Stadtplatzes liegt. Es ist leicht zu Fuß zum Strand. Im Inneren befindet sich eine individuell renovierte Küche, die komplett aus Edelstahl besteht und über einen Weinkühlschrank verfügt. Die erste Etage bietet ein offenes Wohnzimmer mit hohen Decken und Fenstern, die viel natürliches Licht und eine halbe Badewanne aus dem Wohnzimmer bieten.
Das große Hauptschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt über ein eigenes Bad mit Regendusche, einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank und Zugang zu einer möblierten Veranda. Auf der zweiten Etage befindet sich ein zweites Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett, eigenem Bad und einem zusätzlichen Schlafraum für vier Personen. Der benutzerdefinierte Schlafraum ist mit einer Schiebetasche für mehr Privatsphäre sorgfältig abgetrennt. Jeder Schlafraum verfügt über eine eigene Schlafraumbeleuchtung sowie über benutzerdefinierte Aufbewahrung und Regale. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist ein Queen-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, begehbarem Kleiderschrank und Zugang zur möblierten, abgeschirmten Veranda. The photos of this home don’t do it justice! The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of space for two families to share throughout the home. The sand toys and wagon were an unexpected surprise.

Love this rental. This was our third (or maybe 4th year staying in Blessings by the Sea). It’s the perfect size for the 6 of us. This year there was an issue of sewage backup due to a blockage so we had to be moved. We will, however, rent Blessings by the Sea next year.

This is our third stay at Blessings by the Sea. There are 6 adults and a 4 year old. We love it! Just wish there was another king bed as both sons in law are tall. They have been flipping a coin but it would be great if they didn’t have to. Just a suggestion? Love the walled mirrors between houses as they offer added privacy. Great rental! Can we buy it?

We had a wonderful week at Blessings By The Sea. The house was lovely and well-appointed. The upstairs king bedroom with adjoining bunk room was perfect for six girls to share and hang out ... plus there was plenty of room for two moms to have our own space AND a great place to work remotely. Our only complaint is with mother nature ... as she didn't allow as many sunny days as we'd hoped for. We'd return to this house in a heartbeat.

Blessings By The Sea was a beautiful property! It was perfect for our family of 8~ baby included! Nice location, updated and very well equipped kitchen, with nice w/d. The only tiny hitch we had was the ice maker was slow to produce~ something that should not be happening with such a new appliance. Added bonus from the sweet owners was a toy box for the beach! Thank you for helping our family create beautiful memories at the very special place known as Seaside. We shall return!

Generally good, but the office never provided the extra towels that I requested and said I would pay for. Luckily, I was never charged. The ice maker was not working and the office did send a repairman; however, he left a mess for us to clean up and he did not wear a mask. Another workman came unexpectedly to change filters and he did wear a mask and was very considerate.

We just stayed a week in Blessings By The Sea. It was a great home for our extended family. The bedroom setup was great. The 2 adult bedrooms upstairs were located at either end of the hallway with the 2 bunk rooms being attached or next door to the room with the king sized bed. We were traveling with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Our daughter has 3 littles (one slept in a bunk and the twins slept in port a cribs located in the second bunk room) This kept their noise level at a minimum for our son and his wife. The Outdoor Patio was a lifesaver for keeping the grandchildren happy and gave them lots of room to play. We ended up eating most meals outside since the weather was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One last note, the outdoor shower was a great way to quickly get the kids cleaned up from the beach. We would stay here again!

The rental property was the best we have ever experienced in many, many years visiting Seaside. Perfect sleeping arrangements and privacy for us and our adult, married children. Also perfect entertaining areas for the entire group to be all together. Everything appeared to be brand new...comfortable beds, high grade appliances, big screen TV for football viewing. The disappointment came with Seaside itself. I understand it is going to be crowded during fall break, but the large groups of rowdy, loud, disrespectful teenagers was a surprise. Either they weren't staying at Seaside, or they were not supervised in any way. We missed the family atmosphere that we usually experience at Seaside. This seemed more like spring break at Daytona beach. As my children were growing up, Seaside security would've stepped in. Definitely won't be returning for our annual fall vacation. If Seaside is the new teen party place to be, we won't be returning at all. Thankful the property was so nice because we didn't dare go out after dark for fear of being mowed down by a speeding teenager on a bike with no regard for pedestrians and definitely stayed away from the food airstreams because of the bad behavior, bad language, breaking in line from the droves of teens. Still, the property was top notch!

We enjoyed our stay at Blessing by the Sea. We had a group of 10 with 6 kids from 15-8. There was plenty of room and the amenities were top notch. The location was also perfect to get to the beach or town center. We have stayed in seaside for 14 years and this condo was perhaps the best one we have rented. It is updated and clean. The courtyard and the screened porch are very nice additions as well.

Arriving a day after hurricane Michael passed through the area, it looked like little elves had been busy cleaning up and preparing to welcome back their guests. Management was available prior to arrival for any questions. Check-in was a breeze. Luckily the home we reserved was available to add on another day, we just didn’t want to leave.

Exceptional Home
We have stayed in numerous rentals in Seaside and hands down Blessings By the Sea is our all time favorite home. The floor plan is ideal for a large group, which includes wonderful furnishings and new appliances. We thoroughly enjoy the multiple private porches and outside seating to spend family quality time together. The house is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, pool and workout facility. This house is a gem!

Beautiful home, great location
Blessings by the Sea is a great vacation home. I have a large family and we are very comfortable staying here. The kitchen is very well equipped and organized. The kitchen opens up into the living room, so you can remain connected to friends and family while cooking. The rooms are very large with private baths and an extra sitting area, so it seems there is always space for someone to have some down time when they need it. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. One of our favorite things to do is ride bikes down to the little market which sells homemade croissants and bring them back to the house for breakfast and coffee out on the porch. The beach is gorgeous and it's private. Blessings by the Sea has been our vacation destination every spring for the last three years since we found it. We love it!

We vacation in Seaside every summer and we have finally found the home to rent every year. This home was the perfect fit for our family and friends. The home has been thoroughly updated and is well maintained and appointed. Has a fantastic large open porch, a screened in porch and a nice outdoor living area.

We had an amazing time staying at the beautiful Blessings by the Sea. It is so close to everything and had the perfect floor plan for us. It has a great open kitchen that overflows in to the family room where we spent most of our time together playing games. Beautiful oversized master was perfect downstairs.
