We had some stormy weather and we were very thankful for the generator! The beach is the most beautiful on the island!! House is great too!

The house was beyond our expectations. Videos and pictures of the cove doesn't do justice. You have to see it in person. Host was great, always responded right away. Didn't have any issues and everything was great. Can't wait stay at this house again.

This is our second visit to Papaya House. Absolutely thrilled with the location, definitely not a place for partying and night life which we were not interested in…such a relaxing, pristine vacation to a safe and friendly small island. We have traveled over the years and visited some of the best beaches in the Caribbean and none are better than Love Beach. We will look forward to a return visit ASAP!

We had the most wonderful week, the house is absolutely gorgeous amenities fantastic views spectacular every room has a breathtaking view when waking could not have been happier. The home is absolutely breathtaking - the photos do not do it justice. Those in my party were pleasantly surprised by how immaculate and cozy the property was. Onike (property manager) was superb, answered questions promptly before and during our stay. She provisioned the house with some grocery items, arranged for us to have an in-home chef experience with Rondell, which was some of the best food we’d ever had! Onike also provided pertinent info about getting around, places to go and things to see. Additionally, Onike recommended Luther, who was our driver for the week and he too was amazing as we left the driving to him! Our group will definitely be back again to stay at the Papaya House. The only thing we would change or prepare for better next time is to use baby oil or a repellent for sand flies. There was some available in the home but because we are from the U.S., we didn’t realize we should’ve been using the repellent so instead used something similar to “Off” vs the sand fly spray — mainly because we just weren’t familiar with tropical locations. All of this to say, our stay was pretty darn perfect and we will return again and we highly recommend this property. Huge thank you to Onike!

This place was awesome! Can’t imagine waking up to a more beautiful view. The house was super clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fabulous week from games, to kayaks, to beach toys, etc. The owners and Onike were super helpful and friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely go back and stay at there again!!!

We had a wonderful trip! The first part of the trip was with our daughters and their husband &/or boyfriends. There was adequate and private bedrooms for all! The second half of the trip was with our friends! The house was fully stocked with appliances, including a bread making machine, blender and margarita machine, utensils for cooking and oils and spices for cooking. There are two grills outside and a large dining area for our huge group! There is also a garden full of herbs, vegetables and fruits to use for meals. The House Manager, Onike', was absolutely a gem! I would take advantage of having her provision the house with food prior to your arrival, as we met other travelers on the island that did not utilize this option. Also, she and her husband create some delicious meals, so take them up on that option too! Prior to occupying their home, the hosts answered all of our questions whenever we inquired! They sent us some great info regarding excursions and etc. The house is stocked with lots of movies, Netflix, disney plus and a huge variety of games. In addition, a telescope and binoculars. We stayed quite active using the tandem kayaks and all of the rafts/floats they have in their garage. The private beach that this house sits on is truly amazing! The ocean hues of blue and turquoise were beyond spectacular! The stars at night were sensational! Make sure to read the book that the hosts leave as they outline all of the activities.

We really enjoyed our stay at Papaya House. The location, in beachfront and the view from the house are amazing. However, we had the feeling that the owners don't often spend time in the house and we had some issues with the equipment. We were not able to make the dish washer work properly, there was no cover on the trash can and the seal of the fridge was worn out. That said, the owner was very nice, very communicative, and compensated us for the inconvenience, which was very appreciated. The Property Manager was also very communicative and helpful. The location in Little Exuma is a bit far from George Town, but some may appreciate the quietness of the location. Overall, I recommend but I suggest the owner fix kitchen equipment first.

Exuma was beautiful and we enjoyed the R&R, the homes beach and exploring the island. The water in Exuma is like no other. The owners were fast to reply and provided the information we requested. Simply beautiful. We will be back.

We love love our time on Exuma and the Papaya House is our home away from home. The beach and location can’t be beat!

This beach is why we booked this house! And it did not disappoint. We’ve been to Exuma before and this is by far, one of our favorite beaches. We enjoyed snorkeling and even swam with a turtle in front of the house. The house needs some TLC. The kitchen is bright! Different from the posted pics. However, it still needs some updating. The bathroom showers are great, but some light fixtures were missing and dents/scuffs in the walls. We did have a septic issue while staying there. The manager was very responsive and worked with us to fix the problem, but we didn’t have water for almost 24 hours. The owners also responded to messages immediately and were apologetic. This house could be amazing with some updates and love.

Thank you for allowing our family to make memories at your amazing Little Exuma beach home. This is our second time back to Exuma and your Papaya Beach House and Papaya House Cabana truly provides the most beautiful views of the crystal clear sky blue Exuma water. Your kayaks provided actual let us experience the islands a bit offshore, amazing! Lastly, we want to give Onike your property manager a big thank you for attentiveness and prompt response to any issues that may have come up. Please continue to give your Exuma Beach home the TLC maintenance. A house generator would be greatly appreciated :) We will be back Papaya House !

It was a great experience

The house was very nice with plenty of space and beautiful views. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, the beautiful view and enjoyed the beach area.

We had the best week ever! The owner and management was very communicative from the moment we booked Papaya House. We wanted low key and quiet and we got it! The beach is perfect, the house everything we needed/wanted and accessorized so well with beach toys and household goods. It was perfection. There is nothing like the view from this house! So easy to unwind in paradise! It is hard to say goodbye.

The Papaya House was great. Beach and property were amazing and the location was good. Little Exuma is very quiet and a perfect getaway.

Seven best friends returned to Papaya House and it did not disappoint. We are planning next year already. ❤️

Beautiful setting and home! We have done a lot of traveling and visited a lot of exotic locations, but I can't imagine a more beautiful location than this secluded beach with its white sand and turquoise water!

This house has it all for the price. It's like your own private beach with beautiful views from every room (but the kids room). I absolutely loved how well furnished the house was with beach toys, kayaks and the paddleboard was a pleasant surprise. Another pleasant surprise was the AMAZING garden! We enjoyed cooking using all the fresh herbs and arugula. We made best friends with the white dog (we called Daisy). She hung out with us everyday and was so well mannered! The only negative thing I have to say is that we lost power quite a bit (maybe b/c it was really windy the last couple days) and all of our neighbors had generators but we did not. It wasn't fun to be full of sand and not be able to get running water! Otherwise everything was perfect! I will definitely be back...especially when they get a generator! lol

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute we spent in Exuma and at Papaya House. The house was comfortable and accommodating. The property managers and owners were helpful and quick to respond. The beach in front of the house is indescribable. We will cherish our memories there. And some day, we’d love to return! The neighboring dogs that came to visit each day were friendly and so very sweet. We were sad to say goodbye! Thanks for an incredible experience!

It was so great! Interior of the house could use a little love but the location, the privacy, comfort, absolutely pristine beach, made up for it. And it was perfect for the kids too! I cannot say enough about the beauty of Little Exuma and the hospitality of the people who live there. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere but Papaya House!!!

We had an incredible week at Papaya House! The house is comfortable and the view cannot be beat. Little Exuma is quiet and we loved visiting Tropic of Cancer beach (and the bar at the beach became a favorite as well...) and Coco Plum Beach but the beach at the house was our favorite. The screened pavillion was the perfect place for the kids to play and we enjoyed the terrace overlooking the ocean very much. The bedrooms were very nice sizes and the showers were awesome! It was great having water toys (kayak, blow up rafts, etc.) provided. We also loved having the telescope to star gaze at night. We hope to return!

Love at first sight! Papaya delivered over and above all expectations. We attended our son's wedding a few homes down, at the Reef House, and the entire week was spectacular. We had our parents with us in addition to our youngest son and wife. We enjoyed beach time, kayak time, and the beautiful, spectacular view from our patio and balconies. The manager was on point with organizing our provisions, and was always engaged in our stay answering the call for questions. Rating this as high as possible because Papaya delivered! And would love to give a massive shout out to the new bar and grill, Sisal Patch Bar & Grill, across the street. Best food ever, best service and best people. We ate there several times. Wonderful people.

We got to the house for check in for 4pm and the cleaners were still there until 6:30pm so we were unable to settle in. The AC and refrigerator did not work downstairs. The towels were still wet and floors still full of sand. This house is definitely a beautiful place with a gorgeous beach however we did not appreciate what we walked into after traveling all day.

It kept us dry when it was raining and kept us some what away from the bugs. In my opinion it is on the best beach on the island! You can walk down it and get to 2 other beaches easily and apparently if you keep walking on some rocks you can get even farther! We had the best time kayaking 45 min from the house to a little island, Moriah Harbor National Park, where there were lizards and iguanas and the prettiest beach. Both the owners and the property manager were very responsive to any questions before and during the trip and helped very quickly when we had minor issues. Would definitely stay again!!!

Second time staying at Papaya, this time with just my brother(we used the third suite on the main floor as a sun and daytime nap room. Words cant describe this wonderful place, alot of love has been put into the house and the property and you can feel it when you are there. The beach is one of the best in the world, we will be back a third time soon!
