Rosies Place ist ein komplett renoviertes Studio-Apartment mit luxuriöser Ausstrahlung, das speziell für Leute konzipiert wurde, die einen schönen Urlaub in Amsterdam verbringen möchten.
Das Rosies Place befindet sich direkt im Stadtzentrum von Amsterdam, innerhalb des sogenannten Kanalrings. Unser Haus liegt versteckt in einer kleinen ruhigen Straße des Jordaan. Um die Ecke finden Sie Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte, Galerien, Märkte und vieles mehr. Auch die Museen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Noch näher ist das Anne-Frank-Haus.
Rosies Place befindet sich im ersten Stock unseres Hauses und ist über eine steile Treppe erreichbar. Es ist mehr als geeignet für 2/3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit 2 kleinen Kindern. Es hat ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Sofa, das wir in ein Einzelbett oder ein Doppelbett verwandeln können. Sie haben eine Esstheke für 2/3 Erwachsene und einen Design-Schaukelstuhl. Kerzen für einen romantischen Touch gibt es überall im Rosies Place.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, neben der Spülmaschine (sehr wichtig), zwei Induktionsherde, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, finden Sie Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Zucker, Öl und Kräuter. Wenn Sie möchten, können wir Ihnen morgens jederzeit ein Frühstück anbieten. Lass es uns einfach wissen.
Das Badezimmer hat eine große Regen- und Handdusche. Handtücher, Seife und Shampoo (von Rituals) werden für Sie bereitgestellt. Wenn Sie saubere Handtücher benötigen, werfen Sie diese einfach in den Abfalleimer und Sie haben sofort saubere.
Die Terrasse hat Sonne! Was können wir noch sagen? Sonne am Morgen für Ihren Kaffee, Sonne während Ihres Mittagessens, Sonne am Nachmittag, die Ihr Bier oder Wein trinkt. Aber es ist Holland, also drückt mir die Daumen, dass die Sonne scheint :-)

Ideal apartment for our short break, being able to sit out on the balcony was a big bonus. Communication with Astrid before we arrived, and during our stay, was excellent, she was always there with helpful advice.
Jordaan is an ideal area to stay in, it has a really good selection of shops, restaurants and bars, with a nice atmosphere on an evening. However the centre of town isn't too far away, easy walking distance or, if you are not a walker, by tram from the end of the road.
Thank you Astrid and family for a wonderful short stay in your apartment, we will definitely stay with you again if we visit Amsterdam in the future.

This property is a real gem. The owners are super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We easily walked everywhere as the location was very close to major attractions, but 2 blocks away from busy streets.

My VRBO was outstanding! Such cool host. Astrid & Rick made me feel right at home. When I return to Amsterdam I have to stay with Astrid & Rick in Rosie’s place. The neighborhood was so clean and well maintained. I love Amsterdam! Thanks again guys.

There aren't enough words of praise for this wonderful apartment. It is just about perfect. Every detail has been well thought out - from the contemporary decor and furnishings to the kitchen and bathroom accoutrements. The neighborhood is terrific with beautiful canals, great places to eat, a tram stop just a short walk away, and the Anne Frank House nearby.
It was the best holiday rental I've ever been in. I've told all my friends about it and hope to be back one day soon.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Rosie’s Place. Astrid and Rick are gracious and attentive hosts. After a long day of site seeing, Rosie’s Place was a restful haven at the end of the day. We especially enjoyed sitting on the terrace and listening to the birds sing in the evening. We felt more like locals than tourists. I HIGHLY recommend this property.

My husband and I visited Amsterdam for the first time and Astrid was very helpful answering our questions. The property was immaculate and location was amazing. It was just short walk to some great little cafes and bars. The bed was super comfortable and while we never sat in the living area is was great to be able to spread out out luggage and travel gear.

Excellent communication. Friendly helpful. Everything was great from start to finish. We felt warmly welcomed and had the best vantage point to spy in all directions.

This lovely, cozy, well-equipped apartment in a great location is made even better by the friendliness and hospitality of hosts Astrid & Rick. We enjoyed our time here so much. They made great recommendations and had info and instructions on how to use everything. We would love to go back and stay here again.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at Rosie’s Place! Astrid is so kind and helpful and available if we had any questions or needs. The location can not be beat, the beds are SO comfy, the area is peaceful and close to everything! The apartment itself has everything you could need to have a fabulous stay in Amsterdam! Astrid even arranged a taxi for us back to the train station the early morning we left! Amsterdam is amazing in every way and staying at Rosie’s place was perfection! No negatives what so ever- unless of course you have a hard time climbing steep stairs!
If so be warned- everywhere in Amsterdam has steep tiny stairs!! Just be careful, go slow and you will be okay!

This was our first time in Amsterdam. Rosie’s place was wonderful, exceeded all our expectations! The hosts were absolutely marvelous. Astrid even carried our luggage up the stairs. Which was a big help because we were not used to the Dutch stairs. They provided great info about the city, favorite places to eat, get coffee and places to see, and things to do.

This is the absolute best place to stay in Amsterdam. In the middle of everything but also very quiet location when you need to decompress from the hustle and bustle of a major city. Everything g you would ever want to eat is in easy walking distance from Astrid and Rick’s house. Groceries are nearby and also launderette. If you are there on a Saturday you don’t want to miss the market that is nearby. Astrid is a wonderful host and helped every step of the way with suggestions of where to eat, getting to their house, and other suggestions. The room is perfect with coffee, wine, and cookies to enjoy during your stay. Anne Frank is a short walk and Museumplein is a short tram ride away. We will definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam again.

Rosie's Place is an ideal place to stay in Amsterdam. Astrid and her family are lovely and welcoming. They answered our questions and even carried our bags the up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We found their recommendations for restaurants and shopping to be quite helpful. The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed and sofa – there’s even a terrace off the bedroom for sitting outside! The apartment is located in our favorite neighborhood of Jordaan, and we walked everywhere. This was our third visit to Amsterdam and by far the best place we have stayed at.

Look no further for your stay in Amsterdam! The apartment is exactly as pictured—beautiful and comfortable, with even an outdoor space! The location is great—lively neighborhood with lots of dining choices (and recommendations from the host), and walking or taking the tram to other areas is easy. Best of all, the host is amazing—from carrying luggage up the single flight of stairs, to the “extras” for the guests, to the friendly offer of assistance at any time necessary.

I felt like we hit the jackpot staying at Rosie’s place. Astrid was the best hostess! The property was in a fantastic location in the Jordaan! It was on a nice, quiet residential street but only a few blocks from restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops. We ate at La Perla Pizza and La Oliva both just down the street and recommended by Astrid. We had apple pie at Winkle’s (another great recommendation).
The tram stop was only a few blocks away. Fantastic location, close to everything! We walked most everywhere or took the tram!
Took a canal ride with Captain Dave who was great and again was a recommendation of Astrid’s!

Astrid & Rick were beyond helpful. They offered us clean dry towels if needed, not only made restaurant recco but also called and made reservations, gave us directions to Aalsmeer auction. Even carried our luggage up the stairs!
The Jordaan neighborhood is quiet with cozy local cafes, wonderful to roam the canals at night.
Rosie’s place was wonderful for a couple: totally new, nespresso pods, cookies, bottle of wine, great shower.
Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Rosie’s place was perfect for us! First of all the hosts were great. Friendly and willing to help us find our way around. We had wine, coffee pods, tea, and Dutch cookies waiting for us. The kitchen was complete and the apartment was charming. We were able to walk to Rijks and Anne Frank’s etc..We would stay there again!

It was worth the wait.....
After having to postpone so many times due to the pandemic, we finally arrived. Thanks soooo much to Astrid and Rick for rebooking so easily. The apartment is superb and it is located in a real lovely area but convenient to everything. It is equipped with everything you could think of and waa extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Tempted to put 4 stars on accuracy of posting because this blew us out of the water when we got there and was better than all the pictures! Every detail was considered and it truly was a home away from home. Couldn’t say enough good things about this spot, you won’t regret booking!

Rosie’s place is wonderful! It’s so much better than staying in a hotel! It was so fun to live like a local and it is very convenient to everything! The little apartment is very clean and comfortable! The only negative is the steep stairs, but Astrid helped us with our luggage. Astrid, Rick and their sons were so friendly and helpful! They are the perfect hosts! I highly recommend staying at Rosie’s Place!
