So easy and so comfortable. Just what I needed to spend time with friends!

One of the CLEANEST rental properties we ever rented. Owners were extremely prompt to answer questions. Close to the beach and easy to run back to the house for drinks and snacks. Minor listing update needed - the full bed is now a queen bed which was a nice upgrade. Highly recommend this property and the owners.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and beautiful. The rooms were thoughtfully set up and the decor well done and everything felt comfortable. They had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay. It doesn't get much better than this! We had such an amazing visit and would love to return.

We had a wonderful week in this comfortable, inviting home. The location across the street from Goose Rocks Beach was such a treat! The unit was perfect for the two of us to cook, eat meals and relax in. We really enjoyed the deck-it was great for socially distant visits when family and friends stopped by. The unit was very clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fabulous. The hosts were very welcoming and accessible. My family loved every minute in this house! The location was perfect - just steps to the beach! We were able to run back to the house for snacks, bathroom breaks, and naps for the littles. The big dining room table was perfect for family dinners and we found all that we needed in the kitchen. My girls loved the bunk beds and the outdoor shower was awesome for rinsing all the sand they collected at the beach! We would stay here again in a heart beat!

A perfect location and beautiful house! Hosts could not haven been nicer. We were with our two adult kids and we all loved having the beach so close to take walks, play sports and hang out.

Very pleased with location just across road from beach. Arrived day after a storm to find no electricity or heat. Fortunately this was restored in less than two hours. Some of us found the stairs challenging,however, it was well worth the effort. Cozy and attractively decorated. Highly recommend for family vacation.

7 of us rented both units for a week for a Girls' Get-a-Way. From my first contact with the owners to the timely return of my security deposit, everything was perfect. The units themselves are incredibly well appointed and equipped ... blankets, dishes, knick-knacks were all first rate. The kitchen was better stocked than my own with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, dishwasher detergent, glassware, silverware. They thought of everything. And then there is the locations .... right across the street from the beach and great beach views from the deck and from a little TV room in Unit B. Even though the weather wasn't great, we had a great time and would definitely rent this place again.

Myself and a friend rented the two bedroom for four days and three nights....we loved everything about this unit. We plan on coming back next summer for two weeks. The surrounding area was beautiful, we just didn't have enough time to see and do everything we wanted to do...the entire area is wonderful. The ocean was our front yard...thank you for sharing this unit...

This was the perfect location for our family with young children. A hop to the beach and short drives to adorable Maine towns. The two bedroom apartment was impeccable and tastefully decorated. The owner was very accommodating with changing dates (after labor day) and even refunded a night after a dishwasher malfunction. I hope we can return next year!

I rented both units for a girls' weekend (roughly 10 of us) and it was absolutely perfect!! There was a enough room for all of us. The apartments are very well appointed, extremely comfortable and perfectly located. I would note that everything is upstairs, so if you have issues climbing stairs, it may be tough. But the beach across the street was easily accessible (entry at the end of the street), and the Tides Beach Club was only 1 block away. So we had the best of all worlds - our own place to hang out, a perfect beach and a fun happy hour at a beautiful resort. I highly recommend this location for fun weekend getaways!

I have stayed in either unit B or unit C a few times over the past 3 years. The location cannot be beat -- directly across a tiny street from the beach, so there were days when I didn't even wear shoes. The beach itself is gorgeous, very quiet, and perfect for kids because it's wide and sandy and the water is very calm and shallow. This past visit I was there with my 3-year-old nephew and he loved it. We would walk across the street to the beach for an hour or two in the morning, then come back for lunch and a nap, and then go back to the beach or walk to the playground in the afternoon. Plus I took my own walks on the beach in the early morning or as the sun was setting. It really makes a difference, staying right there on the ocean instead of even 2-3 blocks away. The units themselves are so charming and set up well for guests. Kitchens have dishes and pots and pans, big open living/dining areas, wifi is good, furniture is comfortable and everything feels homey and well looked after. Each unit has a little balcony which is great for sitting and reading. Being able to sit and watch the water from your own balcony is such a special pleasure! Our hosts were lovely, they've been doing this awhile and made everything so easy. I'm already planning on going back next year...and the year after that... Goose Rocks Beach is a very special find and this rental right on the beach is the perfect way to enjoy it.

we rent this lovely place for a week-end ,it was amazing!!!very nice ,clean and well decorate ,the view of the beach is great !its a very peacefully house ,beautiful neighbourhood ! we will return for sure soon!!!

This was my first VRBO experience (have been a long time AirBnb user) and I was extremely impressed. The location could not be beat and the apartment itself was comfortable for 4 people. The balcony directly off the living room area was an extremely pleasant surprise and had fabulous views of the beach. We will be back!

This was our first year renting this beautiful home and we enjoyed it so much we came back in September. The “home” has it all: perfect location with an ocean view from the deck and just a few steps away from the sandy beach. It was very clean, well organized, beautifully decorated, with great light throughout the home. The outdoor shower is a great plus to cool off and leave the beach outside. The beach itself, which stretches for about three miles, is ideal for long walks and, for the hardy among us, great for a morning run. The owners were, from start to finish, very responsive and a pleasure to deal with, you know right away they take pride in their home. We highly recommend this home without reservation!
