Access was great everything was as stated. Jason and Sally were great hosts very friendly and accommodating. Suite was well appointed and very clean. Would stay there again for sure.

The place was great, location perfect and central, had everything we needed for our stay.

Our arrival went very well. We had a door code, wifi info was supplied. The rental was at ground level! Our last 2 VRBOs were 10 steep steps down and then a third floor walk up. The rental was roomy, well supplied and clean. There were a couple of issues including a kettle that didn't work and I have advised Jason of that. We will stay there again if available.

Loved everything about the property!!

We were very disappointed with this rental. Upon entering the unit and removing our shoes we immediately felt the dirt on our feet. We wet some paper towels and wiped the floors in three different areas and they were black from just wiping a 2-3 ft area in each room. It was evident that the floors had not been cleaned in quite some time. Upon checking out we put the dirty paper towels and a note in a bag and put it on Jason's front door. We have yet to hear from him. Our other complaints, windows were very dirty (spoils the lovely view of the water), needs a good dusting, the bed wasn't very comfortable and made a lot of noise, table/bench too high and uncomfortable for dining, bathroom.....tub bathmat was covered in hair...and the towels were not freshly washed as they smelled musty (and no washer/dryer to freshen them). No independent climate control....the smell from what they are cooking comes into the rental unit. They are extremely noisy upstairs with no regard for the renters. Kelowna is fantastic and the unit is in a wonderful location but this unit requires some serious cleaning/maintenance. BBQ was also dirty and covered in spider webs. We have stayed in a number of VRBO rentals and never have my feet stuck to the floor from dirt. We have given many 5 star ratings at other VRBO rentals but can not with this rental, therefore we do not recommend this rental.

The property is clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located to go to East Kelowna and very close to the west Kelowna wineries. This property is ideal for 2 adults.

Nice place. Close to bridge'. Which never had to cross. Location good for west side kelowna.

This was the perfect stay for my husband and myself. I loved the separate living room, the bedroom was spacious, and the kitchen and eating area were perfect. Jason was very quick to respond to my questions and is very friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here next time I am in Kelowna.

We spent 10 days at Jason's unit this July. We loved the place. As we arrived, we witnessed the completion of a beautiful rock garden which includes a nice water flow. This new addition just made the unit more beautiful. The view you get from sitting on the chairs in front of the unit overlooking mountains and the lake is very calming and relaxing. We met Jason, his wife, their son and even their cousin😄- all seemed like very nice people. The place actually seemed bigger in person compared to the photos. I would estimate at least 600 or 700 square feet of living space in this unit. The unit was exceptionally clean and was fully equipped with everything you could need. There is a gas barbecue outside that we used several times and when the weather got hot, the central air conditioning was really pleasant to have. In fact, it might have worked a little bit too well 😄 There is a fairly large mall about a 10-minute walk away. At the mall , you have a couple of restaurants, Dollarama , a movie theater, Tim Horton's and a pharmacy amongst other things. We had pizza at Sammy J's which was really good. Tons of wineries to visit if you enjoy wine. If you have never visited Kelowna, you should. It is a beautiful, clean city with friendly people.

Location was perfect as we had plans in both Kewlona and West Kewlona. Suite was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Great view and close to many winerys and walking trails. Hosts were very friendlynand kind. We would definitely rebook!

Nice location on the west side of Kelowna. There’s even a view of Lake Okanagan from the patio! Comfortable accommodation and the host was easy to communicate with. It was everything we expected from the listing.

The environment and ambience of the place was beautiful and relaxing. The view of the property was stunning. Jason kept the clean and comfortable as if it was like our home. He was very nice when we saw him in person. I would recommend staying here to others and will surely come back again. Thank you Jason!

Suite has a wonderful view to the lake from the mountain, all windowing lets light in and is very nice. It has all amenities required to cook and stay. Bed is comfortable and suite is as advertised. Jason very accommodating and replies are prompt.

Stayed at winter time and enjoyed our time there. Nice view from living room large window. Organized kitchen makes cooking very easy. Recommend!

Nice, clean, large property that was well equipped. It was a very nice stay in a good location to both Kelowna and West Kelowna.

Jason's property is perfect! Huge light space, stoked with everything you need, great location, easy check-in/check-out.Unfortunately, I had extremely smoky and white out conditions due to wild fires in the area so sadly I can't comment on the view. But even given this lack of view, I still felt the suit is fantastic, it's private and calm at night.Jason is a very nice host , he provides quick communication for whatever you need.100% recommend!
