Awesome host and place! Joe was polite and proactive

Truly enjoyed our stay here loved the pool and neighborhood. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Joe who was very responsive and helpful and we did drive the poor guy crazy. Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything John and Tammy

I would recommend this rental to anyone. The owner was very nice and polite and accommodating. The pool was a little green when we got there and I informed the owner and said we weren’t bothered by it and we knew the pool guy was due out the next day so we were just going to swim in it the way it was. But that was not ok to the owner. He called his pool guy out right away and got the pool cleaned and taken care of. And then he came everyday to clean the filters and add chemicals until it was crystal clear. He was very professional and wanted our stay to be the best it could be. Again I would recommend this rental 100%.

The house and stay was amazing. Joe was great to work with. His property was clean and pretty. Joe kept in contact with me to make sure all was well. We will be back.

House was fine. It was not as clean as we had hoped. It needed deep cleaning and all though Joe was responsive to our requests he needs to pay attention to the details. The closets had built up dirt that had to take many months to get that bad. It was sticky and I didn’t want to put my new clothes in it. It would be nice if they had some matching glassware even from the dollar store. the mush mosh of kitchen ware made it feel uncared for. It was our first Vrbo experience and it will be a reference point for next time We will upgrade next time even though I didn’t think the price on this house was low by any means Nice pool and yard for the dog!!!

The house was great and Joe is available for any questions. We enjoyed the pool very much and everything is well maintained. We liked the fact supplies were readily available and we did not have to worry about having to rush out the first night for items. I would recommend staying here, as it is very relaxing and close to so many things.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and Joe was extremely helpful if we had any questions. The kids loved the pool and it was only a short drive to the beach.

My family and I had an amazing relaxing week. We are from upstate NY so we enjoyed the heat for one 😂 the house was clean and well equipped with all we needed. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge bonus, nice fenced in yard for them to also enjoy vacation. My boys loved the pool spent alot of time in it. House is very spacious and 2.5 bathrooms was GREAT. Overall a great experience thank you Joe and family for letting us stay at your home! Rent this home you wont be disappointed!!

This proper suited our every need. It’s location was perfect. Close enough to groceries, to the home where grandma lives, and is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Lake with beautiful sunset views just down the block. Home is well appointed with every possible need. The pool was perfect, our grandkids loved it day and night. Bed were very comfortable. The house very clean. We loved our stay. Joe checked in with us a couple time to be sure we had everything we needed.

The owner thought of everything when supplying the house! Everything in the house was perfect, it was the absolute best vacation! The pool was amazing and the neighbors are very nice people as well! The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and all the stuff was in great shape! All together a great stay and we are beyond excited to be getting to stay again next year! First impression the house was very clean. Refrigerator was spotless. There were plenty of dishes/pots pans/accessories for cooking. Washer and Dryer worked well. All necessary amenities were provided. I enjoyed the large window over the sink that looked out to the pool area. Large patio for hanging out and a great sized pool. The fenced in backyard was a huge plus. Next door neighbors have dogs (however they are well behaved and do not bark). Neighborhood was quiet and pleasant.The host was friendly, responded quickly and overall it was a nice stay. I would recommend. Thank you.

Enjoyed our stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely! We were busy the first few days of our stay so we weren’t at the house much, but we finally had a few days to relax. The pool was great, a little cool for me, but my kids lived in it. It was enjoyable just to relax next to it. I appreciated that there were some kid items, cards/games, and beach items there for our use. There were a few things that were difficult to keep my 2 year old out of since they weren’t childproof, but we adapted. The space accommodated ours needs quite well. If I had questions, Joe was quick with a response. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Again, another awesome experience with Joe. I will keep coming back to his properties every year. The house is GREAT !! I totally recommend renting from this guy !!! The properties that he owns are outstanding. Great for family and pets !! And if there are any issues, which I seriously doubt there will be, Joe is there to fix the situation promptly !!! My family and I were very fortunate to have the best first experience renting this vacation home from Joe. There was a glitch with my card booking twice and he called me and corrected it by cancelling the one, I had no idea! He is on top of things and very easy to reach and so nice. We would definitely recommend staying here. My family and I loved the pool, the house, and the fact that everything is there; you need nothing but to buy groceries. The house was perfect for our stay in Florida! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how spacious and clean everything was. We have two boys ages 8 and 11 and they were happy to have their very own bedrooms for the week and even more excited about the pool! We couldn't keep them out of it all week. This was a lifesaver considering the week we went the beaches were polluted with red tide. The location was perfect too! We were close for short trips up and down the coast, shopping, dining, and putt putt golf. We even took a day trip to Lego Land and the drive wasn't bad either. We don't eat out every meal on vacation so it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare meals. The owner thought of everything including bikes we were able to use for morning rides. I would definitely recommend this rental for anyone visiting Florida.

We found this home on Bringfido.com and were extremely pleased. The pictures don't do this home justice at all. From the moment you enter the home, you feel welcome and relaxed. Everything is provided: coffee and creamer, beach towels, bikes and floats, and dog shampoo! We enjoyed the pool, patio and surrounding areas while on our stay. The backyard is completely fenced in, too. Joe was fantastic with communication; and checked in with us a couple of times via text, which is our preferred method. This is a beautiful home centrally located to shopping, eating and things to do in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda. There were some great geocaches in nearby parks; the sunsets are gorgeous, too. We were visiting our son in Pt. Charlotte for a week, bringing some "home" to him as he is working a summer internship with the University of Florida, Rinker College of Construction. Nothing beats family time around a table with a home-cooked meal. I highly recommend this home, especially if you have fur babies.

Everything was neat and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Towels and floats for the pool were there too.

A wonderful place... Nothing fancy... But a clean and practical place. The heated pool was great and well maintained. The place met all of our expectations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful Port Charlotte home. The location is excellent. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Joe, the owner, was very responsive when we needed anything. The house was very well stocked with everything needed. The pool was so warm and inviting and the neighborhood is very nice. We love this home and we are returning next winter.

2nd time here. The house is perfect for me and my kids. The fenced backyard is a great size for my bigger sized dog. Lots of room to run. The pool was great as well. And Joe is AWESOME to deal with. All emails answered promptly. Totally recommend this property

I stayed 3 and 1/2 months in this property. It was very comfortable, clean and had everything you could want in a rental property and the pool was maintained on a weekly basis. It is close to Charlotte Harbor and Punta Gorda and a 30 minute drive to the beaches. Restaurants and shopping are all nearby. Joe and his family were very attentive and so accommodating and always were making sure that my stay was an enjoyable one. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, as did my Labrador retriever, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!! I certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a lovely pool home in a quiet neighborhood.
