Our home for family vacation was perfect, comfortable and beautiful views, Christmas decorations with a tree made it ideal. Will definitely stay here again!

We love being so close to the lift and having a garage for the bikes. The property is comfortable and clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is great, garage is nice to have, beds were plentiful. Some old milk left in fridge, not the hosts fault, but she had the cleaning guy come and take care of it. Would stay again.

We loved the location of this place. It is also very spacious and very well stocked with all of the essential items. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice, clean condo with a garage super close to the lift! There's a little path from the end of the building basically right down the hill to the lift/El Jefe's. We enjoyed being so close to the bike park and having the garage for the bikes. Plenty of space and basic supplies like kitchen utensils, etc. Enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We showed up the first night to a filthy condo with personal belongings; lap top, phone, spiral notebook full of personal info, in one room as if someone lived there & left in a hurry. There was trash on floor & countertops, the carpet was filthy, there was dirt on the rugs, laundry was left out & the washer was full of laundry. This was very late at night but I was able to speak to the owner, Patty. She had no clue what was happening. Other than her cleaning guy had heart problems & maybe something had happened to him. She said she would call her cleaners & find out what was going on. She apparently did not even text them because at 7 am I hear someone come into the condo. It scared me to death. Thank goodness I was awake or that could’ve been ugly. He said “what are you doing here”? I said we are staying here & he said “you’re not supposed to be here”. Turns out he got his days mixed up. Everyone was still asleep so he said he would come back later to clean. Which meant one of us had to stay behind and miss skiing so he could clean. When they came back, while cleaning they asked if we wanted to carpet and floors cleaned. Made me wonder if they do not always do that? As I said they were filthy. Patty said she was mortified & offered comp Our entire stay. I DID NOT ASK, she said she wanted to make it right. We were not rude & were extremely understanding, mistakes happen. On our last morning Patty confirmed vie text that she was giving us a full refund via VRBO. However, she quit responding & mailed us a check for a refund of 2 nights (not including the nightly taxes and fees which are substantial) & the cleaning fee with a note about that she had spoken to many people, including VRBO, and decided she didn’t want or need to comp our entire stay. It’s a shame Patty doesn’t keep her word. We personally own STR properties & other business & when we as owners say we are going to do something, we do it. It’s a shame Patty the owner of this condo does not do the same. Further, the condo is very, very outdated and it appears that whatever left over furnishings she has laying around she uses to furnish this place. The kitchen cookware and utensils are old and need desperately to be replaced. There’s a total of 5 very narrow stair cases & an access door to a dark creepy crawl space in the floor just outside the door of the bedroom on the lowest floor they keep covered up by a rug. Not there when we arrived bc of the condition of the condo. Do not rent!

Blessed to be able to let the kids stretch out in their own rooms instead of a hotel! Very accommodating and the views were breathtaking! Had a couple questions regarding the condo and snow and received replies quickly. Very nice place and would most definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our stay in Angel Fire! The house had everything we needed. Our family of 6 (kids are 15-21) had plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Loved that it was all decorated for Christmas! As others have noted, parking is tight up there, but we loved the view of the slopes and the ability to just walk over to ski. Coming from Texas, the elevation caught us off guard, next time we're bringing some bottled oxygen lol! Patty is quick to respond to answer any questions or resolve any issues. Would stay again!

The place was great, very close to the chili express- it’s the closest building and has a set of steps into the platinum lot. The recliner sofa in the living room is a great place to recover sore legs. We slept 6 in the house comfortably and would come back again!

I booked this condo for a ski trip for myself and my sister's family. What a wonderful property for a vacation. It was the week before Christmas, and the owners had decorated for the holidays. The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. They spared no effort to make sure that everything you could need or want was provided. Everything from cooking, cleaning, laundry needs, to bedding and games to play. The condo was a short walk to the ski lifts, so it was really convenient. I very much recommend this property for a family ski vacation. You won't regret it.

Great location. Close to lift. We go to Angel Fire to ride bike park and this place was perfect. Has garage to keep bikes in and the place has plenty of space.

This was our second stay in their property. The condo is well laid out with plenty of room for our group. The location is great and about as close as you can get to the lift. Thank you for having us again.

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. We brought all our meals, and were thankful that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook up meals after long days skiing. The location was perfect. Wonderful communication and easy process. Our kids didn’t want to leave.

We had a good experience in A3. The owner was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The only negative was that it was a little loud at night between the groomer, snowplow, and radio at the slopes. But that's the trade of for being so close... And this unit is about the closest to the lift there is.

We loved this condo! The pictures don’t really do the place justice! It was clean, comfortable in every way, and had everything we could have needed. The heated garage was big enough to just fit an XL Suburban. These condos are the closest condos to le lift, but it is still a little work getting your gear up and down the slope/path to the lift area. This is something you should be aware of. if you do not think you are up to the hike, you can always drive down to the parking lot and catch the shuttle. the deck is perfect even when it is cold. the condo itself was well insulated and required minimal heating to stay warm. Patty was very responsive and great to work with. I don't know about the local representative, because there was no need to ever contact them. You can't go wrong with Patty or this rental. We look forward to being returning customers.

Great Place to stay, really comfortable Living Room as close as a ski-in/out as possible (you will need to do some exercise to get to the runs but nothing out of the ordinary). The master bedroom has a hot tub with a jacuzzi that is great after a day of hitting the slopes. We felt great on the property and enjoyed our time there.

Excellent location to the Angel Fire base which was very convenient for skiing. Condo was spacious and everyone had there own level to spread out at night. Enjoyed playing games on the kitchen table and watching the fireworks from the balcony on Christmas Eve. Everything was clean and as advertised on the listing.

Location can’t be beat! So easy to drop kids at ski school…literally steps away.

Great Location near the main lift. Here for MTB mid-summer with another family of 4. Split-level layout is: top floor 'master' with K and Q beds, then a few steps down to a balcony with a single bed overlooking the LR, another half flight down to a spacious kitchen and full bath. Next level down is the Living room with a sofa sleeper, next level is the main entry and garage. Finally lower level is another BR with 3/4 bath and a double bed. Fully functional, great communication with the host.

Great place to stay.

We rented the unit for a month. Can’t beat the Angel Fire weather in August! Nice unit just above the ski lift. Positives: Very responsive host who helped us with 2 major issues, nice private balcony overlooking the ski area, very comfortable furniture, Sirius radio and excellent cable, garage, good propane grill. Negatives: Kitchen utensils, cooking pots, knives very old. We cook most of our meals so that was disappointing. Lots of stairs as this condo has 6 levels. Loud music starts at 7:15 am in the ski area. You have to take your garbage a mile and a half to public drop off. Overall we had a great time and the positives definitely outweigh the negatives.

Great property and location for any activity on the mountain. It's walking distance to the lift. Best part was having a garage for all our muddy bikes and gear.

Having a garage to park in and keep ski gear in was amazing, really a bonus that we didn't realize would be so nice to have. Living space, kitchen, bedrooms were all clean and well appointed. Plenty of hot water for showers, wifi, TV, etc - all perfect.

Location Location Location - Townhome was an Excellent Location and had Beautiful Views of the the Ski Slopes. The Townhome was fully equipped with all the essential necessities and was a very comfortable stay. I will definitely be keeping this Cozy Gem in my pocket for another amazing trip. Well-situated condo next to the lifts. Everything pretty much as advertised BUT be prepared to haul your own trash in your car to a dumpster a few miles away. I’m not sure if this is the case for all condos in Angel Fire but we think that this should be included in the cleaning fee as this is inconvenient. We realized the hard way that there is no dumpster nearby and had to ride with trash on our laps on our way out of town at 3:30a. Otherwise there is a charge of $10 per bag.

The location is spot on, right at the lifts! You can sit on the balcony & soak in the views all day! The house is well equipped, comfortable & decorated nicely. We had plenty of room to hang out & relax after a full day of snowboarding & activities. We will book again! Patty the owner is great!
