We have wonderful time .Condo was great ,just as described online .It has everything you will need including beach umbrellas ,chairs ,toys .Fully equipped kitchen with supplies you will need .Plenty of towels ,shampoo ,soap ,etc .Great place ,will come back soon.

The condo is absolutely beautiful. There are great views. We watched the dolphins all most every morning. The host had a list of great places to eat. I believe we tried almost all of them. The location was very safe. We walked to most of the places we ate. It was only a few minutes from shopping and night life.

We love staying at The Regatta due to its proximity to Vanderbilt Beach and its resort-style pool. The pool is very kid friendly, with zero-entry and a waterfall feature.
The condo was spacious enough for our family of 6. It was also clean and well appointed.

Condo was wonderful. 11th floor end unit is great as the lanai provides amazing views of the area along with many windows inside providing a lots of light. Everything was well equipped for a long stay. Love the Regatta complex. Very easy to get around and the location is prime. Chris was outstanding to work with. Lots of communication before we arrived and responded immediately to any questions we might have. We highly recommend and certainly plan on returning.

Exceptional!
I have rented many properties in my lifetime for vacations but this is my first experience through VRBO. Honestly, I don’t know if any other host can’t top it! This condo has everything you need and is so beautiful and spacious! Chris has done a fabulous job of making sure you are stocked with everything you need from paper products to soaps, body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent! She is always available with anything you might need. The property and pools are beautiful and quiet. The beach cart is a life saver for the short walk to the beach. Just put on the beach chairs, umbrella and towels (all provided) and head out! Having a covered garage for the car was also very nice, There are so many great things to say! A wonderful time was had by all and when we return to Naples we will definitely be reaching back out to Christine to stay at the Regatta! Tara B.

Location and Amenities!
This condo was great. The location was perfect. The pool at the property was really nice and the view from the high floor was fantastic. Chris was a great host. She contacted us and offered up the condo early since it was cleaned prior to the 3:00 pm check in. We didn’t have any issues and she was responsive on all communication. The condo was well equipped with laundry soap, shampoo, body wash, etc. Some little amenities that added to a great stay. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the unit and location.

Fabulous property in a great area.
There are five of us who travel together often and this was our 2022 vacation. It was wonderful. The property is exactly as portrayed on the VRBO site. As soon as I had booked the week I heard from Christine, the owner, and she replied literally within minutes every time I contacted her with questions whether it was via email through VRBO or text after we checked in.
The condo was spacious with plenty of room for all of us. It's very quiet. The lanai has seating for at least 8 and has a lovely view towards the Gulf. It's well stocked with paper products, brand-new containers of shampoo and conditioner, soap, bathrobes and even coffee for the Keurig. There are beach towels, beach chairs, two umbrellas and a cart. You really need to bring nothing but your clothes.
The property has three pools and the grounds are very well kept with excellent security. Naples is one of my favorite Florida destinations. We're already talking about making this one of our annual trips, and I don't think we can find a better place to stay!

The condo is large (loved having an additional half bath) with a lovely view! The master was also large with a nice walk-in closet.

Perfect location and setup
Owners were great to communicate with. Condo was in a great location. Wish the main bedroom had real window coverings as we were up with the sun each morning but otherwise it was perfect for our all adult family. Kitchen was well appointed as was beach gear.

Our Best VRBO Stay - EVER! An A+ Owner and Property Manager
I've traveled a ton for family vacations, etc. - and have used VRBO frequently. What made this stay especially great was the property's owner and the property manager. They are EXTREMELY customer-oriented. Their unit was stocked with basic essentials that no other VRBO renter ever provides . . . which made our stay much easier. They were likewise flexible with our departure time, which was great with our 3-month old grandson. I'd like to go back to this property and manager next year!

What a view!
This is a beautiful property! Very spacious condo, amazing views and great pool! The Regatta is in a perfect location in Vanderbilt Beach. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. I had some issues entering the property at the driving gate and the pedestrian gate. The guards and a neighbor helped me.
The condo itself is huge and has everything you need plus more.
It could use a good cleaning with some elbow grease.

Spectacular Vacation in Naples
Our family travels a great deal and have stayed in many different VRBO's. This condo is by far the best VRBO we have EVER stayed at! The host was wonderful in letting us check in early and providing excellent communication leading up to our trip. The location is outstanding, walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, Turtle Club, Buzz's Lighthouse, Beach Box and the Ritz. The unit had literally EVERYTHING we needed including beach towels, lots of beach gear, a fully stocked kitchen, toiletry items, lots of TP and paper towels, lots of pillows and bedding, EVERYTHING! We loved the outdoor lanai and spent every early morning and evening taking in the amazing views. The pool and grounds are impeccable and we spent an entire afternoon at the resort style pool. We literally cannot say enough good things about this location, this condo and the Regatta. It was truly perfect and we will definitely be back.

A beautiful condo on the 11th floor with an amazing view!!
Christine did an amazing job keeping us well informed of everything we needed to know. Anytime we had a question she was right back to me with the answer! My family and I enjoyed the condo. They had everything we needed for an awesome vacation. We really enjoyed all the views from the room, we could see the ocean the back water and the town! We loved being up high and seeing everything. We also used everything at the condo, the weight room, pool, hot tub and my son grilled some fish that he caught! They turned out real good! Thanks for a great stay!!

Regatta - Vanderbilt Beach Condo
Condo was fantastic! It had everything you could possibly need for your beach vacation. There were 7 of us in my party and the condo was spacious with fabulous views from the screened porch. Mrs. Ross, the owner of the condo, was just wonderful and kind to deal with. If we return to Naples to vacation, we would totally rent this property again.

Our second stay in this amazing home. The host, Chris is so easy to work with and does everything she can to make the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. The condo is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you need to spend relaxing, quality time soaking up the Naples sun and enjoying that magnificent view. Great week! Beautiful condo in lovely setting close to Vanderbilt beach.
Spacious, comfortably furnished and beautifully decorated condo, we really enjoyed our stay. We loved its high up corner setting, and sitting on the lanai/verandah enjoying cooling cross sea breezes. Condo very well stocked, including kitchen and bathroom essentials, and a beach buggy to carry stuff to the beach. The building also has a beautiful pool which we enjoyed every day, and is only about five minutes walk from Vanderbilt beach, perfect for watching the most amazing sunsets!

Paradise in Naples
Best condo we ever rented on VRBO! Owners have thought of everything. Beach towels, extra towels, extra soaps, shampoo and paper products. Beautiful lanai with views of Gulf of Mexico and sunsets! Main pool is glorious- zero entry with waterfalls - almost your own private pool! Second lap pool is behind adjacent building but we never used it. Tennis courts two minute drive away. Beach about a 5 min walk or 1 min drive. Main pool is about a 1 minute walk from elevator. Very close to Mercato shopping and entertainment complex. Keyless entry and gated. The owners are very responsive and bend over backwards to help you. Christine really came through on a special need our group had and it was so appreciated. Would rent again in a heartbeat!
