This villa is awesome. It’s Spacious & well appointed throughout. The master bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Both bedrooms are spacious & the beds were all comfortable. The kitchen is very nice, plenty of dishes & cookware. Very close the pool, It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want front row, you have to get out there by 7-715am to reserve your loungers. Umbrellas are $20. I will definitely come back!!!

The condo was exactly as listed. Great location, walking distance to some great restaurants and a 7 Eleven. The condo itself was clean and the perfect size for 4 people. The beach is beautiful, and the pool is very close to the condo. The owner is very helpful, and we truly enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend staying here.

Our stay at this villa was wonderful - everything was as described in the listing. The two minute walk to the beach was excellent, having our own washer & dryer was fantastic, and the villa was inviting and comfy. We would have loved to have returned next year, but it was rented before we had even completed our stay. So, if you want to return, be aware it can be rented while you are still on your current vacation.

It was very convenient and comfortable! So very close to the beach and pool. Come prepared though! Nothing is supplied in the way of spices.... literally not even salt and pepper. So bring your toilet paper and spices and have a blast!

It was one of our best vacations. Awesome location. Captain Curts down the street and an easy Trolly or Free Ride shuttle to Siesta Village. 2 min on property walk to the white sand beaches and a short walk to Point of Rocks for some shells and snorkeling. Denis is a fantastic rental owner to work with. The Villa is perfect with everything you need for a beach day. The pool is quiet and excellent too. Crescent Arms Villa 12 is the way to go!

The property was just as listed. It was clean and very well maintained. There was plenty of space as well as towels and kitchen supplies. The beach was beautiful and only a short walk. Dennis was a great host and very quick to answer any of my questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Property was represented fairly. Not the most modern property, but everything worked well and location was great. Enjoyed the visit.

Our family of 4 had a great time. The condo was perfect for our needs. It's conveniently located very close to the pool, and a short (<5 minute) walk to the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all needed dishes, utensils, and appliances. Having a washer/dryer allowed us to pack less, making our traveling smooth. We had an issue with the air conditioning and Dennis was quick to respond, it was fixed within hours. The condo is within walking distance to several very good restaurants. We recommend Spearfish Grille, Captain Curts, Daquiri Deck, and The Toasted Mango (all within walking distance), and on the north end of the island, The Seafood Joint Market and Grill. We also recommend exploring Point of Rocks at low tide.

Our stay was very clean and well appointed. Perfect for a beach vacation. Our host was easy to reach through the app and responded promptly. (We really appreciate that, Dennis.) Overall, great! We had a wonderful stay.

Perfect! Right next to pool but not close enough for the noise or traffic to both you. We had an issue when we first arrived but Dennis was quick to respond. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends!

This was our first trip to Florida and we had a great time. The villa was wonderful! We were close to the pool and ocean. The grill was a nice touch to not have to leave after a nice long beach day. The private patio was great too. The owner was very nice and got back to us quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely come back very soon!

It was great! We unfortunately dealt with red tide on the beach all week so being so close to the pool was awesome! This has nothing to do with this villa specifically but I think it is helpful to know going into it - the beach chair and umbrella rental situation is a bit frustrating. You can pay $15/day or $75/week to rent chairs and an umbrella. The guys set them up around 6 am but then you have to go down and tag the chairs you want with the lanyard they give you. So if you want a front row spot on the beach, that means you have to get up and go down when they start setting up. If you don’t, you will be three rows back which made it impossible to keep an eye on our kids in the water and on the beach. What’s even more frustrating is that people will tag chairs and not be down all day! So we started just sitting in other peoples tagged chairs that didn’t show up. It’s just inconsiderate……. You can bring your own umbrella and chairs down (which the villa had) and there are additional chairs on the beach you can move around. Location was great. We ate at Turtle Beach Grill multiple nights because it wasn’t in a busy area and we felt better about that from a COVID standpoint. We tried a different ice cream place each night - go to Siesta Creamery! It is BY FAR the best!!! Such friendly guys that work there and different flavors that you don’t see anywhere else - and the most amazing homemade waffle cones! The only negative I can say about the villa was that the shower in the master bath is very small. I found it impossible to shave my legs in it so I showered in the kids bathroom - not a big deal! Great water pressure!!! Plenty of towels - beach and bath! I suggest hitting the Walmart in Osprey - it is probably 15 minutes from the villa and not as crazy as some of the others you will pass along the way to Crescent Arms.

The direct communication with the owner is spectacular and they are always willing to help.

Loved this Villa! Dennis was so nice and accommodating. The living/dining room area was huge and spacious and the family didn't feel like we were stepping all over one another. would definitely stay here again with the short walk to the beach and the pool a few feet away :-)

Had a most relaxing time on this vacation. First time to Sarasota and everything was pretty close. Beautiful beach, great beach chair service and villa was really spacious. Would love to come back again next year.

This property was the perfect get away. We were very close to the beach where we walked for miles. The villa had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and stay socially isolated. Grocery stores, gas, restaurants, shopping all near by. The villa had plenty of room and was very comfortable for the two of us. There was plenty of room for additional family members. Dennis was very nice to work with. We really enjoyed our time away!

Property manager very quick to respond,Im so glad he saved us from going back home(other property cancelled right when we were halfway to florida!)Weve been to crescent arms before and thats where we would like to keep going,villa is right by the pool(kids loved it!)very clean and stocked pretty good(master bedroom mattress not the comfiest one but other than that all great!) Lot of comfy seating,very large dining table,outside patio with gas bbq.Recommended!

We had a great stay, the villa is very nice! The pool is just a few steps away and the beach is a 2 minute walk. I have not seen this mentioned elsewhere, but we were able to rent a covered double chaise lounge on the beach, by the day or week, and umbrellas are also available to rent. Single chaise lounges are complimentary. Very convenient! The villa itself is very comfortable and roomy, and looks just like the photos. You cannot beat the location! We definitely would like to make a return visit. Thanks Dennis!
