Dieses Haus ist für 2-3 Paare oder eine Familie. Bitte keine Singles! Im Frühling und Sommer sind wir auf die schöne Natur ausgerichtet, mit schönen Terrassen mit Blick auf den Hafen von Accabonac, eine lustige Feuerstelle mit einem von Hand gehauenen Picknicktisch für Picknicks. Der Ozean ist 10 Autominuten entfernt. Wir liefern ein Strandauto, das für das Parken an den Stränden von Ocean und Bay zugelassen ist! Das Haus ist offen und luftig, lichtdurchflutet, mit Kathedralendecken und privaten Zimmern mit eigenem Bad für jeden Gast. Alles: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Kochutensilien sind am höchsten Ende. Top-Geräte (Wolf, Sub Zero), freundliche offene Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer für Unterhaltung. Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Schöner Pool direkt vor der Tür. Sie haben vollen Zugang zum Gemüsegarten für frisch gepflückte Salate und anderes saisonales Gemüse. Naturpfade führen Sie zum Wasser oder die Strände des Ozeans sind zehn Autominuten entfernt. Jedes Schlafzimmer ist komfortabel und privat, jedes mit eigenem Bad. Zwei Häuser in einem! Das Gästehaus verfügt über zwei Betten / Bäder, jeweils mit separatem Eingang, Waschküche, Küchenzeile. Ideal für zwei Paare, mit einem zusätzlichen Schlafzimmer in jedem Haus für die Gäste.

We had a wonderful two weeks of vacation with our family. The home and property exceeded our expectations. We even had a family photo shoot in the yard and will be able to remember this vacation for years to come. Barbara was available at all times to answer questions and was friendly, responsive and welcoming! The beach car was an incredible bonus and we enjoyed many walks along the ocean beach! In short, you cannot go wrong with this vacation property!!!

Amazing property!
We had a wonderful two weeks of vacation with our family. The home and property exceeded our expectations. We even had a family photo shoot in the yard and will be able to remember this vacation for years to come. Barbara was available at all times to answer questions and was friendly, responsive and welcoming! The beach car was an incredible bonus and we enjoyed many walks along the ocean beach! The house was the perfect size and filled with wonderful amenities and an excellent kitchen. Everything about it was thoughtful. The yard and gardens were expansive and the hiking trails were perfect and offered amazing views. The hosts were responsive and it’s obvious how much they love their home and surroundings. We can’t wait to come back.

Warm and inviting family getaway
The house was the perfect size and filled with wonderful amenities and an excellent kitchen. Everything about it was thoughtful. The yard and gardens were expansive and the hiking trails were perfect and offered amazing views. The hosts were responsive and it’s obvious how much they love their home and surroundings. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a short but very enjoyable stay at Barbara and Geoff’s place- beautiful, peaceful property in perfect location. The layout made it possible for our extended family to maintain some amount of social distancing while visiting. We went to the beach and explored a bit but really could have stayed on site the whole weekend- the home , pool , and grounds are so inviting. A minor maintenance issue ( which turned out to be our fault- flipped the wrong switch) was handled immediately and overall communication was excellent. We will definitely try to stay here again.

The expansive property is situated in quiet and remote Springs (just a short drive to beaches and towns of East Hampton and Amagansett). The property included a nice sized pool, a huge lawn for running and playing, a firepit (!) and a full garden with giant cucumbers, eggplants, lettuce, kale, rainbow chard, herbs and the most divine cherry tomatoes. We were encouraged to pick as much as we wanted - which we did! We enjoyed fresh salads from the garden on several occasions. Such a treat!
The house itself is even more charming in person and extremely spacious and accommodating for a family of four. My parents even came out to stay in the guest cottage for two of the nights and loved being able to have the privacy of their own little bungalow but just a few steps away to the main house living spaces, kitchen etc.
We truly enjoyed our time there as a family and have nothing but positive things to say about the house and it's owners - all of it lovely. We're ready to plan our next trip back!

This home is an absolute treasure. My family stayed here for 5 days in August and our only complaint was that we wish we could've stayed longer. (Had my stepson not had pre-season sports the following week we would've tried to extend our time!)

We were a big group, 6, and the house was perfect for us. Very clean, well equipped and the external area was were we spend most of the time: at the pool and using the grill. Watch out for the mosquitos, make sure you have a lot of repellent for bugs. Overall we had a great time!
