We arrived early on Aug 2 and the host did allow us for an early check in. After that things were not at all what we expected. The luxurious and gorgeous penthouse was very misleading and so were the photos. We were under the impression we were in the cosmopolitan hotel with a private pool. This was not the case. We were in an alley between the cosmopolitan and the Bellagio in a run down old hotel. We get to the penthouse and the AC was not working. We contacted the host and property manager who then called maintenance and they brought us 1 fan for the entire penthouse. Maintenance also told us this is a reoccurring problem and the owner did not want to fix it. We explained this to the host/manager along with what can you do to find us a different place to stay. They could not provide us with any other accommodations. After back and forth with the manager nothing was ever done to help with cooling of the penthouse. It stayed above 80 the entire time in the bedrooms. We had to take cold showers just to keep cool. The showers were very outdated and the tub had not 1 but 3 chips in it. The sink did not drain and the overall “luxurious and gorgeous” was not holding true.
We returned home from our weekend trip and still had heard nothing for a compensation for the inconvenience of not having AC all weekend so I contacted the host/manager and they did offer us a refund. My family was not happy with the amount that was refunded. Needless to say we will not be using this again.

The check in process got very messy because the security people hadn’t processed our reservation or something like that, but immediately after I messaged the host on the Vrbo app she answered and gave me a call to get everything solved.

This place was beautiful just as the description stated. It was 6 of us sisters and we had plenty of space to move around. The house was in a perfect location and it was a simple check-in. The communication with the manager was excellent. I had to reach out to her and she replied within a timely manner.

room was supposed to be ready by 3, after 6 we were finally allowed into the room, it was DIRTY beds unmade the whole place was filthy! This was after we had been told it was being cleaned. We then were told put a call into the owner who called had someone coming to do the cleaning and it would be ready for 9 pm! We had been flying since 4 am. I want my money back.

So, we stayed at this property for 4 days during March Madness and it was mostly really good with a few hiccups. Let's start with the really good! The Communication from the host was excellent. She was prompt and able to answer any questions we had. Location. While it takes a bit to get used to everything, great location, very close to the strip. Bedrooms were comfortable and everything worked fine (except for the lamps (they are touch and very temperamental). Now, the good (but not great). Everything is nice (especially the couches, bed, tv) but not Luxury. Everything was a bit dated (bathrooms, furniture, etc but ok). The view was a wall as far as the eye could see so 0 view. The pool situation was very confusing. You check in at security and that was pretty easy, but when inquiring about the Cosmo pool, we were advised that we needed to put our name on the list the day before we wanted it (would have been good to know). Also, very confusing as to which pool we had access to (we were advised different ones when speaking to anyone). Lastly, the jockey pool is just not good. There is a net hanging over it and there was zero sun due to the location of the pool being dwarfed by buildings. The sauna did not work either. Overall, if you want a place that is quiet, a bit off the beaten path and quiet yet very accessible to the strip, I would recommend.

Loved our stay, communication with Melissa was great! the only issue was the the key to get into the building and the apartment, Dont put your key near your cell phone or charge cards, it disarms the key and you have to go to the front desk to get another, it happened to us 3 times.

Great location. Condo is older and deff not luxury penthouse status. The place is super dim and horrible lighting most of the lamps didn’t work or flickered. No plugs at all or power strip to charge devices. Not bad for the location. Don't think I’d stay again Mgmt and Housekeeper were very nice and communicative during check in and check out.

This was a perfect space for our group of eight. Comfortable, tastefully decorated and plenty of space. Couldn’t ask for a better central location on the Strip. Beds were comfortable. All pillows and the main comforters are feather (just fyi for those with allergies). There is no place to hang clothing or extra towels except for a small coat closet near the kitchen. Also, one of the bathrooms doesn’t have a fan so can get a bit steamy. There is no view (faces a wall), but we didn’t spend a lot mof time in the condo so it didn’t bother us. We appreciated early check-in; Security didn’t have any record of our request so I called Melissa and she texted them. We used the Chelsea pool at The Cosmopolitan for no charge. It’s a really nice pool. Note that you can’t use the Boulevard pool without paying. The pool at Jockey club isn’t nearly as inviting. It’s a dark area that doesn’t seem to get sunlight - perhaps because of the net overhead. Overall, a great stay and decent value for the location.

The property was in a great location and the property contact, Melissa, was s very accommodating. She provided a nice welcome gift upon arrival and allowed us a late check out.

Overall my stay was great! The location was perfect! There was plenty of parking. The only cons were that the floors were very dirty upon arriving. I kept on changing both of my daughters’ socks because they kept on getting very dirty. Also, the bath tub in one of the restrooms was very slippery and my sister almost fell so we decided not to shower in that restroom for safety reasons. Other than that, the penthouse was very spacious for 6 adults and 2 children.

The pictures of the place is deceiving. The ceilings are low.
The outlets shorts out and are not in convenient spots. I’m sure its because of the age of the condo.
I tried for an hour to make the bedroom TV come on; only to find that there were no batteries in the remote. Also, the light switch in the 1 bed bedroom worked when it wanted to.
All the windows had a concrete wall outside of them and we were in the ???penthouse ???
I was the host and I could not reach the owner. The person that I was able to contact did not do anything that she agreed to do: early check in was promised and not delivered; said that she would bring batteries for the remote and did not.
The towels were not clean and we were required to wash them ourselves or use the same ones for 4 days.
The best part of the experience was location. The TVs are large and has great pictures. The elevators in the building were fast.

This condo is located RIGHT at the Cosmo. Literally steps away from the Uber pickup. This made it so easy. The condo was plenty big for 8 adults. It was nice to have a kitchen and the 2 bathrooms were nice too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this again!

I'll start by saying, our group enjoyed our stay, I just think it's worth mentioning a few things that aren't mentioned in the listing. I'll start by saying the location on the strip for the price is fantastic, hard to beat. We would definitely stay again. BUT it is very confusing the first few times to get to the property/unit. Entering through the Cosmo is possible, but really hard to find. The other option is through a less than savory alley. Check in is also a little confusing and could be clarified more. During our stay, about half of the outlets in the unit either didn't work, were damaged, or wouldn't charge our devices. Besides these few things, it was a great space and fit a group of 7 with ease, and once we got our bearings straight, the location is hard to beat!

This is the perfect location for families or adults only vacations.
2 bedrooms: bedroom 1 - 2 beds and 2 futons, bedroom 2 - 1 bed and futon, 2 full bathrooms. Jockey Club is located and attached to the Cosmopolitan. Elevator takes you right into the Cosmo casino or you can walk out the door and a few steps more you’re at the valet ($5 daily!) or shareride pick up. Also ridiculously close to Walgreens that has everything you need for any length stay.
Host and property manager are very responsive and accommodating. Inside has been updated from the pics provided. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Condo looks better than the photos and has been slightly updated. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean, spacious and had a great location.
Only negative was I booked the room for 7 people, we ended up only have 5 people show up but we were only given 4 towels. Each guest should at least have their own towel. I could have complained I suppose and requested more but I didn't. I also am not giving a bad rating over it. Just a tip for the owner next time to provide at least 1 towel for each guest to have their own.

We had a great time…we would no matter what … probably would never rent this unit again….the house keeper was extremely helpful…no dishwasher…the shower curtain was to short … clean up was required after showering.,.an update is needed on all appliances

The location of the property is fantastic - right on the strip within walking distance of many other hotels and sights. Uber pick-up at the Cosmopolitan very easy. The bathrooms in the condo are both small, and there was no extra toilet paper. We had just enough to last our stay, so you might want to request more, especially if you group is all girls/women. We also would've liked to have a few extra towels - there was only one extra set. With soft water in Vegas, the tub was very slippery, so we put a hand towel in the tub to prevent a fall. Kitchen pretty stocked minus a couple of sealable plasticware for leftovers or even plastic wrap. Condo was a great size - nice bedrooms and plenty of sleeping capacity. There were no towel bars or hooks, so our shower towels were draped all over the place! All in all, a great location and nice place to stay. Thank you!

Overall this was a great property. It has been updated since the pictures. The property manager never followed up with me about 4 messages I sent. The big room with 2 beds was extremely hot and the little fan they had did not do much.

Great location, not great communication
I stayed here with 5 of my friends. The location of the property was amazing; extremely close to everything we wanted to get to. One big downside was communication with the host. I had asked about early check-in and was told "yes", but never a time to check in. So the day of, we just went to check in hoping it worked. After some confusion from security wondering if we can check in early, we were able to get in.
The description of the property and pictures are not 100% accurate. It is actually more updated than what the pictures show, which was a nice surprise. What was not a nice surprise is that you actually do not get access to the Boulevard pool at the Cosmo. We were turned away saying Jockey Club does not have access to this pool. When I asked the host about this, I got no response. When we went to the other pool listed as complimentary access (Chelsea pool - not bamboo as description says) we were turned away saying we had to be on a list. I tried to get on the list, but they were full for the following day. If I would have known this ahead of time, I would have gotten on the list ASAP. Lastly, the description reads "we have 6 individual beds", which is not true. There were 3 queen beds and 3 futons.
Whenever I have stayed at a property, there is always at least one piece of paper with information regarding specifics such as this or info about checking out/where to put garbage, etc but there was absolutely nothing. It would have been nice to have some tips about the property and Vegas in general. The wifi also did not work for the majority of our group.
Overall - amazing location and amenities. Huge downside was communication with the host and expecting to get into Cosmo pools when we could not.
