DIE BESTE LAGE AUF MAUI, AUCH DIE BESTE LAGE IM KOMPLEX !!! DAS IST DAS PARADIES!!! Wir haben unsere Villa im Mai 2010 komplett renoviert und die Außenrenovierungen des Gebäudes wurden im Mai 2012 abgeschlossen.
Genießen Sie den wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Ich war gerade dort und von meinem Lanai aus sahen wir Wale aufbrechen. Sie werden unsere großartigen Ausblicke auf das Meer, den Golfplatz und die Insel Lanai lieben. Diese Wohnung im Erdgeschoss befindet sich am 10. Fairway und in fußläufiger Entfernung zu 5 Stränden, an denen Sie mit riesigen Meeresschildkröten schnorcheln, schwimmen, paddeln oder sonnenbaden können. In der Nähe können Sie auch wunderbar surfen. Die Strände sind super! Schwimmen Sie in einem der 4 Swimmingpools des Resorts.
Sie erhalten auch Golf- und Tennisrabatte ohne Resortgebühr.
Das Resort bietet einen kostenlosen, klimatisierten Shuttle von Tür zu Tür zum örtlichen Strand, zu Restaurants, zum Ritz Hotel, zu Golfplätzen, zu Tennisplätzen, zu Kapalua Shops und zum General Store.

We had a lovely stay. SO quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the gorgeous views every morning and evening.
Condo was very clean and we had plenty of space.
The 2 beaches, Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay were a short 10 minute walk and we got up every morning to do our daily snorkel when it was nice and calm. We got to swim with the Honu every day. Doesn't get much better than that!

Kapalua is the prettiest place on Maui. The accommodations at this Golf Villa is perfect. The view in the location to three of the most beautiful beaches in Maui is outstanding. Do you have a wonderful view of the ocean and portions of the golf course. The condominium itself is wonderful And it is well stocked for whatever cooking you like to do when we return we will definitely stay here at the geoff Villa

Great property and beautiful location. The kitchen had everything a person needs for meal preparation. The view from the lanai of the golf course and ocean was perfect. Had an issue with an appliance during our stay, unfortunately the property manager was unable to communicate with us properly to resolve the situation. Aside from complete lack of communication, the property and our vacation were fantastic.

We loved this villa! We were on island for a wedding and stayed at this villa. Firstly, they were able to accommodate our request for early check-in even though they had someone checking out that day. This was a huge plus as we had wedding rehearsal early that evening. The villa was bigger than expected, very clean, and well stocked with necessities. Excellent view of the ocean and golf course. Communication with the property manager was amazing and she was more than happy to assist. Great location and easy to find. It is a short walk from the beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in Maui. This was our first time back since our honeymoon and our stay was perfect! The communication prior to booking was very informative and helpful. I had a few questions and received an immediate response to my email. Check-in was very easy and the villa was perfect! The views were amazing and the villa itself was very comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to use, as well as the nice beach towels. The location of the villa was also wonderful!! A short walk to the beaches and some of the hotels/restaurants in the area. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend staying at the villa! We plan to come back and hope to stay there again! Thank you for making our trip so special!

We had an amazing stay at this location. Clean well taken care of and close to many amenities.
We loved the space and spending time overlooking the golf course and bay view. Many amazing sunsets and sunrises.
Plenty of space for us to stretch out and relax even with our 8-year-old. He loved walking on the grassy hill when the golfers were done for the day.
We will be booking this condo again one day soon.

Everything was perfect for our family vacation. The unit was beautiful and provided ample space for our family to spread out and relax. The location was extremely ideal being in close proximity to beaches, restaurants, walking trails, and golf, and the views were incredible. Communication with the host was extremely easy and she was very quick to respond. We hope to return!!

This condo was wonderful. Beds were comfortable and all the furnishings were nice. Would definitely recommend and come back again. Complex was very nice and well maintained. Pool was about a 1-2 minute walk and was warm and a nice area around it. Could stand a few more chaise lounge chairs, but was not busy during our stay. Grills at the pool area were great and well maintained. You would get a little noise in master bedroom from the grounds crew using a motorized sand bunker machine between 0600-0700 but not to loud. Comes to be expected with being on a golf course. FYI for travelers that the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, pots and pans and storage containers. A few miscellaneous spices, but no other condiments or salt & pepper and no plastic wrap, aluminum foil. Starter amounts of bathroom items.

We love Kapalua. This is our 5th time staying there. We were disappointed there was no jacuzzi at the pool. But otherwise we loved the condo. Also, it would have helped to have had more small plates to use. We had to go out and buy some.

Wow! This property was absolutely amazing and very close to the Ritz, which is where our friends held their wedding ceremony. The location was great, amenities were spotless, and there was plenty of space for two couples. There was also AC, which was absolutely necessary during the very hot and humid July weather. I would recommend eating breakfast out on the back patio where there is an amazing view of the golf course and ocean. There is honestly nothing bad I have to say about this property. I would definitely book this place again on my next visit!

Annual Hawaiian Vacation
The property was ok, we have stayed in Kapalua several times and this was not our best place. The property is ok and looks good but not the most comfortable furniture to sit in or on. Play close attention to detail and the property is on the lower level (steps) and parking is terrible very very small space.

We had the best time at this property! Such beautiful views out all the back sliding doors and from the patio! The place was immaculate when we arrived and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to have use of beach towels and chairs, the beach umbrella and cooler! Looking forward to returning next year!

We had the best time at this property! Such beautiful views out all the back sliding doors and from the patio! The place was immaculate when we arrived and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so nice to have use of beach towels and chairs, the beach umbrella and cooler! We loved our time in Kapalua. Great condo within a lovely golf community; great proximity to the pool and a short, easy walk to Kapalua Bay where we love to snorkel. Kitchen was very well stocked, the condo was well decorated, clean and spacious. Loved the double lanais overlooking the golf course with a water view. We'd definitely stay here again! We also needed the onsite caretakers a few times for a dying fire alarms. They were kind, gracious and super speedy to respond to our needs. Great experience!

Wonderful stay in Kapalua
We had a wonderful stay at Sandra’s golf villa for two weeks. The unit is well appointed and was very clean.
Morning coffee and meals on the lanai were lovely - with a view of the water that was breathtaking with whales breaching to boot! Birds and butterflies were our regular companions outside. Great access to nearby restaurants and beautiful Kapalua Bay and Napili Beach. Great unit for families - felt very spacious for our family of 5.

Stunning spot.
We LOVED this property. It was our first time in Maui & fell in love. This property was so spacious and comfortable. Beach chairs, cooler & beach toys provided. The bed was comfortable 🙌. So thankful for that. If/when we return to Maui I would definitely stay here again. Gorgeous views. Watched whales breach from the deck. Enjoyed seeing golfers play too. Can’t thank you enough for sharing this special place.

Kapalua golf villas was perfect for our family! This unit was beautifully decorated and the outdoor space was great. Great location and super convenient using the Kapalua shuttle to get around the resort. Would definitely stay here again!
