This property was perfect for our first visit to Saint George Island. Loved the proximity to great dining options, convenience stores, and the lighthouse and park. We will definitely be back and would stay at this property again.

SGI is a great vacation spot...amazing fresh fish, beautiful beaches and year round amenities that will make any traveler happy. A special shout out to our property manager Jenny....the best (by a long shot) we've ever had. She bent over backwards to meet our every request and is a delight to get to know. We look forward to seeing Jenny again in a future trip!!

Property is spacious, clean and comfortable. The sound of ocean waves rolling in right outside your balconies is the best way to fall asleep. Easy access to the beach with a secure gate. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pans and utensils. A wonderful place to spend a oceanfront vacation.

Aside from the poor taste in decorating, the condo needs a deep cleaning, mold removal ( inside guest bath tiny closet had mold one entire wall, in major need of update of everything including appliances ( fridge very old with no ice maker) and furniture (upholstery dirty), tile and too many things to list here. The banister was loose from wall, no bathmat until we ask for one, and guest mat was dirty with blood. Vague tv instructions (had to call for help), very little silverware, master bed needs new mattress and overall feel like it was overpriced for what we paid. Do not rent this condo!

While in need of a little updating, this condo had a very “beachy” decor and feel to it, that took us back to “old Florida.” That old Florida feel surrounds you on St. George Island, and was one of the things we were looking for on a 25th anniversary trip. The condo was very clean, although there were signs of previous moisture/mildew in one closet which did not appear to be an ongoing issue. The area was quiet and peaceful, and made for a very relaxing stay. Overall, a very nice change of pace from the typical Florida beach vacation.

This was a perfect place for my husband and me to spend a relaxing week at the beach. Jenny was very responsive, answering our questions quickly. Gorgeous location, right on the beach. What a view from both the living area and the bedroom! I wish there was a way to upload my short video of the main floor of this place. Whimsical décor! The only concern for some people is the stairs. The door opens to a flight of stairs to the main floor, with a second flight up to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Not a problem for us, but could be a consideration for some. It was our first time to St George Island. We rented bikes and rode into the state park, walked the beach, and read books in the sun. St George is sleepy, especially in October, which was perfect for us. The place was walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and the lighthouse. If you can get up early enough, be sure to get some doughnuts at Weber's.

We enjoyed the condo and location. It is a basic unit, and met our needs for this trip. It is quiet and close to the water. We hope to come back!

Great stay in a great location in SGI. Vrbo check in process has some bugs to work out, but was able to reach the property manager instantly. Highly recommend for families of 4 with younger kids. Parking is great, beach access is easy, and quick access to shopping and restaurants.

The property was perfect for our needs. To be able to walk out onto two balconies, one on each floor, and be able to breathe that fresh air and hear the waves - what a privilege. I could stand at the kitchen preparing food and look straight out onto the beach and Gulf waters. Best of all, we could step outside and be on the beach in a few steps, and I could walk for miles along the waters' edge. The State Park is just a few miles down the road - definitely worth visiting. The manager was very responsive and helpful.

The location and views of this unit could not be beat. The pool and beach are superb. The beds were pretty comfortable. It is on the second and third stories of the building (with both bathrooms being on the third story), though, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the rental for you. We did not have any problems with it, but it could be an issue for some. Some of the decor and appliances are pretty dated, but all seemed to work. We had issues with the living room TV and DVD player, and the wifi was pretty much non-existent, but we made do--those were not deal breakers for us but could be for others. The master bedroom TV worked just fine. It was pretty musty smelling when we arrived but it aired out when we opened up the sliding doors. Also, several of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them. It should be noted that we did not reach out to the property manager regarding these issues because they were not huge issues for us, but the property manager was very responsive prior to our arrival, so I'm sure these issues would have been addressed if we had reached out. Overall, we've had nicer rentals, but the view from the balconies and the location on the Island would make us strongly consider a return trip to A-6!

So nice to be able to walk a short distance to the beach. The unit was nicely painted and seemed well maintained. Pool was clean and everything was there that we needed. Short walk to restaurants and a really neat restored light house!

This property is a mess. We walked in to ceiling falling from a leak. No security on the patio doors . Numerous Cracks in the bathroom tile. Completely outdated. The only reason the tv worked is that one of our family knew how to fix it. Did not give us the code to the pool or beach until late that night. Leak from the air handler was obvious but the new property manager, that day, assured me she had inspected the property earlier that day. The fans in the bathroom sounds like they are grinding. The fan in the one bedroom kept the guests awake. The other fan wobbles so much it looks like it will fly off. You should be ashamed of how you represented this property.

Had a hiccup at check-in but once I made contact with the owner, everything was great. We loved our time at the condo. The location can’t be beat. Everything you need within walking distance. Love SGI and look forward to going back.

Property was clean and our kids loved the view from the balcony! The house had everything we needed! We did have minor issues with the oven (it wouldn't turn off) however the owner contacted us quickly about it. We just shut off the breaker and turned it back on, no biggie! Would stay here again for sure. It was affordable and comfortable! Great location with a pool!

Great views! Gift shop, coffee, groceries, ice cream all within walking distance. Owner went out of her way to provide beach chairs. My daughter and I had a great time. Could use a new fry pan if you are doing some cooking. Thank you!

Cozy beachfront condo, within easy walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The condo was just as described and charmingly decorated, truly only steps from the sand and gulf. It was the perfect location to enjoy St George Island! We will definitely be back!

Condo wasnt available to check in as stated. Condo was not cleaned or very well equipped. Told us they would bring pillow cases and blankets and never came back. Only had 2 towels for 6 of us. Called/texted and emailed to get more towels pillow cases and blankets with no response

Condo was great and had everything we needed! The location is perfect... directly on the beach with awesome views. Walking distance to restaurants, shop, playground, and lighthouse. Steps to the beach. We loved it!

Wonderful condo! Wonderful location! Wonderful island! Steps up to condo and steps up to bedrooms and bathrooms. If you or a guest struggle with steps this is not for you. One of the few condos with beachfront within walking distance of some great restuarants. We loved it!

The location of this rental is right on the water with amazing ocean views from both terraces. It’s also in town which makes it very easy to get around to the bars, restaurants, ice cream, donuts, etc. It was the perfect space for me, my husband, and our pup. Will absolutely return!

This condo location was close to the grocery store and restaurants and has a nice beach area witch was nice ! BUT , I have traveled many places and stayed at many hotels and condos , and this one I rate a 0 ! Worst disgusting filthy place I’ve ever stayed at . I would have NEVER let my family have stay there ! Especially my granddaughter 18 months. Worst experience there ever , don’t go !!!!
