Die South Venice Ferry (nur für diese Community verfügbar) befindet sich ungefähr 1,6 km entfernt und bringt Sie in wenigen Minuten zu einem wunderschönen Privatstrand! Ein Fährpass ist für unsere Gäste ohne Aufpreis erhältlich.
Das Haus verfügt über einen sehr großen abgeschirmten Wohnbereich im Freien, der der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen ist. Es gibt auch genügend Sitzgelegenheiten auf dem Lanai, einschließlich eines Esstisches für 6 Personen, an dem Sie das Abendessen am Pool genießen können. Neu ist ein Weber Propangrill zum Kochen auf der Terrasse. Es gibt auch einen überdachten Sitzbereich im Freien. Der Whirlpool ist nicht funktionsfähig. Zu den Annehmlichkeiten am Pool gehören mehrere Nudeln, 2 große Schwimmmatten, Strandtücher und 2 Liegestühle, damit Sie sich bräunen können. Ebenfalls enthalten sind 2 Liegen und ein Strandkarren mit Sonnenschirm zum Strand.
Die Küche ist modern und komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen sollten. Das Geschirr und die Ausstattung in der Küche sind neu und umfassen eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Mixer, einen Toaster und eine Saftpresse.
Die Matratzen im Haus sind von hoher Qualität und sind auch neu. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Queensize-Bett, einen brandneuen Samsung-Fernseher und viel Schrank und Stauraum. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten und bietet Platz für ein aufblasbares Queensize-Luftbett (im Lieferumfang enthalten), falls erforderlich. Es hat auch viel Stauraum und Kommode.
Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine neue, sehr komfortable, übergroße Couch und einen neuen 55-Zoll-Samsung-Smart-TV. Es ist der perfekte Ort, um sich zu entspannen und Ihre Lieblingsfernsehshows zu verfolgen.
Die Waschküche ist mit einer neuen Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie einem Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett ausgestattet.
Dieses Haus verfügt über Highspeed-WLAN (100 GB), sodass Sie Ihre Lieblingssendungen streamen oder im Internet surfen können, während Sie am Pool entspannen.

Home is perfect location for beach hopping. We hit blind pass, manasota key, North jetty and nokomis. The kids loved the pool. House is clean, owner is awesome.

We stayed here for a weekend and loved it! The pool is very clean and the backyard offers a lot of shade to cool off while not in the pool.

Great property. The neighborhood was quiet (please be warned cars do go quite fast on the road if you plan on walking your dog, however we were able to take daily walks without a problem). The property itself was clean and great for our family vacation. We would gladly go back.

We had a lovely stay - perfect for two adults and a dog! Pool was great, fenced in yard was great for the dog - quiet neighborhood and close to the beach and downtown.

The home and pool were great. The air conditioning seemed to not keep up during the day but that was the only issue and it did well morning and night.

The house was exactly what we needed. Dog friendly with a fully fenced in yard... Screened in pool area with outdoor ceiling fans. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner is extremely responsive. We chose the area to use the ferry to the "private beach". Note that you need to stay 30 days min to use the ferry - this is a new rule. Note that there is not a kitchen table inside. We were fine with this as we ate at the counter (two stools) or the TV tables required, or ate outside. Overalll a great place to stay.

Amazing
We have gone here 3 times and will go back next summer. The house is very clean, the pool is sparkling clean. And 5 minutes to an amazing beach equipped with showers and bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet. We always have a great time.

Venice Vacation
I do want to say the owner is excellent and right on the ball with issues. The problem we had, we could not swim in pool. Let me explain; the pool is not heated and the weather in mid November was cool for Florida, so if you stay during snow bird months you won’t be able to use pool. The house had a one car garage which we could not use, owner had his belongings in it. Next time I will be sure to ask when there is a garage attached if it is available for use. The yard had no grass, some type of clover full of bees. Thank heaven for tile floors, easy to clean. I had to clean bathrooms and floors. The cleaning service was not top notch. That about sums it up. Wasn’t one of our best Florida vacations.

Love the home and the area. Close to the beach but I wish I would have known about the red algae. I came for the beautiful beach and it was horrible. Dead fish everywhere and it smelled like death. Kind of a waste of a trip. Not the fault of the owner but could've went to the beach a few hours from home instead of 11 hours :(

Dog friendly
It was a really great experience. We were able to bring our dogs and they enjoyed the fence in yard to run around in. The house was clean and very cute for a family. We would definitely stay again.

Family time - just what we needed
My family had a wonderful getaway to this property. Tom was quick to respond when we had questions. The house had everything we needed and having a fenced in yard for the dog was an added plus! We look forward to visiting Venice again and would love to stay here when we do. 5 stars, everything was just as advertised.

Wonderful get away beach location
Our stay was wonderful! Everything was great. The house was perfect for the family to relax by the pool, short drives to multiple beaches, and communication with Tom was awesome. Grilled out, kitchen had everything we needed and when the coffee maker went out somehow Tom was able to have a new one at the door same day! Still not sure how lol! If your looking looking for a great place to stay this is your place. Thanks for a great stay we will for sure be back!

Great House
My family and I loved the house and the location. I wanted a home with a private pool and was happy with what I found. House was not far from any of the beaches or downtown. I would have loved it even more if the pool was heated but overall great stay, great price, and very clean.

Great house
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Tom was quick and easy to communicate with. The house was very clean, comfortable and well supplied. Closest beach was a quick 7 minute drive away. The pool was incredibly well maintained and great for hanging out and barbecuing on the nice Weber grill. We intend to return.

A week in between
Spent a week at this comfortable unpretentious house. Kitchen extremely well stocked. Past guests left a few comfort items which was great and we did the same.
Checked in with no problems, pool was clean and refreshing! Overall, a great trip in between selling our home and moving into our new one.

Great house for an unforgettable vacation!
Tom’s house was perfect for our week long family vacation! The house had everything we needed, from beach chairs down to kitchen amenities. Everything was as described/expected. The location is conveniently located a short drive from the beach. We used the shell rake and sifter from the house to find and collect hundreds of sharks teeth from Manasota beach. The kids loved the pool! Highly recommend staying here!

This was a great place! very close, within 3 miles or so to the beach. Venice is a very nice town, love the historic downtown area.

Great property!
We have stayed here several times. We love it! Comes equipped with most everything you need. We love the pool/lani area! Close to anyplace you'd like to go. We love South Venice Beach and ferry. We're happy that the ferry pass is supplied! Tom is very helpful if you have any problems or questions.

Great home rental
We loved this house so very much. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything a cook want. The mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable! The television was huge and we loved that. The pool and screened backyard make the home perfection. We spent so much time swimming and cooling off.
A quick 5 minute drive to Manasota Key, then we would come home, use the outdoor shower to rinse off then spent time in the pool.
The weather was into the 90°-95° every day we were there and the AC had a hard time keeping up, but it was HOT outside.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Sunny getaway
This property was so perfect in many ways. Clean, comfy, well equipped and a beautiful respite from the hustle and bustle of Venice island but close enough to enjoy all the island has to offer.
There is plenty to do in Venice,played pickle ball everyday both indoors and out, dog friendly beach which we took advantage of, Local theatre shows in Venice, sunsets at sharkeys restaurant, a trip to beautiful siesta beach. When Coronavirus restrictions were put in place, the lovely pool kept us “socially distanced” yet wonderfully cool and comfortable.
Tom was quick to respond to any of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend his lovely home even in the worst circumstances. Thank you Tom !

Great place!
This is the second time we've stayed here. It's a great vacation house. It's nice that all of the soap & cleaning supplies, beach towels are supplied. Very nice pool & lani area. The new appliances and grill are nice. We love going to the ferry beach to look for sharks teeth. Our favorite place to eat is Luna! Tom is very accommodating.

Love the Venice area
Everything was as pictured and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many options for beaches and nature walks nearby. We had 2 small dogs so the fenced in yard and Shamrock Park kept them content.
