We loved the house. It was spacious and fun. We loved the game room and all the wildlife. I would highly recommend and hope to return.

I don’t like that this property was advertised as having a hot tub, and then a couple days before we are supposed to check in, they tell us the hot tub doesn’t work and is “irreplaceable”. If the hot tub is irreplaceable, then you shouldn’t put it as an amenity, let alone in the title.
Also we didn’t know the master shower wasn’t working until after we booked.
Why don’t you say all of this upfront?
Regarding the game room, there’s only fooseball and darts which is OK, but the darts don’t work properly.
Other than that, it’s a good space to hangout, and the location is great! The house is in good shape and the mattresses & sheets are great, and the price was great.

Several of the reclaimers in the couches are broken. The hot u. Must have a small leak. We filled it up every night after we used it. One of the small coffee tables are also broken. The master shower was not available for use. We made cupcakes and left the muffin pan for others to use,

We arrived to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and this house was a perfect home base of our family! We were able to have home cooked meals, enjoy the downstairs game room and hot tub in the evenings!

It was close to where the reception was for a wedding we too. The view was great even with the homes around. It's a very quiet neighborhood too. There are lots of cats that wonder around the area.

Overall our stay was great- perfect location for everything we wanted to do. House had perhaps been closed up a bit —at first had a strong dog odor we just opened windows and aired it out. House was clean in all
The important ways. A amazing morning view from rear deck Just a few random things-each bathroom had barely any toilet paper- only 2 rolls for an almost a week stay for four . Kitchen table chairs and living room furniture in rough shape- it gives you an uncomfortable feel - when legs are very weak you don’t want to be the “family” who breaks anything, ya know?A lot of mid-matched kitchen ware I.e. no lid for blender- but at least there was a blender, right? 😉 Would we rent again, probably- but we might also check prices in other properties.

We as a family gathered in Dundee to help a friend as he moved into a retirement community. Beautiful vineyard view at sunset. Our oldest family member our dog was able to be with us and it was a quiet community yet had great restaurants and at least 25 tasting rooms within 5 miles of the house. Would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect for our adult children and granddaughter to stay at. It had everything they needed and was nice and close to our home in Dundee.

Lovely stay, clean, pretty area. One item to note is that in the master bath the shower control/handle was missing.
A bit inconvenient to have to shower in the other bath.
Another small observation would be to have tissue in the bathrooms and enough coffee for the length of the stay.
Otherwise it was just fine and an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Great location for wineries and restaurants. 10-15 minute drive to dining, wineries and shopping. Trail directly behind the house was good for walking our dog.

The location was the highlight of this home. Quiet street, 10 minute drive from grocery, even less to some restaurants and wineries. Wings and Waves was only 15 minutes away. The place was fairly clean and deer walked around in the yard while I sat in the hot tub. Overall this place was very nice!

We had a great time at this house! We really enjoyed the game room, and every part of the house just felt homey and warm. The neighborhood is beautiful and in really great location and so close to town. Would highly recommend this place!

Fab location. Neighborhood was not the best.
Yard not kept up at all. House was very dated. Downstairs deadbolt would not latch. Difficult to adjust the heat or temperature. Sliding glass door would not lock. Had to use a piece of wood in the track that they provided. Hot tub was fabulous. Having said all that I would definitely stay there again. The place was very serviceable and the location was great! Thank you.

The home had ample space for 6 people and was very clean. We were able to cook, relax and enjoy our time together. We loved the sunrise views, the comfortable beds and and living space. The towels were unexpectedly plush. Walking trails right off the property were an added plus.

4/5 stars, took one star off because the house is so dated, but other than that it worked perfect for us. The location is great, minutes from top wineries and restaurants. We were even able to walk to a few places nearby. The house is nice and spacious and we really enjoyed the back deck. House is stocked with essentials. Would stay again!

The house is in a great location
Beautiful neighborhood surrounds this home. They let us bring the dog and the grass is lovely. There is a walking path close by and a trial to a creek, too.
Be prepared to hear your guests though at bedtime due to the hollow doors and lack of insulation throughout the old home. The bathroom that is supposed to work for 4 guests has no hooks, towel rack, shelving etc so you have to transport toiletries in and out.
Overall, it would be better for a single family versus 2 sets of adults. Our trip was about wine and the central location makes it perfect for that.

Perfect Location Near Wine Tasting
The house was spacious and easy to navigate. Very peaceful neighborhood and only moments away from downtown Dundee and Newberg. Easily visit wineries, restaurants and shopping all while having a home to go back to relax at.

Comfortable for the Family
Great property for our Thanksgiving visit. Very animal friendly, but well-cleaned. Beds and linens were comfortable with ample towels. Wonderful space for our family of 6. Quick and responsive management when we had a minor issue! Would recommend new shower-heads in upstairs bathrooms, extra trash bags for kitchen, and DVD player downstairs. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Loved the hot tub, and we used the plastic wine glasses provided. We played darts and table soccer in the basement. Comfortable beds. Large kitchen area. TVs upstairs and downstairs and a back deck off the living room. We had two couples, so perfect for that kind of group with a king and queen bed and two bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs bathroom was a plus. And washer/dryer are new. There's a nature hike and historic cemetery at the top of the hill, too.
There were a few things missing, most importantly there are no fans -- not ceiling, or window, or floor fans. There is AC, but fans are needed to move the air around.

Great Home in Quiet Neighborhood
This home was comfortable and worked out great for our group. The home was clean upon arrival. The neighborhood is quiet and has a great walking trail about a quarter mile up the street. The hot tub was a nice addition.

This home was in a quiet and beautiful part of the Dundee hills. Close to all the wineries and the few food places they have in town. The views on the back deck are awesome. The house itself is clean and updated. Super comfortable beds. The neighbors behind the house are not amazing. They made it clear they want quiet at all times of the day. My husband and I worked from the home for a week. We are boring and go to bed early but even conversations on the back deck were shushed. That being said, learn the noise ordinance (10pm for hollering and singing if that is your thing) and you can shush them right back and enjoy your wine and views. I would stay there again despite the neighbors :)

This was a large, lovely, very clean home. It was well stocked with towels, dishes, blankets. The neighborhood was peaceful with a nearby walking trail. Very nice!

Will definitely stay here again. We don’t have pets and felt everything was clean and nice. Kitchen had all the basics but no extras. So bring any food items you need. There was a little coffee and salt but no additional food ammenities. Everything was clean and tidy. Towels were very clean, nice, and plush. Showers were meant for people taller than me. I could just barely have my face above the water when it was at the lowest setting. Showers heat up quickly. Bring your own toiletries. Nice hand soaps were at every sink. Stairs are steep, I was just tall enough to hit my head on the bottom two steps. There is a good, sturdy handrail. Basement has washer/dryer, extra hangout area, and hot tub is outside. Laundry soap for a couple loads of laundry is provided. Views are great from the living room, deck, and bedroom with a queen bed and twin beds. Walking path is between the house and the vineyard. Great location down the road from many vineyards with tastings. .7mile from Red Hills Market with amazing food. We didn’t find a checkout list so I don’t think there is a long list of chores to do. We tidied up after ourselves just in case we overlooked a list.
