The location of the cottage in an avocado orchard. The decor was excellent. Excellent facilities - the kitchenette had a toaster, electric frying/roasting pan, microwave, sandwich toaster and a bbq with a lid so was basically an oven, coffee machine & of course an electric kettle. There were complimentary breakfast ingredients in the fridge - which was a nice surprise. Complimentary breakfast actually made the daily rate more affordable. Quiet location & 5kms out of a very friendly township. You could hear sheep bleating in the background. We didn't hear any possums in the night.
There wasn't anything not to like.

It was the perfect spot for us. Lovely garden setting, quite private and beautifully appointed.
There was no wifi or cell reception, but that was actually quite good as we did get a rest!!

Everything there is so idyllic. Pauline and her husband are so kind and their property is absolutely lovely. Groves of fruit trees for you to wander in and explore, a garden you can have a look at (and the gracious hosts happily share from) and bird sounds all around. Not to mention the incredible sky full of stars you’ll see at night. You’ll never want to leave! There were delicious treats and charcuterie items and some sparkling wine provided for us as well. The cottage was cozy and clean with plenty of natural light. It had every cooking facility except for an oven. They allowed us to use their bikes to ride around town as well which was much more handy than worrying about parking. If you have the chance to stay here you most definitely should.

The cottage was very comfortable and attractive. The gardens were lovely, and the hosts lovely people.

Fabulous stay with wonderful hosts. Made us very welcome, including our border collie who loved a weekend of country life. Great accommodation with comfy bed and little extras like muffins, chocolates and juice. Very peaceful. Highly recommended.

Lovely location tucked in amongst the avocado trees. Facilities were excellent, great to have a BBQ and with bonus yummy banana and walnut loaf and other goodies awaiting our arrival. Thanks so much. :-)
