Wayzata nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Café Restaurants, Parks, Buslinie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Trolley & Lake Minnetonka, Bootfahren, Schwimmen. Das Haus verfügt über einen großen, eingezäunten Garten, eine 3-stöckige, große Gourmet-Küche, ein formelles Esszimmer, ein halbes Bad, einen Schlammraum, ein großes Familienzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit einem 60-Zoll-Flachbildschirm große Badewanne, große Dusche für 2, Waschtisch großen Schrank. Weitere 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Queensize-Bett und großem Kleiderschrank. Das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet ein Queensize-Bett und ein Etagenbett mit Vollbad und Waschküche. Die untere Ebene verfügt über ein großes Familienzimmer mit einem 50-Zoll-Flachbild-Schlafzimmer mit Queensize-Bett und Vollbad. Ich habe auch 2 Queensize-Betten für zusätzliche Gäste. Auf der Rückseite befindet sich eine Außenterrasse mit Grill für tolle Sommernächte. Das Einkaufszentrum Ridgedale liegt 6 km entfernt. Die Innenstadt von Mpls erreichen Sie nach 19 km. Das 32 km entfernte Einkaufszentrum Mall of America verfügt über einen direkten TV- und Internetanschluss

We had a group of six gals celebrating a 70th birthday. The house was neat and clean, the kitchen well-stocked in dishes and cookware, so we could cook in or bring in some items for meals. Lots of room for everything and everyone! Beautiful decor and a nice outdoor area with a firepit and grill.The location is fabulous! A short walk to the lake and beach, with cute shops and a variety of casual and posh restaurants along the main drag. Communication with the manager was great and everything fell into place perfectly for our group. Couldn't have been better!

Very comfortable but with all bedroom locations involving stairs, for some of the 78 year olds it’s a challenge. We plan on returning !!!!

This home was absolutely lovely, modern, new and super clean. Large enough for our family of 8 adults and an infant. Plenty of living space to hang out, large, well appointed kitchen, and an awesome backyard with fire pit, which we used one night. 4 bathrooms that were very nice! The host provided a drink fridge stocked with water and soda, and snacks upon our arrival. 1/4 mile to beach and super cute shopping area. I can’t say enough about how lovely our stay was!!

Me and 3 friends from college met for golf and some lake time. The house is in great shape and is a 15 minute walk from Wayzata which is a fantastic little lake town with enough restaurants and bars to entertain for days. The owners were responsive and friendly. We had a great time.

Some of my family and friends stayed in this beautiful home for a ladies’ weekend and we had the best time! Dede was so kind and easy to book with! The house is clean and has plenty of space and the backyard with the fire pit is great! It’s also in a great location. We definitely want to come back again!

We stayed for a week for our son’s wedding. Had a number of family staying with us as well as friends coming and going. The house was perfect for this. Large, well stocked and very comfortable seating and beds. Nice outdoor space with lots of chairs and firewood. Wonderful sheets as well. Perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We grew up in the area but moved away and it was so nice to have a beautiful home walking distance to the lake and downtown Wayzata, brought back so many great memories. We were able to enjoy the beautiful weather in the outside area with bonfires at night - a perfect Midwest weekend in the fall! The property manager was very sweet and responsive. We will be back!

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Lake Minnetonka and several good restaurants. Ot was also only a quick 5 minute drive to Walgreens and grocery store for last minute items.
We had our wedding party rehearsal dinner and the outside patio area was perfect for our group of 30, and the large kitchen island worked perfect for our catered in dinner.
The property was in fantastic shape and the host was easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, spacious accommodations. We had multi-generation family in town for a wedding and this place was ideal. One family took over the basement suite and others upstairs. Plenty of bathrooms, lovely backyard. Great seating area on main floor for togetherness and private spaces to get away.

Wedding Weekend
We were in town for our son's wedding. We needed a property for our family and be able to host the groomsmen on wedding day. The house was perfect for our needs and I would highly recommend this property. It was walkable to all of the restaurants, shopping and the beach. We had absolutely everything we needed for the weekend. The house has wonderful bedroom space, living space and a great backyard for family to gather. We were so grateful to be supplied with ample coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and so on. The house is very well stocked with supplies. When we return to the area, we would definitely have this property at the top of our list for accomodations.

We had a great time! Wayzata is a great town. The house was great for our family. The fenced backyard gave the grandchildren a safe and fun place to play. We had plenty of room, it was a great vacation.
