Unfortunately, our stay at this property had many issues. The carpets were so dirty that we didn’t want to walk around without shoes. Many kitchen items were left dirty. The master shower wasn’t clean upon our arrival. The plumbing struggled. The shower/tub left you standing in 8” of water. The bathroom sinks struggled to drain, and the toilets had to be double flushed to get anything down. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The owner told us to keep the doors closed, but we hadn’t been in the unit all day. We had 2 very uncomfortable nights because the AC struggled to stay cool. It was so warm we didn’t want to turn the oven on to make our dinner. It was over 24 hours before someone came to look at the AC unit & it ran the same. The lock on the slider fell off and therefore wouldn’t open. The owner tried to fix the door but was unsuccessful. As a result we lost a cooler that we had on the balcony. When we told her about the cooler, she told us to contact the neighbors and see if we could climb over from their balcony! She filed a claim to fix the door against our VRBO insurance, which I’m so thankful we had. She probably would’ve changed us to repair her faulty door. The location of this property is great however the community & unit are run down and need lots of work. While these individual issues might have been manageable, they collectively made our stay unpleasant. I highly DO NOT recommend staying at this property!

This condo on the beach was perfect for us! You can hear and see the ocean from the balcony off the kitchen. Communication with host was excellent. 3 bedrooms & 3 baths made for a comfortable stay for my husband and I and are 3 adult kids. The unit is on the 2nd floor several steps to get to it. Loved the keypad on the door to enter - so easy. Host belongs to the Beach Club that has a great pool & work out room. They have changed the gate to the beach club pool so that is different than pictured & they are changing the key cards so what we had didn’t work but the gate wasn’t locked. We were approached by a member our first visit who told us we were at the wrong pool but we gave him our host’s name and he had the club verify she was a member. Then we were good and he gave us the code to the weight room. To get to the beach you have to walk over the wood bridges that cross the sand dunes and then up and down a sandy hill. That would be hard for anyone who has trouble walking. The beach is GORGEOUS!! We rented bikes to ride on the beach all the way to the Amelia Island State park. The ocean was clean and warm with gentle waves. Saw dolphins, turtles, bunnies and birds. On the 2nd day the Beach Club pool was closed -pump broke. We were so disappointed. On 2nd day when it was still closed, I called our host Jeni and she told us about the pool for the condo complex - that we didn’t even know existed. It was a beautiful little pool that people there let us into. We loved our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jeni's beautiful unit. With more updated and modern accommodations, this rental is tastefully decorated and provides a calm atmosphere--perfect for a vacation. The beachfront location is ideal, and the neighboring adjacent pool includes amenities such as towels and a snack bar. Communication with Jeni was easy, as she was always one text away. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again.

Fantastic location and access to the community pool as well as the beach. The rooms were updated and had a great view of the coast eith all the typical homw amenities. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get away from it all while still being easy distnace from great shops and restaurants.

My family and I stayed at the condo for a long weekend for a birthday celebration. The condo was perfect! Clean, centrally located, great views of the beach, quiet atmosphere, very nice amenities! The owner checked on us to make sure we were good- great customer service! I will definitely come back for another stay! 5 Stars!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Jeni was wonderful to communicate with, and the condo was perfect for our family. Beautiful views of the sunrise every morning from the balcony, just a short walk over the dune to the beach and extremely quiet and comfortable area. We enjoyed the pool, cooking in the beautiful well appointed kitchen and enjoying the comfortable and safe area.

We stayed here for the Memorial Day weekend from Friday to Monday and we enjoyed our time. The Condo itself was very clean and the listing was accurate. The kitchen was very roomy and the appliances were new and nice. The pantry had random food in it so I am not sure whose food it was but it did limit the space that we could put our food. The master bedroom upstairs was very nice and the room across the hall from the master bedroom with the twin beds was nice and roomy but the bedroom downstairs on the same level of the kitchen with the queen bed was very small and the bathroom is across the hall so that was not as nice. The porch was nice after the sun went past the building. The condo itself seems really crowded with the coffee table in the living room so we moved it behind the love seat and it make it much nicer. We also moved the two chairs around so that we could move around easier. It was nice to have the beach chairs that we could take down to the shore. We went to the pool once and it was nice too. It is quite a hike to the beach - not terrible but not close. All in all we had a nice time and the condo is as described.

Enjoyed our stay. Had major trouble with TV. Explicit details need to be be listed on how to get the major TV channels. We wanted to watch the Kentucky Derby and could not find the channel. Wanted to watch American idol and could not locate channel. Thank goodness my sister-n-law and brother-in-law own a condo in the same complex. We went over and watched it on their TV. More Explicit instructions are needed!!!

The place was spacious enough for our group of 6 for the weekend. There are two en suite bathrooms and the queen has the bathroom just outside the bedroom door. There are beach chairs provided and the balcony is larger than many others in the complex. The host is very responsive and helpful! There are rabbits and gopher tortoises in the dunes that can be spotted while walking to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo worked out very well for our girls trip! We were a group of five so the three bedroom/3 bath arrangement was helpful. The condo was very clean and quiet and was equipped with everything we needed. We all enjoyed our stay!

Our host Jeni was terrific. The property was well stocked although we did top it up with more hangars and wine glasses but that wasn’t too big of a deal. The space is so comfortable, the view is gorgeous and I would highly recommend this condo and Jeni as a VRBO host. We had access to the gym which had been newly renovated - small but extremely efficient and great pickleball courts (4 of them) and a tennis court within 3 minutes. We loved it all!!!

This was just what my family was looking for - a place to come together to relax and enjoy the holiday. Beautiful view and easy walk to the beach over the boardwalk. Plenty of room for us and our three kids in their 20’s. They took advantage of the tennis courts and gym. The condo was clean, the kitchen well equipped with everything we needed. Jeni was a great host. She communicated clearly everything we needed to know, which made check-in a breeze. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was spacious for our family of 4 adults and 2 children. We really liked that everyone had their own rooms with bath.
The kitchen was adequately stocked.
The beach was not overly crowded.
At first, the parking seemed tight, but we got used to it and there was always a parking spot if needed.
We were thankful Harris Teeter was close by, not a lot of traffic on the island, and especially enjoyed The Salty Pelican.

This was a great condo for our extended family annual trip. Kitchen was nicely stocked including spices and blender/crock pot etc. Beach chairs and umbrellas included were a nice bonus. The owner quickly fixed a minimal issue upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

Wonderful condo! Communication with the property manager was easy as we had one small issue with parking. It was cleared up quickly.
We spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying and watching the ocean. Really enjoyed the shopping downtown and the kayak trip to Cumberland island. Will definitely visit again!

Family had a great time. Plenty of space, comfortable, full kitchen, tv in all bedrooms and family room. Second visit with family to Amelia and last time we stayed in one bedroom ocean front at Ritz. Having 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, full kitchen and easy access to condo (not to mention saving thousands)…and with the same view of the ocean, was the right choice for my family. Host communicated with us and made our stay enjoyable. Would not hesitate to
rent this condo again.

The location was perfect! Upon entering the unit I was shocked by how dirty the carpet was. I was nasty! I contacted the owner about the situation. She stated that she had not been in the condo in over 30 days. I requested that it be shampooed but she would not entertain that idea since we were already in the unit. We would have gladly left the unit for a day for it to be cleaned but she said it would be a liability issue. I pray that she had it cleaned before the next family came in. 😩
