Amazing

Patty’s place was amazing! The house is gorgeous and has everything we needed and more. The house is huge and has plenty of room for a big family gathering. The views of the lake are definitely the highlight and breathtaking! The house is well equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Our family age group was from 7 to 50 and there was something to do for each one of us. Once again thank you so much Patty for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

We conduct to the men’s group meeting at this property and found it to be very possible and easy to live in. The main living space and the deck were perfect for discussions cocktail hours, and hors d’oeuvres. Had a beautiful view of the lake and sunrises and sunsets.

lovely, spacious home. perfect for large groups. amazing views of Lake Arrowhead (which is PRIVATE, no access) from the decks. big, well stocked kitchen. you really never have to leave!

This large house provides plenty of space for a large group to spread out. House is well appointed. Expansive new deck with ample comfortable patio furniture.

Renting process was easy and the owner was very responsive to our needs.

We had a great time at Patty's Lake Arrowhead cabin. It was everything the pictures and write up said it was. Patty was quick to respond to any questions I had. The views from the deck were spectacular. The pink clouds over the horizon this morning at sunrise this morning amazing. It was a wonderful place for four generations to gather and celebrate my father-in-law's 90th birthday.

The house has a killer view HOWEVER it’s really a pain to get to. I can’t even imagine what it’s like getting there in the winter! The deck is being redone but wasn’t totally finished when we were there. Which is a total bummer and a bit of a hazard. There were loose screws on the ground and metal shards that my husband stepped on. The new deck is going to be amazing and the parts that were done look great. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that it wasn’t done not just the day of arrival. The house is great for big families or a group of friends. We really enjoyed ourselves and would come again.

Accommodating house allowed for separation if needed as well as large communal spaces and deck. It feels like someone’s summer home not antiseptic like a time share or hotel. Host was easy to communicate with and pointed me to a tool kit when someone accidentally locked a bathroom door with no one inside. They should probably get a different brand of lockset. There were some video game consoles that didn’t work but plenty of games , puzzles, and tv available. We were well pleased.

My family had a weekend get-together here and we had so much fun. The place had an amazing view, it was spacious, it had everything that we needed and Patty was very prompt when responding to my questions. ☺️

Always love the WOW experience with family. We spent a quick 4 days here and were pleased with the rental as there is so much great living space to with one another or get away.

We had the most wonderful family weekend at this home. The pictures just don't do it justice and it is even more spacious in person than in the photos. The views are AMAZING and we spent many hours just relaxing on the patio. The home is secluded and private and wonderfully appointed. The only issue we had was that the gaming system and the TV in the loft didn't work properly and the kids were hoping to enjoy those things but no a big issue. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we highly recommend this lovely home!

This house has lots of space: two living rooms on the main floor, a loft, and a game room downstairs; plenty of bedrooms and comfortable beds. Dining area was a little small for our whole group, but there was a folding table in the garage that could be moved inside for more seating. Our group of two grandparents, four adults and three kids had more than enough room. The view of the lake was incredible. There are many nearby trails for hiking.Patty and her husband were kind, great with communication, and easy to work with.There were quite a few maintenance concerns when we got there. In an already dim lit house, there were 10 burnt out lightbulbs. With a 5pm sunset, we ended up moving lamps from bedrooms to get a little more light into the common areas. A door frame was broken as well as a toilet paper holder and a drawer in the kitchen holding knives. The remotes for the TVs were broken and without them we couldn't get any of the TVs to work. Although the house has been renovated in some areas, some spaces are much older, including many of the windows, some which were difficult to close and latch. 99% of the house was very clean... but the dishes were put away without drying so there was standing water on them, and some dishes were put away dirty. Also they were haphazardly in drawers and cabinets. Since we were planning to stay a week, we took some time to re-organize so we could find what we needed. By the way- there are plenty of pots, pans and dishes to serve and cook with!We did give the maintenance list to the owners, who were pretty shocked to hear (they had just visited not too long before) and also grateful for the feedback so they could get everything fixed up for the next guests.A few things to know before you rent: 1. the beautiful lake is for viewing only. It is a private lake that the HOA only allows owners to use. Renters cannot use it. For fishing, Lake Gregory is about a 20 minute drive away. For other water sports, head to Big Bear.2. Lake Arrowhead is in an area that the power company may turn power off during high winds for fire prevention. During our stay they sent out a notice to the owners (who contacted us) that they may have to turn the power off (they ended up not needing to). The owners did offer to pay for firewood if they did turn off the power. 3. The road leading up to the house very narrow and steep. In snow you would need chains AND possibly 4 -wheel drive to get up it.

The house was actually bigger than the pictures! It was very spacious for everyone, which was great. I enjoyed grilling on the patio with the stunning view of the lake! Patty was also amazing with communication, she always answered within minutes. The amenities provided kept everyone entertained, there was something for everyone. We really loved how cozy this home was. We also loved that there were extra foldable chairs and tables in the garage. Everything was clean. This is honestly one of the best cabins we’ve rented out, and we hope to come again in the future!

Everything’s was smooth and as detailed in the communication. Very clean and everything was available all thought of.

This house was great, had everything we needed and the view of lake was spectacular. The bottom floor with game rooms and bedrooms allowed for lots of fun for kids...and adults.

This cabin is amazing, my family had a great time there this past weekend! My 2 oldest grandkids said it is the best one we have ever stayed at! I loved the game room and the large deck overlooking the lake!

This property is fantastic for large groups. It has many bedrooms, and separate levels, so everyone can have their own space. The living areas provide great space for hanging out, games, cooking, and fun. Our Thanksgiving weekend turned-out to provide record-breaking snowfall. The roads and driveway were challenging, and the property owners were gracious in helping us manage through that. Thank you!

If you are planning a trip to Lake Arrowhead with a big group, especially with kids, this house is for you! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The views of Lake Arrowhead are spectacular and the house has such a great layout with a loft, open kitchen and lower level with a game room. The owners communicated promptly anytime we had a questions. Our group is already planning another trip to this house next year!

We have nine family members together and thoroughly enjoyed the house and amenities. The house was very spacious and nicely appointed. When we had a small glitch the owner was extremely responsive. It was a bit challenging to locate as it is on a private drive but we figured it out pretty quickly....

We had a great restful stay! The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. We were a large group but the house was spacious enough that we could do multiple group activities at the same time. The view of the lake and mountains was magical. We got the enjoy the fresh air and played ping pong and mafia. Overall a happy experience and we can't wait to comeback!
