The home is very clean and extremely well stocked. It was the most restful vacation we have ever had. The neighborhood is soooo quiet! Comfortable beds and pillows, full size refrigerator, a gas fire. Ping pong was a hit! Lots of seating and a functional clean kitchen. We loved it. We have been camping at Dillon for 25 years and finally rented a house. Would rent again 10 stars!

We had the best time! The perfect little spring getaway for our family of four + two pups. The layout of the home is fantastic; plenty of room to spread out of you want with the kitchen and living room centrally located for hanging out. The upstairs den was like having a surprise third bedroom, while the downstairs bedroom was quiet and secluded for our you best. Plenty of room in the upstairs bedroom for us to crate the dogs. We were literal minutes away from the beach by foot, although our kids are little so we chose to drive most days. We loved being able to walk to the general store for ice cream while we watched the sun set (and the restaurant was good too)! The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals at home and the beds were super comfy! I am not an easy sleeper but I woke up feeling so rested. We loved our time here so much, we extended our stay by a night and are already planning our return!

We stayed in this rental for Thanksgiving and could not have been more pleased with the accommodations. There was tons of space for the 7 of us (4 adults 3 kids). The kitchen had everything we needed and more - even cast iron pans for cooking clams. The den was great for our kids. The beach is walking distance as long as you don't have too much stuff to carry. Parking was challenging with our large SUV but we made it work - only 2 small cars can fit in the driveway. Great little spot.

House was Great, but when we arrived at 4:30 PM on 10-5-2023, the Key Box Code given to us, 1964, was WRONG. We spent the next 3 Hours, trying to contact someone to gain entrance. Our cell phones did not work at the house site. If it wasn't for 2 Next Door Neighbors, we would not of got in. They called numerous contacts over a 3 Hour time frame. i almost left to go back home, a 4.5 Hour Drive. Fortunately she contacted someone who had the Correct Code 1982, so we could get in. Very Impressed with the House, Not Impressed At All With The Service! Bruce Nielsen

Sea Breeze offers a larger Dillon Beach house experience than many others I’ve stayed in. Modern kitchen and baths, washer/dryer and 5 beds made it ideal for my family’s weekend celebration of our aunt’s 71st birthday. Peekaboo view of and quick walk to the beach and great neighbor (Wave to Mark).

Wonderful stay in Dillon Beach! The property is well maintained and in close proximity to the General Store and Beach. The property was very clean however there was a smell of cigarettes/cigars when we entered and it did not go away unless we had the windows open - disappointing given its a smoke free home. The window coverings in the bedrooms and den need to be updated as they did not provide sufficient darkness for infant naps or children who go to bed before it is dark.

I thought listing showed a hot tub, but I could be wrong, I looked at so many. House was meticulous, clear checkout instructions, and easy entrance to house. With east/west windows cracked a little, nice cool breeze through the house. Has breakfast nook as well as dining area. Longer walk to beach, but easily performed by non-senior people. Just enough to get some energy out of the kids after a day at the beach. Total 5 star from my point of view! Would recommend with small children as there are puzzles that are age appropriate. Well done property managers!

Very well appointed house. Clean,comfortable. 2 full bedrooms with bath and a 3rd room with a sofa bed that can be closed off. Great access to beach walks. The store is also walk-able and very nice. We had a great stay.

What a great property. Very comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for our family & dogs. Short walk to the beach & market. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding was so nice. We loved our weekend trip. There were lots of games for the evening. No issues with the tv or internet. We never go to play ping pong, next time. We would definitely book here again. Everyone we spoke to before our arrival was absolutely helpful and kimd. Great experience.

We stayed in mid July, during a heatwave inland, but Dillion was cool and comfortable. Daily coastal fog didn’t cause much problem as it often disappeared later in the day or a few miles up or down the coast. The house is very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, beds soft. We hope to return!

The house was so warm and "air tight" -- The wind was so strong but once you stepped into the house it was quiet and warm. Ping Pong table and cozy environment helped provide a wonderful time for teens not excited about our weather... Close to beautiful beach and sunset views.

This house is a home worth hanging out in! We love everything about it. Well stocked, super comfy beds and bedding, great floors and space, and an abundance of comfortable seating. They thought through everything that we might need and supplied all the luxuries in a clean and appealing way. I would stay again in a heartbeat, plus the surrounding area is worth a visit. Marin French Cheese Co was our favorite outing, yum!

We visit Dillion Beach a lot! Great rental and it's priced right! Clean comfortable and close to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. I usually bring my own knives for kitchen use but theirs were great. Hot & Cold water tap outside to hose of the dog or your feet is a nice touch. Well-kept BBQ. Beds are VERY comfortable, cozy gas fireplace. Just a great place. I drive a very large van and no problem parking two cars in the driveway. We had a party of 5 and no one was tripping over each other. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I liked the beach house and thought it was true to the description. I would have loved a fenced in back yard, as staying with 2 dogs, that would have been a big perk. Also could have provided rugs by the doors, but all around, a nice property

My family has been coming to Dillon Beach for many years and this was by far one of the coziest places we've stayed. Beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We hosted a dinner for friends and the kitchen was well equipped! Highly recommend!

The management company prepared such a nice welcome on a rainy night with lights on, fire going and gift basket to welcome us!!! The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 dogs. It was an easy walk to the beach trail! Dillon Beach is such a lovely, unique spot! We all had a lovely time away from home were the winter storms were raging!!! Happy 2023!

This is our second time staying at Sea Breeze, and we were not disappointed. Everything is very clean and so well organized. Love the short walk to the beach and the store. We loved the new comforters on the beds, as the old ones always slid off. Cozy and comfortable. Kitchen has absolutely everything needed to make a meal. We enjoyed our week stay tremendously!

The property is exceptionally clean on check in, kitchen well stocked with utensils/pots and pans/etc for cooking. Easy check in and out,
Didn’t need the property managers for anything. The beach is great for dogs but be sure to bring dog bowls and lots of dog towels and shampoo. I deducted one star because both beds are in need of new mattresses. They are extremely soft and you sink way down, no support. Ended up sleeping on the fold out couch. Despite that, I would stay here again.

To stay with family or friends. Spacious house with nice kitchen, free wi-fi (no cell service), and all the basic supplies for a cozy, home away from home feel. No crib or toddler bed so bring your own; plenty of room to set one up in the upstairs bedroom. Ping pong table in the garage and beach toys for the kids. Short walk to the general store and restaurant and just a little bit further to the beach. Fairly steep walk downhill to get there and uphill back so great for getting your steps in. Parking lot at the beach too but costs $10-$15 a day. We had a nice, quiet, low-key, relaxing stay. Check-in and out was simple and made easy.

Awesome stay
When we checked into our home it was very clean and set up nicely! There was also a lot of books to read, games to play, and it fit all 8 of our family members very nicely! I loved that it allowed pets but I do wish there was a fence in the backyard. Overall amazing home to stay in and we will definitely be coming here again!

It is a good property with easy access to beach. It is kind of small for 8 people as listed; It has two bedrooms where 4 adults can stay with probably two young children along with them.

We had a lovely time in Dillion Beach. The house is a short walk to the beach and is well-maintained. It had everything we needed. Dillon Beach is quite secluded and it is a perfect place to relax. It's not far from Pt. Reyes, which was a lovely outing.
