Great location, walking distance to town and nice back patio for relaxing

We enjoyed the proximity to everything in town with an easy walk with the kids to the river, shops and restaurants.
The layout of the house worked out well for us! especially the kids room with multiple kids. The backyard was really pleasant to hang out in in the mornings and evenings when things cooled down.
The kitchen was especially full of everything we needed with lots of extras for anything we wanted to cook.
Wendy was in close communication making sure we had everything we needed for check-in.
We would definitely stay again.

The place was very clean and close to town. There is a king bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds and a single (and more if you want them) upstairs, and both are a very good size. The queen bedroom is downstairs next to the kitchen and is smaller. Town is close by (we walked to town to eat a few times and to go to the playground). The property is as described online and one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The decor was cute and the art great.

We had a great stay here with our family and another family. The air conditioning on the top floor was a nice surprise for the hotter days. Everything was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the back patio!

Very well stocked kitchen and all amenities you might need for bath and laundry. Very clean and will definitely stay again. I definitely give 5 stars. There are a lot of stairs but not a problem if you do not have mobility issues.

Family Fun
The property was great for my kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for the kids to play inside and out. The kitchen was well appointed and good work flow with a big dining room table. It was an easy walk to downtown and shopping. We had a great time. Highly recommend this property😀

We very much enjoyed and appreciated our modern lodging in Salida. It had everything and more than anticipated, a great kitchen, private patio with grill, safe parking in an attached garage, within walking or bicycling distance to the Old Town and River Park District.

The property is very spacious and new, and it was very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we loved the open shared space and outdoor area. Kitchen is awesome too and had everything we needed. Walking distance to downtown and running/walking trails. Check in was easy and everything worked great, we had zero issues with our stay :)

Comfortable, convenient condo near downtown in Salida, CO
My wife and I spent the entire summer in Salida and approximately three weeks in this particular condo. It was quiet, comfortable and convenient to downtown which we enjoyed. There is a very nice outdoor seating area outside the kitchen; internet was very good for Salida; kitchen and utensils were serviceable for a lengthy stay. The condo is three stories, so great exercise, but stairs might be difficult for some. The garage was large enough for both our cars which was very helpful. Host Wendy Walters was always ready to help at a moment's notice. We had a marvelous stay in this modern, comfortable condo.
There is one minor issue that ought to be fixed. The front door was very difficult for us to lock and unlock, so we went through the garage, even when not taking the car.

The condo is a short walk to the town of Salida. It had a great floor plan for our three generations, with large areas to spread out and many sleeping configurations. Loved the tall windows and mountain views. The patio was lovely - very private and beautifully landscaped. We certainly appreciated the well stocked pantry, the tons of flatware and dishes, and a great outdoor grill.
The property manager and owner were attentive and quick to respond to our questions.
We learned early on that the weather is very changeable so be prepared to layer your clothes and pack rain gear, just in case!
If the opportunity arises, we would like to return.
