Comfortable, airy house located on quiet court in West Bethany. Plenty of room for adults to interact. Great location, convenient to all of Bethany's amenities.

We had a great time - we couldn’t have asked for better place to stay. Beautiful beach house and owner thought of everything that you needed or forgot to pack. We would love to say again.

Quiet, comfortable home for our family beach trip to Bethany! House has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pools in the neighborhood were a nice option that we took full advantage. Short drive to beach and short walk to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our time to relax and unwind in a peaceful location.

Cute and quaint house with great neighborhood and access to the beach. However some upgrades needed including electrical connections for master bedroom. Power went out when blow drying hair in the bathroom and the outlet under the main electrical panel was loose and impacted tv and lighting.

The house itself was awesome, Caroline was very quick to respond to all our questions, and the location was perfect. Just a short bike ride or even shorter drive to the beach, but far enough away to avoid all the business. We had a great stay!

While the stay was just for a weekend, we enjoyed our stay very much. I could see ourselves staying for a whole week. The house has everything one could need and was large enough to host our group of family and friends. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time. The house is close enough to town and the ocean but in a lovely quiet neighborhood. We were able to work and play with great ease.

Enjoyed our time. Walking to the beach with umbrellas and chairs etc is a haul, so prepare to bike/drive/trolley. We went to the pool for 1 hour and paid $40, it’s unfortunate it’s not included in your stay. Beds are comfortable. Appreciated the toilet paper/paper towels and soaps that were provided. Lots of games to choose from and kitchen has everything you’ll need.

What a cute, beachy rental! Home was well equiped, clean, and had a "homey" feel. Parking was easy in Bethany with the provided residential parking permit and the free trolley rides were a bonus. Our pets were happy as well!!

The house was better than the pictures, cheerful colors, every convenience , comfy beds, good air conditioning. Close to the beach. We made great memories there!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, comfortable, matched the description, and met our needs. We had a great time and this property was a fun place to rest and have fun together on our family vacation.

We enjoyed Caroline’s place very much. Our family loves to swim, play pickleball, and hang out at the beach (and shop). We don’t like noisy areas and didn’t want to be in a spot where we felt like things were too crowded..which you often find at rentals right on the beach. This location was great. A 3 min drive to the beach, access to 2 pools and courts. The community members were so friendly as well. We could get anything we wanted very easily. Bethany Beach is perfect for families. We’ll be back!!

Has everything you need for a good experience.

We were in town for a softball tournament and the property was in a good location, clean, had plenty of space, and the host was very responsive.

In an area that's rapidly being developed with cookie cutter condos filled with cheap furniture and white walls, Caroline and Jeff's beach house is a salty breath of fresh ocean air. It's everything you would expect in a well-loved family getaway - from the colorful artwork by family members on the walls, to a hodge podge collection of towels in the closets, right down to a kitschy magnetic bottle opener on the fridge holding a card for a free game of mini golf. Everything about this home says family and rest. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and the beach and boardwalk within walking distance. My kiddos and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked. We all slept soundly in the comfy beds. Caroline was a helpful and responsive host. We left refreshed and wishing we could stay longer. If you're looking for a beach rental that's a home, rather than an enterprise, this is it.

Great beach atmosphere in a convenient close by but secluded feeling location. Felt like classic beach house. Wonderful for adults and super for kids. Great walkability. Hit the right note-not too fancy but plenty nice.

Was in Bethany with the family for the Ocean to Bay bike ride event. Really enjoyed the house and location. Very quiet this time of year. Interesting in a good way layout and the kids loved the loft. House was very clean and updated. Good communication and easy check in. We already have talked about going back next year!

Had a wonderful time!! Loved the location, commutation with the host was great and the house had everything I needed, was cozy and comfortable for both me and my dog.

The place is very comfortable, in a nice quiet setting. It has a "make yourself at home" feel, all will enjoy. Especially good for kids - fun toys and curious décor, gives it a doll house appeal. It warmer weather, the outdoors will be great. Watch for the DEER roaming the neighborhood at dusk.

Excellent location for families who want to be close to the beach and activities but still have a quiet refuge to retreat to. You have to drive to beach but resident parking permit makes it pretty simple.

This was a great house! We had a perfect night staying in this home. We loved that they had king/queen size beds in all the rooms. Often my 6' 3" son has to sleep in a twin size bed and it is super tight so having the large sized beds were perfect! We just wish we would have had more time to enjoy this great house and location! The place was nice and pretty close to the beach and activities but also in a quiet area, perfect for a relaxing long weekend

This home was so beautiful, peaceful, spacious but and cozy for our stay for a big family Bethany Beach trip. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet as well as a short drive to the beach (5- 10 minutes depending on where you parked, about a 1/2 hr walk) . Parking was easy with the 2 included passes. Our dog loved the yard and we loved the screened in porch ! Our kids were so excited to play with the huge selection of games in the home. Caroline was an excellent owner to rent from; she was timely on her responses and making sure the house was fully up and running. She was a lifesaver when she quickly provided the name of a local locksmith when our dog accidently locked himself in the car as we were leaving! We loved it so much and the kids are already dreaming of staying here again next summer!

We made last-minute plans to be at the beach for a beautiful, sunny weekend plus a couple of days. Fortunately, this fun place was available! It’s a short bike ride or very short car ride to downtown Bethany Beach. It really is a home—not a generic rental. It is well-equipped with everything we needed and decorated in a fun, inviting way. I hope to stay there again!

This house had all of the amenities we needed for a short term stay. We really enjoyed the area and the quiet neighborhood.

Very cozy, clean and convenient to everything. Also, everything you need to enjoy the beach in Bethany, including the parking pass!

The property was super cute, cozy and beachy. The neighborhood is great and the street is very quiet. The house is was clean and layed out nicely and was perfect for two (small) families with children. The loft was fun for the young kids. I brought my own linens but there seemed to be tons of extras in closets. Washer and dryer was a plus to freshen up beach towels. The house is stocked with a lot of household items. The beach trolley stop is close by and will run you into Bethany all day long. However, the main living room furniture was a little worn. Another major disappointing factor was the back bedroom AC wasn’t cooling at all and therefore it was very stuffy and that queen bedroom was unusable. The outdoor shower was a bit cob-webby but useful. The community pool was very nice and close by, but the price wasn’t disclosed and it’s pricey... $6 per person a day / $20 per person per week. It Would’ve been nice to have atleast a few passes included for our weeks stay. In all, the owner was informative and easy to communicate with. I would stay again (with AC issue remedied).

This property and host made our weekend beach getaway everything we could have hoped for. The property was very well kept and in great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and things to do, yet had some privacy not being directly on the beach itself. The property owner made booking/communication very easy and was a pleasure to deal with. I would strongly recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice week or weekend getaway to the beach.
