This is an exceptional VRBO; location to markets, restaurants and Sharc is very convenient, over-the-top fully functional amenities, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry area, a dozen or more working bicycles, and so much more as is listed. We had eight adults and five children and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Wouldn’t hesitate to return, in fact as we went out the door for the last time my wife said, “I would consider buying this place.”

This home fit our needs to a T. Craig was very responsive any time we called. The game room was well used. The bikes were great. Being close to the store made getting last minute supplies easy. We made use of the hot tub, and outdoor dining!! And having 6 bedrooms and each with a bathroom was a hit, especially with our granddaughter. Thanks Craig

We had a great stay! Our group included 4 married couples, 4 young adults, and a 2 year old. The house was well stocked with laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bikes, high chairs, a baby gate, lots of box fans. We enjoyed meals together inside and outside. It was a little cramped around the inside dining table, but doable. There were plenty of cooking supplies, and spices and oils. We loved the location. The neighborhood was quiet. We were a little worried about not having a/c in August, but it cools off in the night with fans in the windows. We would close the windows and blinds during the day, which kept it a comfortable temp. Everyone slept well and said their beds were comfy.

Our family of 12 met at Sunriver to connect siblings and cousins who do not see each other enough. It was a fantastic trip. The only disappointment was that the Sunriver golf courses are now private. We took care of that with trips to Bend. The SHARC passes were great.

The house was as advertised.
Good size rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals for our group. The Jukebox, game room and hot tub were all favorites. Plenty of parking for our vehicles. Sunriver mall and grocery store were an easy 5 minute walk, even with snow on the ground.

The owner, Craig, is extraordinarily responsive and helpful, an honest and trustworthy individual who truly cares about delivering value and meeting guest's expectations. Property was perfect for grandparents, parents and small children to enjoy the amenities of Sunriver. Lots for everyone to do with swimming, golfing and bike riding for everyone (we counted 17 bikes included with the property). The house fit our needs perfectly with the grandparents staying in the two downstairs masters while the children and grandchildren had the upstairs with the game room.

The property fit our needs perfectly. The home was well equipped to meet our cooking needs. We loved the convenience of the hot tub, bicycles and pool passes. The home was clean and had lots of room for everyone.
Only suggestion, would be to have a few more bike helmets or recommend that you bring your own.

Roomy and well supplied
We had a great time at this home. It had plenty of room for the 12 of us. It was so well supplied with anything you might need for kitchen and paper products to laundry supplies. It was very comfortable. The only complaint is the bedroom downstairs by the kitchen had a bad mattress. We would definitely use this home again!!

The home has a great layout for a large family. Excellent amenities from home arcade to jukebox. The house is in the best location in Sunriver as it allowed kids to just walk to shops/restaurants out the back door. Highly recommended.

25ish mins to Mt. Bachelor. Was great to return to the spa. Sauna and arcade room were hits too. Didn't have time to check out the rec center which the house has passes for, maybe next time. Easy check in, check out. Enjoyed the stay, thank you Craig

What a great property for a multi-family Christmas vacation! With so many rooms and bathrooms it was easy to accommodate our large group; the hot tub, sauna, and game room were all fantastic! The house is definitely stocked and set up for large groups and I don't think there was anything we needed that we didn't have. We will definitely be back and Craig was awesome to deal with! Perfect Family Get Away
This property was perfect for a three-generation family birthday party weekend. The house was the cleanest and best-stocked large house we have ever rented. The location near the Sunriver Village was so convenient, it was so nice for everyone to have their own bathrooms, and the communication with the owner was fantastic. Oh! The juke box was a huge hit as well. Highly recommend.

Working Retreat
We used this property for a working retreat for our leadership staff. Very convenient and handy! All the games/bikes and juke box were a welcome addition when we had our down time. Well located near the main square in Sunriver and a short drive to Bend for a great selection of restaurants and things to do in addition to Sunriver's. Would recommend!

Great House and Amazing Location
This house is perfect for a friends trip, the friends group does a trip at least once or twice a year and it can always been awkward with who gets what bedroom and who shares a bathroom but this house has SO much space, so many beds and OH SO many bathrooms. The jukebox is so much fun and the arcade games where a blast! Also, the location was amazing! You are surrounded by beautiful tree's but less than a 5min walk you have restaurants , cafe's and a grocery store. SCORE! We had everything we needed right there, we only hopped in the car. We will definitely be going back.

Much needed get away
This house is perfect for a group of adults/couples. Each room has its own bathroom, there is plenty of space for everyone, and tons to do! With covid going on, we stayed at the house most of the time listening to music and playing games. Very relaxing! Communication with the owner was great!
