This property was everything the pictures show and more. The host was so quick to communicate and to help with anything we needed. I wouold recommend this place for anyone to stay, and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful immaculate home nestled in a very safe, beautiful and tranquil neighborhood. The grounds are gorgeous with palm trees and sometimes you’ll see cute little bunny rabbits roaming around in the front yard. The home is huge and had enough room for our family of 9. The pool was amazing. Very clean and didn’t smell to high heavens of chemicals. Overall, just a perfect stay. Probably our favorite. We vacation all over the country and this place was by far the most appealing, aesthetically. We were able to create lifelong memories with our children and for that we are so grateful. The home itself made us all feel like we were at home and absolutely recommend this home to anyone we know. Now for the juicy….. PROS: Bikes, cooler, pool floats, every kitchen gadget necessary, beach towels and chairs, kayaks, comfy beds, beautiful views, perfect pool, lovely bedrooms, good sized dining area, wonderful comfy couch, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc. The home is close to Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Sun Splash Waterpark, Siesta Beach and so much more. We were even able to do an airboat Everglades Tour down in Everglades City. Highly recommend “Everglades City Airboat Tours”. Blake and Web were great tour guides for our 2 boats. The Mangroves were awesome to see at high speed lol. CONS: Only con I had was there were no blinds on most of the windows and no curtains in the livingroom. This created a bit of heat in the rooms. However, we did have box fans to cool off those areas which were provided by the owner. They helped a lot. Other than that, no real complaints. This place is paradise. You won’t regret your stay. We loved every single minute!!! Lynne was awesome with communication. Very wonderful host. Hope to be back someday.

I love working with Lynne! She follows through on everything before, during and after the stay. We love all the amenities, towels, pool toys, use of washer/dryer, kayaks, bikes, beach toys, etc. We simply couldn’t have brought all this with us from Michigan! Thank you Lynne!

This is a great house, lots of room and very comfortable. We were fortunate to rent it in 2021 and again this year. We tried to rent it next year but it was already booked. The beds are super comfortable, the pool is glorious and heated! There's very nice poolside chairs and tables. We ate outside every meal enjoying the beautiful view of the canal, It is close to everything. The only reason we did not give it 5 stars was we feel it needs some updating. Everything appears to be original and over the past year it is showing its age. There were many spider webs in the pool area which we know can appear quickly. The house was clean and the price is below newer homes. We would rent again, however, if it was available! Lynne was super responsive and a pleasure to work with.

This home was perfect. It was comfortable, beautifully appointed and in a lovely neighborhood. We especially appreciated that they had every condiments available to us. The house was fully stocked with everything needed to have a fun and relaxing vacation. Lynne was a pleasure to deal with and oh so accommodating. We look forward to visiting again.

We spent two happy weeks in this beautiful home. Weather was not very good but it was not a problem. The pool is warm so we could swim every day. The house is so well equipped that we could also fish, kayak and bike. The kids were delighted by all the games! We had dinner on the lanai a few nights, but on chilly evenings the indoor table served perfectly. Some wonderful memories were made here!

Lynne and Dan's place is a beautiful space to relax and recharge. We had everything we could possibly need! Great layout of rooms; cooking, dining, and lounging both inside and outside; and a lovely infinity pool in which to float around and enjoy the scenery. This was such a delightful VRBO stay we wished we didn't have to leave! But it's only fair to let others enjoy this gorgeous home. 🙂 Thanks so much, Lynne and Dan! We hope to make it back sometime!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at yet. Well stocked and plenty to do. Lynn was so easy to work with and communication was excellent. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. There was plenty of space and THE POOL area- was perfect. We had a great trip.

We were so happy with this home. It was so spacious and everyone had their own space especially with the 8 of us. It was extremely clean and well kept. The house is set up so well for the perfect vacation. The landscaping of the house is gorgeous! We were so delighted with the pool area, and we spent lots of our time kayaking and fishing in the canal! We will never forget this piece of paradise! Thank you!

We just spent a wonderful week at Lynn and Dan's beautiful home in Cape coral. The house was gorgeous. We could not ask for more. It comfortably slept my husband and I and our 5 kids ages 3 to 12. My 8 year son fished off the dock and fishing kayaks morning, noon, and night and caught a stingray, some catfish, and some other things we couldnt identify. (Live shrimp from the bait shops worked great to catch fish.) We swam and relaxed by the pool a lot. The house was a perfect place to come to after we went to the beach on Sanibel island most days. It was a really wonderful trip. I highly recommend this home!

We came down for a week to simply get away and relax and that is exactly what we did. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. The beds were so comfortable which makes such a difference as well. The pool was amazing and we certainly spent a lot of time in it. Cape Coral is just a short distance from Fort Meyer’s which makes for many options of things to do. We will absolutely return to this property when we are back in the area. Thank you to Lynne and Dan for providing such a wonderful home!

I found Lynne very easy to work with. She replied to my questions/concerns very quickly. Lynne and Dan's home was very comfortable and stocked for your every need. Would highly recommend as a "great place to stay in the Cape Coral area"!

It was like 2 weeks in paradise. No one had anything bad to say.

Entering the home and seeing it in real life blew us away!! Super clean, comfortable accommodations, spacious layout and gorgeous views out back. Sunsets to remember! Lynne the owner was wonderful to work with and a caring and gracious host. Having bikes, kayaks, fishing poles and an infinity pool kept us entertained. The perfect vacation for those Covid-19 blues!! We will be returning again and again!

Lynne’s attention to detail and helpfulness took any apprehension we had as first time VRBO customers. We loved the layout of Lynne’s home. YES! The pool was a huge win, with great seating. The beach towels, bikes, kayak’s, beach umbrella, pack-n-plays, infant seat made that much less we had to bring. We spent a majority of the week just hanging out there, it was just that comfortable! Our family voted all thumbs up to book for next year...so we did!

We have rented many very nice VRBO properties over the years and not one has come close to the cleanliness and beauty of Lynn's home. Everything is so clean and beautiful . The decor is amazing. The highlight for the children was by far the pool. We went to different beaches several times but the children always wanted to go back home to swim in the pool and hang out on the beautiful patio. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful. Truly everything about Lynn's home was amazing and we highly recommend her home to any traveler looking for a relaxing and fun vacation. We will definitely be back.

Although the house was overall very nice, the homeowner would not allow for an adjustment in the pool heater run time, therefore, the pool temperature was too cool making it unbearable to swim. Our family had young children. There were days when the outside air temperature was cooler and it would have been nice to have the water temperature much warmer to allow for swimming. For the price that the vacationer pays, this is a very important amenity. If this wasn’t the case, we would have scored a higher rating.

The house was wonderful it had everything we could possibly imagine the only thing I would add is they need some dresser drawers or someplace for people to fold and hang their clothes. the rest of it was worth it we Had a wonderful time in their beautiful house

As beautiful as the pictures, spent most of our time in the lanai (OUR FAVORITE SPOT) which was spectacular with the heated pool and beautiful scenery. Nice and quiet except for the 2 little dogs or maybe 3 across the way that basically cracked us up, those funny little yappers, amazing how some owners just let their dogs bark but they did not detour any of our fun. We used the grill a few times which was very convenient and the kitchen provided everything you could possibly need including spices, baggies and aluminum foil. The rooms were beautifully decorated and everyone had their own bathroom which was so convenient plus there is a bonus bathroom located off the dining room. We rented a boat & enjoyed cruising the canal and looking at all the houses and went to a few beaches and restaurants which were also a short drive away. Lynn checked in to see if everything was going well which was very nice & is available for anything you might need.

This is a fabulous home. If anything, the pictures don't quite do it justice. High ceilings, tiled floors, big bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and a stellar lanai give this home a wide-open, bright, and fun feel. Our sons (4 & 6) loved the pool which has shallow and deep ends to accommodate all swimming levels. The pool has an infinity edge that aligns with the view of the canal, an awesome image. We used the gas grill numerous times and ate meals at the lanai table. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans/mixing bowls, dishes, serving platters, and specialty culinary tools. Lynn was A+ with communication. We'll definitely reach out to stay again! Book without hesitation. It's every bit as good as advertised. p.s. - perhaps the best leather couch I've ever sat on, very deep, more than enough room for the whole family to sit and watch a movie together.

We had 6 family members join us at this beautiful home. Very relaxing and plenty of room. We had fun kayaking and fishing from their dock, enjoyed the pool , enjoyed grilling and bicycling. Lynne was very responsive to our questions and we highly recommend this property .

Had a great time! Just wished the furniture was more comfortable, just not made for short people. The couches are too large to feel comfortable for the cool days we had. We were there for two weeks felt we had to live out of our suitcases. No place in the bedroom to put your clothes, no dressers in a few of the rooms. Overall beautiful home but furniture needs to be looked into for comfort.

This property has absolutely everything you need to make a vacation in Cape Coral enjoyable! The house was stocked with basics for the kitchen, bath and bedrooms as well as outdoor fun . . . bicycles, pool toys, fishing gear, kayaks and beach gear. Communmication with Lynne was top notch! The house was clean and perfect for privacy when needed and great for gatherings when desired! Thank you, Dan & Lynne!
