Location

The room was not only nothing like pictured, it is unsafe. The peeling paint and mold alone should be enough to not allow guests. I have yet to receive a return call or message with an explanation or remedy to our horrible experience.

Everything else. Beautiful spot.

The only issue I had were the amount of stairs at the location.

The location is right on the beach. And having a washer and dryer is always a benefit!

See my other comments .. there’s updates that need done. Someone truly needs to address that deck! It also needs advertised that it is on the 4th floor and there is No elevator only many flights of stairs!!!!

The location was perfect and the view from the room was stunning.

The house was not cleaned properly. There was dust and food that had fallen left under the furniture. I know this because my 11 month old found a grape. My mother in law ended up cleaning the unit because the top of my babies feet were filthy after crawling across the floor. The curtains were filthy and the rod fell every other time we tried opening them to see the ocean. There appears to be water damage and black mold in the kitchen and bathroom. The furniture was not comfortable at all. The twin bed felt like you were sleeping on a board and the queen bed you could feel the springs.The deck is dangerous for young children with metal edges peeling and are very sharp and cut my babies shin. There was a wasp nest on the porch as well that was not addressed. Also the deck to the beach was falling apart and did not feel sturdy. Very old and should be replaced, not safe for children. And lastly, the six flights of stairs that you need to climb can be very exhausting after long days and when loading and unloading your vehicle. For the price we paid we could have had a oceanfront hotel room with better facilities and an elevator.
