Beach Haven Renovated Victorian Oceanside 4-5 Bedroom With Pool
Schöne 3-stöckige viktorianische im Herzen von Beach Haven mit 11 'x 23' Inground-Pool! Schöne umlaufende Veranda zum Sitzen und Entspannen nach einem Tag am Strand und genießen Sie die kühlen Nachtbrisen. Auf der zweiten Etage befindet sich die Master-Suite mit Kingsize-Bett, Badezimmer und eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Garten und den Pool. Zwei weitere Schlafzimmer im zweiten Stock, jeweils mit einem Queen-Size-Bett. Ein Vollbad mit Dusche im zweiten Stock. Die gesamte Treppe zum dritten Stock hinauf ist ein offenes Layout. Eine Seite des 3. Stock Loft hat zwei Einzelbetten und TV, und die andere Seite des Loft hat zwei große Betten und TV. Dieses Loft ist sehr groß und luftig und die Kinder lieben es! Die erste Etage hat einen offenen Grundriss mit einem geräumigen Wohn- und Essbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Bar und gut ausgestatteter Küche. Ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und Schlammraum endet im ersten Stock. Der Schlammraum führt zum Hinterhof. Hinten ist eine kleine Gated Deck führt zum Pool und Pflasterstein Terrasse, Außendusche, Außengrill für leckere Mahlzeiten, und Pool-Möbel zum Zurücklehnen. Der gesamte Garten ist eingezäunt. Das gesamte Haus wurde im Jahr 2016 von Grund auf renoviert, verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage und verfügt über alle modernen Annehmlichkeiten, die Sie für Ihren Strandurlaub benötigen. In Historic Beach Haven gelegen, können Sie Ihr Auto parken und alles zu Fuß erreichen, einschließlich Murphy's Market, Bicentennial Park, Surflight Theater, Restaurants, Bars, Minigolf und allem, was Beach Haven zu bieten hat. Big, comfortable home. Great for our group of friends in town for a wedding. The house is walking distance to everything you need, a fabulous plus. TVs in each room is a nice touch! Hope to come back soon.

My son got married at the Sea Shell on Friday 10/20/23. My whole family plus a few groomsmen stayed here and it was fabulous! The space on every floor was perfect. Even our two little granddaughters slept soundly on the top loft floor in the single captain beds. The
house definitely presents itself much bigger in person than the pics on line show. All our groomsmen came to the house to get dressed and ready for the wedding day event and there was more than enough room for all included. (My son had 13 groomsmen). Also the Murphy’s Market is right across the street. Very convenient!
The owner Harry could not have been more accommodating. Everything was exactly the way he stated. He couldn’t have been nicer.
Don’t pass up the opportunity to have a family vacation at this location.You won’t regret it!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this home for the week. It is so perfectly located and everything is walkable. Our teenage kids loved having the independence of heading into town and teen night on their own and we felt safe knowing how close they were. Also, it is so close to live music in the evenings and the park for concerts. The grocery store is directly across the street which makes for quick and easy pick ups. We spent every day having a leisurely coffee on the front porch. The house has everything you could need and it’s very comfortable. We all felt like we had our own space, and we loved being able to be together, it is a brilliant home to spend a lovely vacation!

Great location! Many activities, beach, and shop's in walking distance, car didn't move much. Plenty of space for all. Kids loved the pool and their own space upstairs. House had everything we needed for our stay. Harry was great to work with. We had a great vacation.

We had 8 adults and 3 kids. This place was perfect. You can not beat the location. It’s the best. One review said the trucks unloading from the grocery store was noisy in the morning but it didn’t bother anyone in my group.
Having a pool is so great. After a day on the beach you can go back to the house rinse in the outdoor shower that has hot and cold water so it’s not an ice shower and then swim a bit while dinners getting ready. There’s a covered front porch which is just so lovely. I had my morning coffee out there every day rain or shine.
The home owner was great. Super easy to communicate with and he comes and vacuums the pool a few days during the week.
Buckalews, which is walking distance as well as everything else, was a great dinner. Our entire party was happy. Oh except for the pizza there, steer away from that.

Three generations for a birthday celebration over a long weekend and the house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, well maintained, great outdoor space and perfect location walkable go the beach, bay and restaurants etc.
Harry was great to work with, met us at the house and walked us through everything.
Highly recommend this property.

House was great, close to everything. Only negative was the proximity to the market delivery area. Truck deliveries start early and are continual.

Wonderful vacation house in the heart of LBI! Close to everything, it was so nice to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. House was immaculate and fantastic, the kids absolutely loved the 3rd floor. We all loved the pool, too. We will definitely be back next we plan a vacation to LBI!

Perfect family beach vacation!
If you're looking for a house with perfect location and amenities for a family vacation with young children, this is it!! The ability to walk to literally everything you could possibly need is unmatched and the beach location with two restaurants/bars on either side is amazing! Harry is an amazing host and the house itself has everything you need to round out your stay - heated pool, huge kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. Rooms are a great size and the house was spotless upon arrival. We couldn't be more thrilled with our pick and can't wait to return!

This property was a fabulous venue for our families this year. There was plenty of space for adults and children alike, and the pool was a great option throughout the day. The interior of the house was spotless and had all of the modern amenities we needed. And you simply can't beat the location. The owner was exceedingly pleasant to deal with.

Great location , never needed to drive anywhere. Having the pool in the yard was perfect for a toddler. The proximity to the beach enabled us to walk back and forth. Only recommendation would be drying rack for towels and swimsuits. Will return

THANKSGIVING FAMILY GATHERING
We love Beach Haven and always stay in summer but Thanksgiving on LBI is a secret gem .Especially when the weather is good. Our stay at this location was perfect for our family. A great walking/running site.The owner is very helpful and considerate . You can tell he takes pride is this home.. Highly recommended.

Engleside House
We could not have possibly had a better experience at this house! Beautiful setting, close to everything, park your car and walk! House came completely equipped and passed they white glove test of five experienced older women! Pool great! Owner, an absolute dream to deal with. Thanks for making this a great vacation Harry! Great Spot in the Heart of Beach Haven
We love Beach Haven for its family friendly feel and amenities, and this is a great house in the heart of Beach Haven. Front porch for coffee in the morning or relaxing at night, modern feel, and relaxing pool for an end of the day dip. Plenty of room for adults and children. Easy walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Owner was very easy to deal with and made us feel at home.
