Cosy Log Cottage in Rural Location
Die Lage, die Aussicht, die frische Luft und die ländliche Umgebung unseres Anwesens tragen zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt bei. Unser kleines Blockhaus neben dem Haupthaus ist ein perfekter Rückzugsort, um sich von einem anstrengenden Tag mit Outdoor-Aktivitäten oder einer Pause vom Mainstream-Leben zu erholen.
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Nähe von Rad-, Wander- und Langlaufloipen und ist nur 16 km von der Gondelbahn im Revelstoke Mountain Resort entfernt.
Das Cottage ist komplett offen geschnitten und für Selbstversorger eingerichtet, die mehr als ein paar Tage in und um Revelstoke verbringen möchten.
Das gesamte Innere des Hauses ist wunderschön in einer Mischung aus Kiefer, Zeder und Hemlocktanne gestaltet. Das Obergeschoss ist durch Fenster in jedem der 4 Giebel gut beleuchtet und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett (plus ein Einzel- und ein Zustellbett auf Anfrage).
Das Erdgeschoss des Hauses verfügt über eine kleine, offene Lounge mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Fernseher mit Satellitenkanälen und einem Holzofen. Küche mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kühl- / Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler sowie allem Geschirr und Kochutensilien; Bad mit WC, Waschbecken, Dusche und Jet-Badewanne.
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Geschirrtücher, Reinigungsmittel, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett werden zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wendy was the perfect host, available to answer questions while maintaining your privacy. Cabin was super clean, in a quiet neighborhood but close to town. Would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back some day!

It was exceptionally hot in Revelstoke and tough to find anywhere to get away the heat but we really enjoyed bbqing on the front patio, or sitting on the back deck with a cocktail. The ambience in the cabin was lovely, rustic and cozy, while modern bathroom with multi-head oversized shower was well used to try and keep cool. Wendy and Graham are lovely people and keep stunning gardens on their beautiful property just a short distance from Revelstoke

This was such a beautiful stay for us. We travelled from the uk and the lodge was unlike anywhere we have stayed over there. Absolutely beautiful cabin. Well equipped kitchen. Clean and perfect location.

Greeted by our hosts on arrival w e found everything for a comfortable stay. The cabin is well appointed and sparkly clean. Kitchen contained everything needed to prepare and cook our meals. Lovely setting.

The cabin is very comfortable and cozy with great views of the mountains, in quiet neighborhood,10 min drive from town. Perfect for a couple, but it would feel crowded with +3 adults. Full stocked kitchen, linens, soaps, was nice. Hot tub and fireplace (with plenty of dry wood and kindling) was the highlight!
They are building a lodge on the main property, very close to the cabin, so I worry the quiet/private nature of the cabin may be impacted in the future but it wasn't open/operating yet.
Hosts were friendly and checked if we needed anything, but gave us our privacy otherwise.

We stayed here for our first ski trip to Revelstoke and loved it! The cottage is cozy and in incredibly quiet for a great night skiing after a day of skiing. I would definitely come back. Excellent!

If you are looking for a 5 Star hotel then look elsewhere. But if you are looking for a 5 Star experience then book the Cosy Log Cottage. The cottage has everything you need and is very relaxing and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again then next time we visit Revelstoke.

Cute little cabin. Quiet road, can walk to the cross country and snow shoe trails or drive 15 to 20 minutes to the Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The hot tub is really nice after a day on the slopes. The wood stove is wonderful in the morning to take the chill out and warm the cabin. We would recommend this for a quiet romantic fun get away.

I rented this place for a week with my brother. The place is very cosy, we really enjoyed the wood stove.
The location is somewhat remote, at a bit more than 10m drive from Revelstoke. The place is extremely calm, and far from everyone. We really enjoyed this aspect of it.
The place is on the property of the owners, but they did not intrude at all. They really respect their customer's privacy. They were here to help when we needed something, but left us alone otherwise.
The sleeping area is very simple however. The beds are upstairs, which is a mostly open space with a queen, a single and a foldable bed. We were good with the arrangement, but this may not work for renters who require private bedrooms.
I warmly recommend this place, we really enjoyed our stay :-)

Very relaxing and the town is beautiful and the activities endless, if you’re interested in hiking, fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling ,walking the river trails, or just relaxing in a hot tub then this is the place to visit.

Romantic holiday of hiking and exploring beautiful Revelstoke. Wendy and Graham’s cabin is a charming rustic setting with all the luxury amenities one could need. The interior is wonderful and every detail is well considered. It is located on a quiet rural road south west of Revelstoke. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this.

Me and my husband had an amazing stay here. The woman constantly accommodated us and helped us with anything we needed. She brought us a fan when it got hot, brought us fresh eggs at the beginning of our stay, and helped us with anything we needed. We had a late check in and check out because we were dumb and didn’t double check our plans and she was more than willing to give us a little extra time. The cabin is beautiful and adorable and it was fully equipped with everything we needed for a whole week stay cooking our own meals. It’s out of town enough so it’s secluded but it’s close to town enough so that you can still do tons of stuff without a long drive. 10/10 would love to vacation here again!

The Lodge was peaceful, quiet and very comfortable. The hot tub was incredible to have after a hard day of skiing. I highly recommend to all coming to Revelstoke!

Perfect
The cabin was a perfect home base for us and our dog on a 2 week trip to Revelstoke. We enjoyed using the full kitchen to cook meals and the hot tub was a lovely treat in the evening. Wendy offered us privacy and information when we needed it. The fresh eggs were a thoughtful addition to a wonderful visit.

Nice, cozy log cabin
We very much enjoyed the peacefulness of this log cabin. We appreciated the out of town location and did not have any problems with the 20 minute drive to RMR. We had some nice hot tub soaks with nice views of the mountains. We would stay here again.

We were 4 old friends (over 50's !) for a ski trip at RevelStoke and we had enough room. The extra beds are comfortable and there is enough room for the luggage. The spa was so welcome after a big day of ski ! The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook easily. When I communicated with Wendy, I always got a quick response. And the extra, she let us leave at the end of the day, after our day of skiing (the cottage was not rented after us). It's been a great service for us.
I would definitely stay there again!
PS. There is a building under construction beside the cottage and the spa. The building is not visible from inside the cottage.
Also, at the time of our visit, we did not hear any construction noise.

Ski trip to Revelstoke
This was an amazing place to stay for our ski trip to Revelstoke. Wendy and Graham worked hard to make this trip happen for me over the Christmas holidays. They were very accommodating and without their help, my trip would not have been so memorable and would have meant we were to stay at a chain motel which certainly would not have been as wonderful. The cottage was just as described. Wendy and Graham were quick to communicate with any questions we had and we were eager to ensure we had everything we needed. The weather was extremely cold while we were there but the cottage was equipped and we spent our evening after skiing cozy and content. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed including towels and robes for the hot tub!! A great touch. We chose not to travel back and forth to town to eat out at all. But the cottage had everything we needed to be comfortable in that regard. Highly recommend this place to stay if you are in beautiful Revelstoke.

Such a wonderful stay
We had an amazing time at Wendy’s and Graham’s cottage. First of all, Wendy and Graham are very nice people and kind. All little thoughts they put into the preparation of the cottage for the clients arrival was very much appreciated. They were also available if necessary. Also, the place and the location is magical. Injured the first day of skiing, I couldn’t do much. It was so nice to sit outside and listen to the bird and watch the mountain. Finally, the cottage is very clean and beautiful. I could go on like this because there was nothing negative. Except that we couldn’t stay longer ;p.

First and for most, the pictures don’t do the place any justice. It is absolutely fantastic and spacious. The location is just minutes away from Downtown Revelstoke. When we arrived Wendy had a nice fire going for us upon our arrival. Super host in my opinion. Communication with Wendy was easy. No one bothers you and the views from the front of the cabin are breathtaking! I definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Revi. I will book this again. My family had a great at time and want to Thank Wendy for the great experience.
