The property was located close to parks in a nice community and had everything needed for a wonderful stay, however the gnat and mold infestation ruined it for us. We couldn’t prepare food or coffee without having someone constantly swatting the gnats away. Other reviews mentioned this, but we trusted the management’s word they had addressed the problem when they replied to those reviews. This was not the case. The smell of mold in the master bedroom and bath was overwhelming. There was a pungent smell. Black Mold was along the living room windows and patio glass door. We bought several fly ribbon traps to try to manage the gnat problem, but every morning there were more. Unfortunately, the safe was also broken.

Other than the damp mildew smell (which almost all Florida rentals have) it was fantastic. Clean, themed perfectly, communication was great. We even had a grocery delivery without zero issues. This is our third time renting at Windsor and we always enjoy it. Oh, my only complaint is with the resort pool.

The place was very clean and spacious . Perfect for a group of 8 ( 4 adults, 4 kids) . The house had all the basic essentials, Beds were very comfortable. Great location - close to Disney parks.. Resort has a nice pool, walkable distance from this unit. The property manager has been extremely helpful and flexible with the Check-In/Check-Out dates. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place!!

There was mold in the glass panel of the patio door, the Mickey Mouse wall paper was peeling off the walls, there wasn’t enough towels but the house keeping brought us more, there was a wet smell when we first got there, the bathrooms had water damage on the baseboards, the washer is rusted inside, and there was no hand soap provided. The pool area was nice and not a far walk from the condo.

Close, easy drive to Disney but glad we were only there a few days.

We came to Florida to visit Disney with our children and my mother. The property is 12-15 minutes to all the parks depending on traffic. Washer and dryer right in the unit were so helpful to avoid a mountain of laundry when we get home. For days we didn’t go to the parks the boys enjoyed the pool and water slides. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were a family of 5, with 3 young kids + my Mom + my sister in law (for part of the trip). So for 7 people total, the layout was perfect and a more economical option than buying multiple rooms at a resort. We had 3 rooms + a spacious family room and kitchen, all on the same floor (a bonus for my Mom). The apartment was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. The access to amenities on the broader property was a big bonus - the kids loved the pool and water slides + an epic playground area. The apartment was also a close enough drive to the parks that we actually went back to Epcot after dinner to check out the fireworks. Some of the less favorable things... there was definitely a humid musty smell in the apartment, stronger when we first arrived, it dissipated after we aired out the place - but we could still smell it on our clothes when I came home. The one warmer day we went to the pool, it was super busy - be prepared to deal with a lot of people in peak season. The place could also use more full sized towels.... we had only 2 in the bathrooms, the rest were half sized (Alfonso had housecleaning bring a few more later in the wk). Overall great place and good value for the space!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is spacious with spacious bedrooms, big bathrooms and comfy beds. Upon checking everything was extremely clean. The property manager was a great communicator and he was very kind. The location is about 10-15 minutes from the Disney theme parks. There is a big Walmart and plenty of restaurants nearby.
It was chilly when we stayed so we didn’t use the pool or resort amenities.
On the downside, the ac broke for two days. It wasn’t a huge deal bc it was chilly outside but it did feel muggy inside. Also, they only provide one toilet paper roll, one roll of paper towels, and one body soap per bathroom. No hand or dish soap. The bath towels are small. That all was kind of annoying but we bought stuff at Walmart.
I’d recommend the property owners providing some more toilet paper and hand soap. They can be travel size and it makes the condo feel more welcoming.
All in all, we recommend this location for families!

Alfonso, the property manager, was great to work with. He made sure we had everything we needed to access the property and was always prompt to reply when I had any questions or issues! The condo was perfect for our family vacation, if we ever return it will definitely be our go to place to stay. This made our trip so much more enjoyable since we didn’t have any worries or concerns about where we were staying while there! Great location to all the Disney parks and Sea World! I was very skeptical about staying off property from Disney but the location and amenities of this property has changed my mind. We were located outside of the hustle and bustle of Orlando but close to all the theme parks we were visiting and more. We had a group of 8 (4adults and 4 kids) and we fit perfectly at this unit. The pool was spacious but could of been heated like it had been stated. All in all this was a great vacation unit for our family and yours.

Grandkids first Disney Trip - A Success!
This property was just as shared in the write up. Location was excellent and the space presented as shown in the pictures. Just enough space for all six of us. The pool was icing on the cake. Could have saved money because all the kids wanted to do was stay at the pool.Our property contact Alfonso quickly answered our calls and helped solve a few small issues.

It could stand to deep cleaned, very dusty. The ceiling allows you to hear everything going on, so we heard every move of the people above us, kept us up until 2 am one night. The rental is kept at 74 degrees so it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep. We tried to turn it down but it’s set to stay at 74. They A/C unit broke as well, so it was extremely hot for a few days but even after replacement it stayed at 74. The manager was very responsive when messaged about items and very helpful. The size is great for families lots of room, minus the front room sofa is very small and it’s extremely uncomfortable. The property location was great only 15 min to Disney World.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted at the front gate. The check in into the resort is quite strict but this is why the resort is top notch and safe! After that, getting into the actual unit was quick and easy. The apartment was nicely furnished with a minimalist approach with finishes. It’s not crowded with stuff and it’s so much open space. The patio was a plus. The resort’s pool, splash pad, and slides were unmatched. It was cool, especially at night during our stay but the pool was heated, very heated and was so comfortable upon getting upon getting in. The host was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating when asked questions and we needed an extra day. The only thing I would suggest is to bring your own washcloths and towels as there are not enough. Also, if your stay is long, get your own toiletries. Walmart is literally 3 minutes away! Disney was extremely close as well.

The place was very nice and well suited for our family. The location is very accessible to Disney, especially to Magic Kingdom. There are many eating options and shopping in short distance of the unit.

Pleasant condo home
Easy communication w management; always fast to respond and assist w questions. Condo was just what we needed for our few days at Universal. It was clean and all appliances worked without issues. Beds were comfortable and Id say the master one was on par w Marriott bedding.. Good shower in Master. Equipped w washer & dryer. We were approx 20-25 mins from Universal w moderate traffic. Disney was very close. Great property and we recommend it! I only gave 4 stars for neighborhood due to congestion but we never had issues w parking, safety. It was just busier than a traditional house.

Wonderful!!
Came to this place cuz of the close proximity to the Disney parks and ended up loving everything about the place! I loved the temperature of the pool. I never go in pools cuz they are too cold for me. I couldn’t get enough of it! The convenience of the little store and making lunch was awesome also! Prices we very reasonable also. Loved the security of the gated community too! Can’t say enough about the place! Will def be back!!
