Family Friendly Cottage with Lg screen porch - 100 Ft of Direct Beach Access!
Unser Haus verfügt über zentrale Wärme und Luft mit Deckenventilatoren in jedem Zimmer. Es verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett in allen Schlafzimmern mit zusätzlichem Schlafkomfort auf einem großen Futon im Wohnbereich. Die Sonne und Wohnzimmer sind getrennt und für diejenigen ermöglichen, die wünschen können zu lesen oder zu besuchen, während andere die 50-Zoll-Fernseher in der Sonne Raum beobachten. Die extra große Bildschirm Veranda bietet bequeme Sitzgelegenheiten für 8 Personen und ist der ideale Ort, um ein gutes Buch, gute Gespräche zu genießen oder einfach nur zu sehen, nach einem Tag am Strand oder Ort zum Entspannen ein. Besucher in unserem Haus haben die Veranda ein 5-Sterne-Bewertung gegeben.

This adorable beach retreat had everything we needed for a few days of relaxation at the beach. Just steps to the beach and well-equipped for a day on the beach. Even wagons to haul all the chairs and games supplied.

This was the perfect house for a much needed family getaway to the beach. We had our two adult sons and their girlfriends with us for the week. The house was roomy enough for the six of us, with plenty of places to relax, a beautiful yard, and was right across the road from a public beach access, which allowed us to run back and forth to the beach all day. Great house and great stay!

We had a wonderful time at this home! The house was clean, welcoming and the perfect size for our small family of 4. The proximity to the beach was amazing! We were able to set up early each morning and come and go as needed throughout the day. The screened in porch was a big hit with extended family that came to visit. The screened in porch was great to enjoy the outdoors free from mosquitoes. It was a great week!

We loved the location, trees, screened in porch and location. We had grandparents, kids and grandkids all together here everyone had a place to be comfortable. Also super close to Wild Dunes for the wedding we were attending. Betty was a Great Host! The house has a cozy feel and was very clean.

This is my 4th or 5th stay at this property, which I fall more in love with each visit. The ease of beach access for sunrise and sunset walks cannot be beat! The house is so comfortable—especially the porch, where I enjoyed breakfast and savored my morning tea each day. Well-stocked kitchen, quiet—just a perfect island oasis. Even had egrets, hawks and other birds enjoying the natural trees and garden. Property manager Betty is so lovely and responsive to any question. Highly recommend (except for the weeks we want to stay here again)!! 😊

The inside of house is well organized and as advertised. Has plenty of everything for eating at the house and is slightly over a block from a wonderful sand beach and an easy walk. The shed contains beach chairs and other items for a nice day at the beach and a cart for hauling. Did not find a beach umbrella but those are available for rent. Would stay there again. Lots to do in the area.

We brought our three screen zombies here and had a great “unplugged” week together. The beach is such a short walk from the house, and the beach equipment provided by the owner made it extra fun. When not at the beach we enjoyed playing croquet in the backyard and sitting out on the large screened porch. We would definitely stay here again.

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at your home! She had not seen the ocean in 10 years and this was the perfect getaway! My mother has some mobility issues so the one level layout of your home was great for her. We cooked some marvelous meals thanks to the kitchen. Fantastic proximity to beach access. We have been vacationing on the Isle of Palms for more than a decade. Usually, we do a week in the summer with the kids and other families. This fall it was just me and the wife. This property is absolutely amazing value, in a great location, with fantastic owner. Fair warning, if you’re looking for a brand new mega mansion, which are plentiful in this town, this is not it. This is a true beach home. However, it is so well maintained and well stocked that you would think it was a 5 star resort. When I say well maintained, I mean you can tell it was freshly painted, everything worked properly, and you can see the owners put a lot of thought into its care and upkeep. When I say well stocked, I mean there wasn’t an appliance, kitchen gadget, pot, pan, utensil that was not provided. If you need them, there are multiple slow cookers. Waffle makers. Several different kinds of coffee makers (instant like a Keurig and drip). Every condiment you could think of was in the drawers. Beach chairs, puzzles, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, internet, large screen tvs., the list goes on . The highlight of the property is the proximity to the beach and the awesome screened porch. You cannot go wrong staying herein.

We had a pleasant stay in this charming older home with updated features. We had a problem with the air conditioning the first couple of days and the host Betty was immediately on it! She got the problem corrected the minute we contacted her and was most gracious in offering to extend our stay for our trouble. We would definitely stay here again.

Family of 5, stayed for a week. We love IOP, this was our first time staying somewhere other than Wild Dunes. We pretty much spent all our time either on the wonderful screened porch, or out on the beach, which was uncrowded even in July. The beach access was just across the street, so a very short walk. Perfect size house for our family, updated and very nicely appointed, pretty landscaping and great deck outside to hose off the sand. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to have the opportunity to do so in the future.

Nice, Clean and Perfect Location
This house was a perfect location to the beach and it’s one level which I was very happy with. The screened in porch is a bonus, perfect for family game nights. The kitchen is very very well equipped-more than you could ask for. This is a well kept house with nice landscaping. We definitely would rent again.

100% accurate as portrayed
Betty's house is so beautiful, and the porch is fabulous! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well supplied with everything anyone could want or need, and the living area is big with very comfortable and well maintained furniture. Betty has done a great job updating the house and bathrooms with tile and granite, and the beach chairs, umbrella, wagons, and beach toys were greatly appreciated and in good condition. My daughter, grandson, and I loved this house and location to the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and we felt it was our own private paradise since there were very few people anywhere near us. It seemed to me that this is a neighborhood of more full time residents rather than rentals because the beach was never crowded, and it was very quiet and peaceful. I give this house and area the highest rating possible in every way and will definitely stay here when we come back to the Isle of Palms.

Our favorite part was the beautiful large screened in porch where we all enjoyed the comfortable breeze & coffee every morning!
The location was absolutely perfect, the beach access is probably 100 yard walk from her property; and having all the beach supplies there was Super convenient!
We will be back sometime in the future. Isle of Palms beaches are incredibly clean & very quiet.

Can’t beat the location

Fantastic stay and beautiful home!
The host Betty was wonderful and answered all our questions promptly. The home is charming , very clean, plenty of space, and equipped with beach supplies for the short walk to the gorgeous beach. Great location, just a shirt drive to the grocery store, rec center, and restaurants. Thanks again Betty for all the help. We loved it! Will definitely stay again!

The easy drive to Credit One Stadium and downtown Charleston was 20-25 minutes and was very scenic. The cottage was one of the best I have rented, and I use VRBO frequently. You cannot go wrong.
