Fabulous property

The house is beautiful and the location is amazing. The beach front is great and not very crowded.
We did have a few problems with the house. The A/C for the first floor stopped working a couple of times. The tech that came out couldn’t find anything wrong as it had started working again before he arrived. Then the same problem occurred a couple additional times. The lack of A/C on the first floor caused the A/C on the second floor to not be able to keep up and so both floors got pretty warm each time. In addition, the hot tub never worked. We called a couple of times and we know someone did come out but we never received any feedback as to the problem or when/if we could expect it to be fixed. Also, the shower mixer valve in one of the upstairs bathrooms didn’t work properly. You could get very hot water or cold water but trying to adjust between the two essentially turned the water off. We did not report this to the management company and just lived with it.
The house included four bicycles which we also had problems with, flat tires and chains that would not stay on. The bike company was responsive but it still interrupted several family rides.
Even with these problems, we had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful house and we loved the location.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Clean, well stocked, on the beach. Beds were so comfortable. Pool was right next to the house with lots of chairs. We used the bikes, I'd never ridden on a beach before, was so fun! Beach chairs. This house has everything you'd ever need! We will be returning for another vacation!

This property checked all the boxes for a perfect vacation - location, ocean outside the back porch, cleanliness, and privacy for all guests. The property managers were highly responsive and we are looking forward to our return visit!

We loved our stay at this property! The views of the ocean are amazing! The kitchen is well stocked for those who like to cook. Had some minor issues and the property manager was VERY responsive. The pool is right next door so that was also very convenient! Loved this place!

We loved staying at Dolphin’s Watch. It was so convenient to stores, shops, bike paths, and restaurants with the bonus of being steps away from the beach. Beautiful home with views of the ocean from most rooms in the house. We will absolutely be looking to stay here again.

The Greatest Place to Stay in Hilton Head!
The pictures online do not do justice to this rental. The views are amazing. The house was perfect. Everything you need is there. It was immaculately clean. The beach is beautiful and uncrowned. The house is so wonderful you hate to leave for other experiences on Hilton Head. Plenty of space for all 10 of us. Our grandson said it was the best place he’s ever been and he’s been lots of places.

Great house with a few maintenance issues...
Overall we loved this house and location, however there are some things that need attention. Most importantly, the decks. On the main deck (with hot tub) the railings/ballisters were loose and there were lots of rusty nails/screws just laying on the floor of the deck, one of which got into a 4 yr old's foot. On the second floor deck, the whole deck railing moved if leaned on at all. There were a couple of other minor issues. The toilet in the half bath made a loud whistling noise as it refilled after flushing, and the shower in the upstairs bathroom (oceanfront bedroom's) needed some draino because you'd end up standing in a few inches of water when showering.

Great family house.
This location is excellent . Beach proximity perfect. The house itself is well maintained and set up perfectly for our 3 small families. The kitchen is well stocked with large and small appliances and utensils for cooking lots of family meals. We observed only minor maintenance issues needing attention (broken hammock and arms on deck rockers, difficulty regulating the oven). We would definitely return.

Stellar views
We really enjoyed staying at this home. The views are spectacular. We came with grandparents who spent a lot of time on the porch rockers. Get this house for oceanfront fun. Also, the beach in front of the house is not crowded like Coligny Beach a mile away. We loved the included bikes and used them every day along the beach. The only thing I would have changed was the towels provided...we were given older bath towels that were thin and scratchy. If you have little kids sensitive to that sort of thing, you may need to bring some towels from home. The kitchen was well stocked and the management company immediately brought a new kitchen utensil we needed. Great summer vacation!

This property was fabulous to say the least! I've rented "beachfront" properties in the past and discovered upon arrival the description was somewhat misleading. This home is ON THE BEACH! The layout provides the perfect amount of space (breathing room) and comfort for multiple guests. Last, but not least, the house was very well stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation Property
Almost perfect 4 bedroom vacation home on the Atlantic Ocean in a great section of Hilton Head with access to stores and restaurants 1.3 miles away. Absolutely great vacation property. The Vacation Company did an excellent in preparing the property and was phenomenal in their responses to an AC issue and propane tank for BBQ issue. Few negative issues were the bed quality in the master BR overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with worn our springs, worn down hammock and worn down chairs by the community pool. As I love to cook the blades for the hand mixer were no where to be found and there was was no vegetable peeler. Other than that the house was perfect and even includes 4 bicycles for use.

Beautiful Beach Home
This is our second time staying at this gorgeous home. It was even more beautiful than I remembered. The views were amazing and could be seen from just about every room in the home. We had a very relaxing and fun family vacation. Woke up every morning to sipping coffee while watching the waves (and Dolphins) from the back porch. Mid morning my husband and I walked to the tennis center for a lesson and then spent the afternoon at the beach and the pool. In the evenings we took bike rides to Coligny Plaza for dinner and ice cream. So much fun! Perfect location and plan to return again next year! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation!

This home is perfect for family vacation. Pool close by, but not close enough to be dangerous for small children....this was our 4th year renting this home, wish you could add a bedroom, since our family is growing....would like additional living room furniture.

Absolutely Perfect!
I can not believe how perfect this home was. The space was great for 5 adults and 3 children. The views are awesome from any place in the house!!! Having two family rooms was a good thing too. Adults in one while the kiddos hung out in the other family room. The jacuzzi was a great thing to have for the evenings. Hopefully we can make this an annual event with the family!!!
