We had a wonderful stay

House is clean, master bed very comfortable. We only needed one room so other rooms not even touched. Beach not as enjoyable as last year, very packed and noisy with radios blasting from beach goers. It’s hard to relax when forced to hear blasting music. It’s almost like Port Aransas with the crowds and the noise. On our third night, I was awakened at 10 pm with “renters” moving furnitures from above us. It lasted till 2 am! I needed to tap the ceiling to make them aware they are disturbing our sleep and rest and it will be quiet for a very short while but then it continues. I have insomnia and needless to say, I couldn’t go back to sleep.

Thank you so much for your hospitality! We were left without a place due to another unit being sold and only had days to find a replacement for the same days and location and my entire family agreed that it was a fantastic upgrade!
The beds were so comfortable, everything was incredibly well furnished from enough towels, kitchen gear and cleaning supplies to help with sand accumulation and even an iron we used last minute for some sun dresses we bought while there.
Communication was super easy too!

Loved our stay at Ocean Vista!
The condo was clean and everything worked great.... A/C, appliances, electronic door lock! Beds were comfy too! There were plenty of all the necessities and more in the kitchen. The elevator is close to the front door which was super nice and it worked! The parking was great while we were there and on 4th of July weekend! Great ocean views from the balcony and street views from the front door were we were able to watch fireworks perfectly!
My only complaint would be the living room furniture, outdated and not very comfy. It is exactly as pictured on-line so I knew that going in.... did not affect our stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Super chill get away. Nice condo and facilities. Pool was very well kept. Close to local attractions and the beach was right there. Would happily rent this unit for our next trip.

Nice and clean. Bright, great view off the front balcony. Right off the beach, with a nice clean pool if you don’t want to deal with the sand. Near lots of good places to eat, and 2 blocks from a grocery store. Beds were comfortable. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and we will be back!

It was everything we hoped it would be, and it was more than we expected. Very well appointed kitchen, wonderful view, convenient to most attractions. The grounds are very well managed, and the attendants are helpful and friendly.

The views from the condo were million dollar views, access to beach was truly spot on. The condo was clean and updated. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for everyone and beds were extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.

Super place to stay
The whole process was super easy and the communication was great.
The pictures alone sold me on the place. The view, the location, it was perfect! Although we did not spend a whole lot of time actually enjoying the condo itself, it was super nice to have a “homey-like” return after a long day out in the sun. It just gave a nice comfort to my kids and I. Also having our little pup was so easy and we were super greatful to be able to bring him along.
Not much else I can say other than I look forward to hopefully renting here again in the future.

Loved it!!
This was a great condo. It was very clean and perfect for myself and my husband and our 2 adult kids. The stocked kitchen was awesome. The only issue we had was that the wifi wouldn't connect to certain devices but that was not a problem. Communication was great with the owners. We would rent this again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great condo right on the beach.

The property was well appointed with 2 queens in the guest bedroom and a King master. Nice decor. When we arrived there were almost no towels but a quick note to the owner resolved that problem promptly. The owners were great to work with and we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed our time at this beautiful condo. It was very easy to rent and the owners were very quick to respond to all my inquiries. It’s in a perfect location and walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked and had everything you need for a great beach trip. The pictures were very accurate and the views were amazing. We would definitely rent this condo again for our next trip to South Padre Island!

Ocean Vista Live Up to Its Hype
My wife and I were extremely pleased with your unit on SPI. We have rented a lot of properties from VRBO and others, but I can definitely say this unit ranks right at the top -- in both cleanliness, furnishings, property amenities, location and kitchen amenities.

Beautiful stay with thoughtful amenities
This beautifully decorated condo was the perfect spot for our first visit to SPI. Comfortable, with great wifi and tv (HBO On Demand, yay), a postcard view of the beach, well-equipped and modern appliances and accessories. For my mobility challenged husband, being close to the elevator was a big plus. Our dog loved the private dog park!

We only have good things to say about our 3-month stay at Ocean Vista condominiums. We received all check-in instructions well in advance of our arrival and had no issues checking in. Luggage carts, as well as grocery carts, were available. We also used a grocery cart to transport our groceries whenever needed. The elevators were in good condition. The location of the condo complex on the Island is perfect. The complex is well maintained and the woman in the office is easy to work with. It was perfect being able to look right out on the beach and only walk a short distance over the dune area to put down your chair and umbrella and relax. The balcony was great to sit and watch the people in the two pools and hottub right in front of the building. The condo itself was just like the pictures shown on the VRBO site. We didn't use the second bedroom, but it was great to store all our extras, like suitcases. We used both bathrooms --- his & hers. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you could possibly need, plus some spices, etc. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We would definitely rent this condo again if available.

Awesome stay!
My family and I stayed here over Christmas this year and it was a great time! The location is perfect, you have everything you need within walking distance. They allowed us to bring our two dogs and they had the best time on the beach! Everyone that was staying in the building was also super friendly. Geneva was extremely helpful with anything you needed or had a question for. Highly recommend staying here. My family and I hope to come back soon.

Perfect, perfect, perfect!
The condo was very clean with everything we needed for a perfect get-away. Master bed was very comfortable and kitchen well-stocked with condiments, spices, and a variety of cooking utensils. Nice carts to help with luggage or shopping bags. Beautiful sunrises on the porch. Grocery and restaurants within easy walking distance. It is right above the pool area, which some may not like, but with few guests when we visited SPI, the noise wasn't a problem for us. Owner provided excellent guidance and quick responses to all of our questions. We highly recommend and will definitely consider again.

Fantastic place, great location.
The property had everything needed for a wonderful stay. It is very well maintained and the view from the balcony is tremendous. The grounds staff are very helpful and keep the location in tip, top shape.

Great place for a small family right on the beach
This is a nice, well-appointed condo with a gorgeous gulf front view on one of America's best beaches. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking in, the climate control system worked well, and the place has its own private beach access. We'll be coming back here if the owners want us back!

Great condo on the beach!
We had a wonderful time at SPI and the Ocean Vista condo we rented was perfect! Was clean, decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything we needed to do our own cooking. A short walk down the ramp to the beach and we were set! Had a great week with absolutely beautiful weather!
