There is no better place to stay then on Powell Lakes when visiting this area

This property was nice and the owners were very attentive. It’s out of PCB, so there’s not as much traffic and bustle. It’s an older home, but had everything we needed!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and quiet away from the hustle and bustle but also close enough that it took no time to get to where we were going. We will definitely be staying again.

Great secluded get-away in small, peaceful neighborhood with a scenic view, just across the highway from a beautiful beach and the crowds of vacationers. The condo was impeccably clean and a delight to stay in.

Read the description because it is exactly what you will get. I would describe this as an “old-school” or “throwback” Florida stay. Walk down to the pier and hang out or bring kayaks. Condo is clean and has the basics. Plenty of four for four people. Short drove to the beach restaurants and grocery store. Easy stay.

We loved our stay, just be aware if you have littles that there is an opening/window on the upstairs deck that you need to watch them around. Otherwise great great place to stay.

We took a last minute trip here and it was amazing! The manager/owners were responsive and accommodating. Communication was great. The house was beautiful, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The husband and kids loved fishing in the lake. The location was great. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

We had a baseball tournament in Panama City, but didn't want to stay in one of the big condos around all the people. This house was a great value and location! It was exactly what we were looking for. We loved being right near Camp Helen State park. They rent kayaks and paddleboards to take to the and around the lake. The free shaded parking was a bonus and you are so close to two grocery stores. The Inlet Beach public access was quick and easy to get to and such a beautiful beach. Thanks for the stay!

This rental felt like home after the first day. Very comfortable furniture including beds, everything you need to feel at home. Very clean and quiet. We loved that we could put our kayaks in Lake Powell right on site and paddle over to the beautiful emerald waters and white sand beaches of the Gulf. We fished off of the newly rebuilt dock each day. A beach and lake vacation rolled into one. We would rent again. Cara and Mike were very nice and very helpful. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay, we wanted a quick trip before school starts and brought our 9 yr old daughter and her 8 yr old friend. We usually stay at the big resorts but wanted something scaled down due to current pandemic situation. This unit was perfect not on the beach but on the lake, so we still had a nice view. Kids played in pool A LOT and no one there...nice. My husband fished and that was the only negative I have, the pier is unusable at this time and we did not know. Maybe storm damage? The unit was clean and fit our needs. Nicely renovated older unit. About 10 minutes from Pier Park on the west side across from Carillion, which gave us access to their public beach access if we wanted. We rode down to Laguna Beach for our beach day to distance and it was perfect. Highly recommend and we will stay again. Thank you Cara for your help with this unit.

We had a great stay. The condo was spacious, nicely updated and very clean. The property manager was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

We found this property and have been thrilled to stay here. It was a perfect fit, location and size for our family of 6. The property has done a great job with providing a cleanliness in light of the COVID-19 travel restrictions and gone above our expectations. We look forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and the location was perfect. Beach access was right across the street. Only disappointment was, the dock pictured in the add is no longer standing. That was the main reason we booked. Still a great place and I would recommend to friends and family.

The condo was very clean and the photos accurate. It was very quiet and hope to come back and stay with Cara again soon. The condo is about 6 miles from Pier Park which I highly recommend. One great thing is there are two large grocery stores and a CVS less than a half mile from the condo.

Nicely renovated condo. Great place for the price! The condo was located next to a dumpster that is emptied on certain days at 5 AM! There is lots of construction going on. It's a great location to get away from the crowds, be next to a state park, the lake, and the ocean. Owner is extremely nice and had lots of beach gear to use!

We loved our stay. The townhouse was very clean and stocked with all your kitchen needs. Our boys loved taking the boat to the inlet to go crabbing. It was so nice and very relaxing. It’s conveniently located to supermarkets and restaurants without feeling like you are surrounded by people.
